Hello TheWarJac, OK, never mind. All in all, thanks for your efforts. I don’t know how but there must be something wrong with it. I checked my steam chat record ( I do normally call my friend before I play, and we offer play together), I am pretty sure I played wow on the night of both 25th and 26th March. While I don’t know how could I prove it. kind regards.

Hi TheWarJaC, There is no doubt that you checked the list and I am 100% believe you. However, there is still the problem. Could you check the game record? I think you could easily find out that I did play WOW during the period stated in the compensation requirement. Thanks.

Hi TheWarJac, I don’t know how but I did play wows every night recently. I supposed to play at least one hour at 25/03 and 26/03 which is included in the period. I did remember there is a night that I can’t log in firstly while after 1 hours when I try again I successfully login in and played for a while.

I also did have the same problem which I could not log in to EU server. Also, there is no compensation for me to claim at all.
