I think the Eu translation team were just thrown a Russian script and told translate it. And I have to wonder if the clan matching algorithm is some sort of test for global CB. Have no idea what our matched clan is doing we are currently 71 nil up. Have to say @MrConway, @Tuccy I like the idea of the event but the communication is abysmal, the portal article really is not very good at explaining what you actually have to do. Our first round has been a bit of trial and error, but I think we are getting there now. Also not at all impressed that having signed on to proships.ru with my wargaming account id and password as requested, the connection is not secure, that really is not good.

I understand, but since Flamu has said its a mode for DD's and cruisers, and don't bother taking a T9, you know what's going to happen .... Personally I think it looks fun and brings something different to the game, just worried about balance of the buff areas for each team, and ships which are borderline OP or definetly OP - Worchester for example, become real monsters if their team can rack up the buffs. If WG don't get balance right nobody will play

And this wont work either. From what I've seen, Arm's race will be a DD and cruiser fest, leaving T10 BB's with no one to match up with except T8. T8 MM will get worse not better as even more T8's are pulled into T10 to build matches, and I bet we see the MM go into panic mode with people waiting over the time limit, and the MM dropping mirroring and class balancing to throw a game together.

This is actually very good. Smaller clans will be able to expand to a point, so for example it used to cost 50k oil to expand to 40 members, now it's only 20k (5+15). This gives all small clans or more casual clans the realistic opportunity of expansion and benefits in a timely manner. If these costs hold out on live, well done WG.

So just give T8 it's own protected MM, problem solved. But the new mode looks like a lot of fun, however if players can't grasp the basic game concepts already, how the hell are they supposed to understand this new mode. Also why take a T9, when a T10 will get more powerful with the boosters. And The T10's that already have good DPM or concealment, and are borderline OP just become OP. Everyone will take those ships and nothing else.

Pure and simple answer - money, hard cash. Forcing players to rush to T10 to play top tier content, by buying premium time, FXP conversion, to find once they get there, that the only way to break even or make some credits and XP, is to have a premium account and premium consumables. And soon somebody will be able to download the game, not play a single battle but splash some cash on a premium T9 or T10 ship, to play top tier battles. God help us all.

I think most of us feel like that sometimes. Take a break or just go low tier for a while, play Operations or Co-Op, or just take out your favorite boat for a few days. I find div'ing helps alot especially if it's just for fun and a giggle, like a triple Konig Albert div with the best captain you can assign, it's dirty, but it's fun to do occasionally. If you can get enough people together something else that's really really fun is a V-25 Death Race. Look it up on Ship comrade.

But comrades, all be fixed when global clan battles starts. And don't worry about Stalingrads, we look at numbers on daily basis. The answer is probably yes. But initially it looks like they are part of the pan European tech tree, and will be premium ships to buy. Dutch ships were mentioned as part of this tree at Gamescom last week, but no details of what or when were given. However the fact they mentioned them suggests something should be coming within the next 12 mths.

If your connection just blips out and comes and you rejoin the battle you don't go pink. Or at least that's the way I thought it happened. How does the game handle a client crash? I've had two of those since the last patch, restarted and joined the battle and not gone pink.

You do realize that now every time anybody from the forum see's you in battle,friendly or otherwise you are probably going to get reported? And if you do go on a team killing spree it wouldn't be long before you get a game ban. Just ignore the chat, and keep playing.

If you know your connection to the internet is not stable it is your responsibility, the game cannot distinguish whether you intentionally left the battle or if it was accidental. However before you go pink or get banned you must have gone AFK for a number of battles, so if you know your connection is unstable it is your responsibility NOT to play until you have a stable connection.

And I agree with you on MM failing with div's it really makes a mess of them

Well just had this happen, I hit the battle button and was put into this battle immediately. So what makes mirror MM fail? Is it the number of BB's in queue ?

Not complaining about the match up, it went really well considering I was bottom tier. By no means a great game but I did ok.

Well on the US BB I'd definitely take EM over AR as the first 2pt skill, Just so you can get those turrets round a bit quicker, and I take SU as 3pts to get the extra heal, I find that more use than BoS. My 2nd 3ptr would be BFT, you can never have too much AA.
