I'm not a dd guy, and I never was. (As you certainly know) I have only a few of them, naked and with low skill captain. My main complain for all of them. They fell awkward, or I feel awkward in them. they have weak, flimsy, slow reloading pea shooters for guns. Everyone says that Clemson it's or was a sealcubber's ship, I never like it. But you know what? In the other day for the sake of the snowflake thing I picked up Nicholas for a quick cash in of 400 coal in a co-op game. And I was well impressed. Because those 4 weak, flimsy guns never stopped shooting. Long story short. A dd (I don't know /remember which one) - with guns A Emile Bertin - with torps A NY - with torps and guns. After this grind I will pay some attention to Nicholas.

thank you all I didn't know about that (reduction of fire chance). I think in the description only talks about the numbers of fires. And letting aside historical favouritisms (I'm a Bismarck fan), that's why I love German BBs so much. They are reliable, they can be always there. And why I loath so much other BBs, IJN ones in particular. I welcome RUBBs and Amagi, Massachusetts and alike, there should be more like them, to kill once and for all, the stupid BB gameplay of sniping at 20 km away and bring BB gameplay to the front lines, where they belong. I don't want to sound bitter or anything, I'm not, but if the German BBs are notorious for yoloing into their deaths, IJN BBs are notorious to do exactly that (what's in your quote). and I add, and be utterly useless. (not all but a good chunk of them) Normally , I don't complain about my builds specially an incomplete build. But after my first games and after I saw the flamu video, I saw how one sided the battles were. 12(ish)k vs 48 k damage dealt in secondaries alone. Ofc this is only a specific case, in less than a week all ends and most probably those guys will change their builds back for random and whatnot, I don't really have that option, or better yet, it's not a realistic option for me. What I can do will take time. About secondary Musashis I don't know, but one thing I Know, My SKorpionoid had a secondary build...and I should went for a tank build like I did with Igor or Syastozar

From your port I would pick Nurnberg and Bayern in an heartbeat. P.s.- Get Budyonny, it's fast, can have a fast rudder but with large turning radius, and heavy hitter, a far cry from previous tiers. I was about to give up the line until I unlock Buddy, then Shchors. End up being one of my favourite lines. And Buddy went to be my favourite ship.

Here's my build, only thing lacking is EL (Expert Loader). Perhaps instead of IFA ( Incoming Fire Alert), with PT (Priority Target) would be a better Hunter. But I'm not complaining, It's as good as I can be. sometimes great. If the cv doesn't come for you Being bad in the AA department, I decided to specialize my Buddy. Don't forget to equip Hydro. those rail guns will do the rest.

Hello. So, there I was in one more game, after quite a "few" I'm grinding D3. Nothing special, one more quick co-op game that will finish before it really started. Strait map, sailing forward, all is ok. We engaged the bots near the cap, long story short, the next thing I know, we were 3 ships left vs 4 bots , we were scattered and we were losing to the bots. A Bayern A Red October down in the middle A Queen Elizabeth in poor state. _ Regroup and attack together! I wrote The guy in the Red October didn't want nothing to do with that, replied in a sarcastic mode and he sailed for it's death. Great 2 vs 3 Soon I heard an explosion near me, it was the Queen Elizabeth 1 vs 2 and I heard Jingle say - you are the only one left, probably we are domed ( Got to love the guy, he just killed all the tension) After I sunk the NM it ended in a Brawl with the red Queen Elizabeth. Bayern it's awesome, it's like a smaller and cheaper Bismarck version. I love it.

i forgot about Smolensk, but there are plenty of HE spammers out there. I don't know, till now I didn't really needed the FP skill, everyone say it's great and I'm saving for it, but when I see the FP skill I read in the description instead of 4, you only get 3 fires and I find it kinda of lame for what it does versus what it cost which is 4 points, (very expensive). Meanwhile I'm having my [edited]handed to me on a plate in sprint because my secondaries don't do jack crap while my Bismarck melts (I didn't saw a single cv ) away quite nice. So there is that. And I know that sprint is just an occasional thing, but... The thing is with 3 fires my BB burns a lot faster, and that means I derped somewhere , somewhat, somehow, and I'm in deep crap. OK that skill prevents you that you don't get a fourth fire depending on many factors... With 3 fires if my RP it's in cool down and I'm running low on HP, I might be as good as dead (with or without hardcover) If my RP it's ready to go and I'm running low on HP, I might escape death but what i'll do next? (if I don't have any more heals) Listen, I don't doubt that FP it's a useful skill, but it's too expensive for what it does and for what one's have to walk off from. So, I'm at this dilemma. Bismarck Full on Secondary build or FP I don't play it often in random, but I play it in sprint

And that's all you get. 3 fires instead of 4. Man, if you've 2 fires on your ship something is not going according to the plan, 4 fires on your ship, something went awfully wrong. 3 fires burn through a ship very fast. So, tomatoes, tomato I'm wonder myself if this ability worth 4 points for what it is.

It's not just that. Builds and captains helps a lot too. Yesterday I lost every single game but one. What I usually do in random didn't work. Every single German BB melts my Bismarck while my Bismarck don't do much to them (I'm talking about secondaries) While my Bismarck captain is barely decent for random, in a 1 vs 1 competition is not. It's like bringing a pace car into a F1 race. And my other cruisers I'm not as comfortable or as use to as I am in t6/t7s. they suck as much as low tier BBs. But I already knew that. Cause I'm turning to BBs past t7 Note to self : duplicate captains with a more competitive build. p.s.- But I like the concept

Maybe not , if you kite At least in Random I often do that in my Bismarck or Bayern vs gneisenaus and tirpz, and usually i'm able to get them. Against dds is more difficult but possible . But all depends of many things.

For the PR grind , the 300 planes part, i picked up a ship that i didn't played for a long time. La Gal, it shot down a lot of planes in co-op, then i picked De Grasse, both of them did great vs t4 cvs, not so well in randoms vs t8. both ships did in total 230 planes (30 or 40 at a time), Bismarck finished the mission with 39 planes the rest were between Bayern, Shchors, and Gneisenau. I still remember Atlanta doing +100 planes per game in Hermes OPS

You most use clear commands in the battles "Send us some CAP ?" What is a CAP? A cap it's a capture point . ( and yes i know what you meant by CAP - Combat Air Patrol) Perhaps was that but most probably he didn't care
