i'm trying to grind my commanders so i need some advise for using DE or Vig on cruisers . which ships(cruiser or BB)do you recommend using Vigilance as a commander perk ? for example Flamu uses Vig on ZAo and Moskva ... or on some BBs too

I'm having the same . mostly redced the fps drop by setting to medium but still in knife fights or messy scenes i have lag and fps drops

Can i use elite commander XP to research new ships or just skip them ?

disconnecting problem is mostly solved for me but freezing game still remains . and the fps drop !!! mostly solved it by reducing graphics to medium !!! it still drops but playable !!! after implanting that foam !!! everything went wrong !!! and i think they will never solve it ... as they think it is solved !!!

hydro on cruiser are so short range that you need to charge into a DD's smoke to use it and you will not survive dodging toprs or eating APs of her supports!!

As much as i know selecting an air target by ctrl+click ing on it increases the dps by 30%. does manual selecting a target for secondary battery increase its dpm ?

after update 0.7.2 most of the times i can't see smoke comming out of stack (screenshot) . is there any problem with my graphic settings ??!! i love to see that smoke ...

I'm having the same problem . i thought my pc is too old and that is the problem. but before that 0.7.2 i had no lags !!! today with medium graphic settings i had 24 fps but in brawling with my amagi against missouri i couldn't fire a single shot untill he killed me !!!! guns were ready but didnt answer to my click !!!

yes i can see friendly smoke better than mine . before the update everything was right updated but still the same :(

i am a below average but just look at top tier random team positioning !!! and a T7 MM Budyonny going through midd !!! i don't expect low tiers to do the right thing so !!!

because of HE spam i think FP would be the best chois + Bos and the modual for fire and floading time reduction you will have 30% less fire and floading time and because every fire burns 18% of total HP so having 1 less fire is a greate deal

what is rules of using permanent camouflage?? can we mount and demount them ? and there is a camo costs 125 in exterior . how many times can we use it ?once or more ? is it applicable for all ships after purchased or only the ship that is selected?
