Sorry for bringing this thread up.
Recently, I sent a ticket to wargaming about this issue with my asian account (about missing sap values, aa and cv rework). However, they said they might or might not update it. Therefore, I extracted some data using wowsft.com's python script, https://github.com/EdibleBug/WoWS-GameParams and it is available here, https://github.com/HenryQuan/WoWs-Game-Data. It is not as detailed as wowsft.com but it is mainly for my own app and real-time statistics (matchmaking monitor) with more info like ship consumables and team hp.
Ships HP, range and concealment should be visible inside the official API. You can download the English lang version locally and retrieved it at runtime but for radar range and more, you need to download a json file containing those info and probably also retrieved them at runtime. Lastly, I also hope they could update it again.
