And for Greece you could bring in the originally designed CA Lambros Katsonis which we Brits took instead for WW1 and commissioned as HMS Chester. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_Chester_(1915)

But it does exist as an external app that runs along side WoWS it's called Match Making Monitor, and detects replay files as a battle starts to poll the Wows api for player stats.

So, how about some love for the middle tiers?

WG call her a cruiser but she really doesn't look like one, big HP BB guns with RU railguns, given only to the very best players in the game. -

But not for much longer, Stalingard , T10 premiums, T9 premiums. T9 & T10 are losing their balance. WG are risking a Belfast @ T7 scenario all over again, but in ranked and CB, not just randoms with T10 ships. And with the premiums and free Xp ships, why does anyone need to go through the pain and expense of grinding past T7 anymore? -

That's exactly the way I look at it too, and with the new patch making getting to T6 even cheaper in terms of credits and XP, it's only getting worse. Whilst the game continues to reward failure as heavily as it does, there is no incentive to learn, just splash the cash to get there. quicker And the thing is people might enjoy the game in the short term, but if they have no idea what they are doing, they will soon realise that you cannot throw money at the game and win, and so walk away. WG will have made some money in the short term, but they will have lost a player who likely as not won't pick the game up in future because in their eyes it's crap - I spent money on it and I still couldn't win. And one upset player leaving will tell all his friends its crap. There is nothing worse than a dissatisfied former customer to ruin your products reputation in the real world. -

Well here's a trick that astonished us in HAERT when we found it. Have two divs, one of 3 Konig Alberts, the other 2 Konig Alberts and a DD, hit the battle button together, and you end up not just in the same battle but on the same team. If you get your ship classes right the MM clearly allows multiple divs or the same clan into one team. Works with Katori's instead of alberts too. -

I understand this, but .... WG are making a rod for their own back. Making players grind to T10 faster just leads to inexperienced players playing big boats they simply don't understand how to get the best out of. Add in they don't understand the meta or game mechanics and experienced players get frustrated and the community gets more toxic. When the new T9 and T10 premium and reward ships land high tier balance will slip. there are now clearly boats in those tiers in game / about to land in game / planned for the future that aren't just different from their silver counterparts, they out class them. And WG the reward ships like Stalingrad which you say is situational, you are going to give to the very best players WoWS has, they are quite simply going to pummel everyone else into the ground. So new players coming up the ranks will either get to the feckfest that is T8 and give up in frustration, grit their teeth and push through T8 hoping things will get better, or spend cash, only to find that balance in the high tiers is broken, and decide WoWS is just not for them. Git gud I here some people shout, and yes I agree, but the vast majority of the player base cant be bothered to go slow and learn, as I am doing. So expereienced players you are going to be shouting git gud at nobody if this carries on the way it looks like it is going. -

Lets see what happens if and when the CV rework lands. Everyone is going to have to learn from the same starting point, Depending on what WG actually give us, the tactics used by good CV players atm may no longer be valid. Interesting times ahead -

If you want pure filth take a triple Konig Albert div out with at least a 14pt captain in each. And if you want to reduce your karma score and get somebody a chat ban take out a triple Belfast div -

Well T8 is just crap, Horrible MM and now with the glut of T9 and T10 premiums coming that look like monsters, whats the point of silver grinding above T7? you are just going to get shredded, and you can buy a premium ship that isn't just different from the silver equivalent class, it's much much better, so why bother grinding. T9 and T10 balance looks like it is going to poop. Both Noster and NoZoupforyou have basically said as much in the last couple of days in video's, so clearly some of the CC's are concerned to make a concerted effort to show WG this. WG you messed up with Belfast, and other ships which you have removed from sale. you are now in danger of doing exactly the same thing all over again, but this time in T9 & T10. -

CB Season Three; some points.
Fat_Maniac replied to ApesTogetherStronK's topic in General Discussion
Alpha and bravo team concept is good. Alpha for competitive players, bravo for more casual players, The fact that some clans are composed of all competitive members means the good intentions of WG to give the more casual players a way to take part in CB is hugely problematic, as there will be a huge skill difference between a competitive clans bravo team and one from say my own clan. Releasing any new ship into T10 just before a season starts is just asking for trouble WG. Any ship allowed in CB must be balanced properly, against the rest of the T10 portfolio otherwise players will exploit it. You risk putting people off playing what is supposed to be the pinnacle of the WoWS experience if you do anything else. And why can't we have CB across other tiers as well, like ranked, start in say T6 progress to T8 and top leagues are T10 . You open the format to almost the entire WoWS community, and players and clans can choose just how far they want to progress.
