No, that's it's good. you only have to be the best you can be during 2 to 4 kms, sometimes even less (IJN). and if you manage to survive the two salvos, you can get even closer and their guns stop working (transverse speed) and you can drop torps on it. you'll be eating a lot less damage then. That's RU CLs for you. way better than approaching for 10 kms angled . Ofc, ships like Shchors the probability it's even lower but I made it . Plus the Cyclone works against you, but if you stay in a group, maybe, just maybe you can get away with that. Outside Cyclones I only made it twice with Shchors, both of them against king George V and with islands and in desperation. like no more way to go. and I was blapped in both of them, but I survived time enough to fire the death blow and watch them burn. But I like cyclones. excuse me? Buddy it's Russian and it can brawl.

stage 9, done. After the last two days, stage, 8 that I failed to do (win, survive, top 3). I was wondering why so many defeats, why so many... meh team mates, seriously now, I just had a game where we (my shohrs, a bliska and one fubuki were the right flank). the fubuki spent the entire time behind me. And I don't have CE yet, nor camo yet. I've been able to be around 100k plenty of times lately, in this type of games I manage to avoid around 1000000 potential damage, with my shochrs. So... I went to check my stats, well, I found a probable answer. In the last 7 days, I played 85 battles and the WG's algorithm must have gone awol on me. And because of this now I have the bogey man breathing down my neck. And it sucks. When this type of things happens and helps to prevent anyone to meet the objectives. Before that was more than enough to do the objectives, Now it's not enough.

well, no cigar for me. yesterday I made a bunch of mission as for today as well. But no, only defeats. lemmings, suicidal tendencies, BBs that stayed in spawn, dds that won't spot. yesterday I spotted with my Schohrs without hydro for a green Aigle. (I was lucky that was just one dd) today bbs that didn't even press w and a dd that didn't went past E line. the map must be broken this couple of days. quite the opposite of win, survive and being in top 3.

Close to 800 battles with the mighty tanky Buddy (I'm taking a break from it), I'm really clicking with Shchors my previous exclusive op cl... not anymore . No, you can do 150k and 200k and get 1 or 2 stars it's not because of campers, but it's because of those guys that go wondering off, rushing the waves and get sunk or being out of position, like in the other side of the perimeter. (just yesterday a guy in a turd, must have pressed W and was focused by the second wave far, far from everything, Minus one ship to stop the third wave, with 3 dds in it. there was just me and a Nurnberg the rest of the team were reposition still, one bb took the long route). In the stage you are talking about there's no need to go outside the green perimeter, being close by the rocks and following the waves it's enough, going to safe the cv (but not too far). when the green disappears then you go back to the repair zones (after the 3rd or 4th wave) either way if one of the flanks fall the other is in trouble.

Who? Me? I'm in no hurry at all, My Shchors captain was my former Orlan captain and I just got my IFHE skill. thank you. Buddy it's just my favourite ship until now. The only problem with the Shchors, you can't put pressure on battle line. From what I've seen so far many chappys get blapped near the cap, perhaps because of radar, supporting the dds at close range. From what I'm reading if it is like the radar will push a Shchors closer to the frey. thank you guys.

that it's what you think. Actually you can cover both sides. 1) the mass and Nurberg 2) the Konig and Myoko. and the other one. 1) Aoba and friends 2) Bayern and Izumo. In this ops I need the repair, usually after the 3th wave unless I'm in my Bayern. Tell me, have you stand your ground against the Konig with LaGal or any other CL? apparently not.

My greatest achievement for today? A bunch of defeats. In one of the games I did today I had to take point scouting for my dd, an Aingle , because of a Farragut . No items for me today. update: same bs as yesterday.

thanks. So, 12 more possible containers, if I get all it will be 20 collector's items, the collection itself (if I'm not mistaken) have 48 items. I've got 16 items and 3 duplicates. So, 20 items to go after the marathon, if I get it all. At the current pace of daily containers i'll finish in August or so.

Personally I don't fancy Indianapolis, I'm doing the marathon because of the American collection, to complement the daily containers, not always they have the goods. the Marathon will provide +- half of the stuff. But with the Helena camo contest I already missed a few. I'm at 8 done, am I too far behind?

I already completed the mission yesterday, I was cycling between Shchors and Nurnberg, I made it with Shchors but Nurnberg it's very capable to do that, so don't focus too much in the 150 hits. the 30 planes were a tough one to complete, no cvs in sight until today, Shchors and Nurnberg net me 13 planes, so I took out my usual ship to do that, one that apparently nobody suspect, La Gal, in one single game net me 21 planes. Atlantas, clevelands and such, they (planes) run for them like they were the plague

not impossible. extremely rare. More than a year ago, at the beginning, only with a few battles under my belt. I was in one of this games...me, in a black swan against the t1 Japanese cruiser. 1 vs 1. I was so nervous, we spend half of the game in our bases (at that time I though that at least one ship had to drive in and out of the spawning area to have new points ). I don't know about the other guy, but I spent around 5 minutes in the spawn thinking. Ok, his points are climbing, so he must be in his base, at least I know where he is! As the time was passing by, both of us were in a stalemate, so I started to panic. I can't go in there, if I go my points stop going up, plus he'll know that I'm after him. Long story short. I end up rushing the guy with my latest tactic, autopilot on with 3 nav points while I was in the guns. I won that one, don't me ask me how.

HE Shells have their uses e.g. in the other day I was pursuing a gneisenau with my gneisenau, we reached a stalemate he was angled and I was bow in to the incoming fire, so a bunch of dings and dongs, so I changed the type of ammo and he didn't,I eventually sunk it. but in this case, the reload time it's equal to the switching ammo, so change type of ammo.

I like very much that ship, it complemented very well the Cleveland , fast turrets, good reload, small, short and thin. that ship was the ship I used in those kill x planes missions type of missions, so my Cleveland B. It was the ship that saw me through that awful FNFL mission, that 35k xp in two days . ETC. Regarding De Grasse, I like it and I don't like it. It's amazing and better but it's also bigger, more sluggish and I cannot shake the feeling that they could put the 40 knots top speed, the third torpedo in a hull upgrade for LaGal and releasing a total new t6 French premium cruiser. And that's perhaps the main reason I don't play De Grasse as much, I resent that ship. But regrets for buying it? No. Algerie was another ship that I like but the hermes ops, with all those Atlantas it make it a bit meh. And in UF... I just needed more beefy ship or one with more DPM. I played every cruiser line but the British and I can say that the French one, it's the line with more reliable ships there is. All the others are like roller coasters. I'm a bit sceptical about chappy.

I just lost you in the numbers part. But our ships supported many landings in the past providing covering fire for troops and inland bombardments , and don't forget world of warplanes, they could provide air cover for the surface fleet in missions . Would be a win win situation for everybody. 1) surface fleet would be happy with the number of fighters in game, in a flank, over a ship, any kind of ship, at any given time. 2) cv players would have plenty of planes to send even to minotaurs, Worchesters, and stuff like that. 3) DD players would have AA, and new concealment mechanics to planes/dd.
