Benson C Hull with best Hydro at it's tier. In overall, Lo Yang is better DD than Kidd because of best Hydro at it's Tier and also has 10 torps instead the 5. Kidd has one more gun and heal. So it all depends on your playstile. If you are planning to go through PA DD line, then it's a no brainer.

I agree that a cruiser with BB "reliable" guns is frustating, specially when you only have 6 guns. The issue with Spee is that if you give her Cruiser accuracy, then it will bully cruisers because of that 283mm guns will deliver penetrations and citadells relliably.

I think is a ship that you love it or you hate it. It's true that has the drawbacks but also has their benefits. The think is that is easier to see the drawbacks when compare to each class, but any drawback for a class comparison, is a benefit against the other. The main issue is that you cannot play it like a BB neither a Cruiser. And also has only 6 guns in 2 turrets and you need to show your side a lot to shoot both, and it's a bad thing to do because you have cruiser like armour. I have fun with it, but you pay greatly any mistake you make.

Aigle as regard of its marathon Bretagne from a mission when playing during the release of FR BB line Normaindie from a mission when playing during the release of FR BB line Tachibana Lima from a mission Oktyabrskaya Revolutsiya as regard of its marathon Orion from the missions that you needed to get UK BB blueprints (you could also get T5 but I wasn't able to play enough) IJN 6 point cat captain from HSF collection or a mission (cannot remember) And also, as I have amazon prime (and then, also twitch prime US 10 point captain (Kappa captain) Texas Permament twitch camo for texas from mission sure I'm missing other thing like premium time from super containers and some other captain. And I don't play so much. If I played more I'll be able to add more stuff like unloking more FR BB missions, getting the T5 UK BB, campbletown, indianapolis (i decided to not try to get it), more captains, more captains and more stuff...

There are plenty of regards for playing the game. Ranked provides doublons, flags and other stuff Temporary campaings missions and marathons where you can get ships, I'll list you some of them: Graf Spee Bismark Oktyabrskaya Revolutsiya Aigle Campbeltown French BB missions (you can get any BB from T5 to T8) Indianapolis (it's the current one). Each month there are missions that provide you different stuff (flags, silver, doublons, consumables, etc). So no, you do not need to invest real money to play the game and also the silver ships aren't worse than most of premium ships.

Because all of the tools that it has. Lets enumerate all: Smoke + Hydro: Can get unspoted while being able to see incoming torps. Radar: You go near a cap, see an enemy smoke or a DD gets spotted and smokes up, pop up radar and goodbye DD (he dies or leaves the cap with a good chunk of HP gone). Can slot Concealment module: Allows to have less than 10km concealment and if you get spotted you pop up radar and you will get that pesky DD. Has HE so can spam it at your discretion (angled ships, start fires...), It has it's downsides, true, but the amount of tools makes it OP for sure.

So, I've got Nelson not far ago and now Warspite is at the premium shop for 25ish €. I'm also not very interested on grinding the RN BB line (at least not in the near future). So which could be the reasons to purchase her beyond historical value? Thanks in advance

Also WG announced that Gulio Cesare will be back to prem shop on 8th June and I really wanted this one. Also @Nautical_Metaphor about the UK BB line, really not interested on grinding it. I like Bayern a lot, had good games and lots of fun with her. IJN BB line would possibly be my next BB line to grind as I'm very interested on having Fuso, Amagi and Yamato. But first I need to push more the grind of KMS and USN Cruiser lines.

With the odds if I decide to purchase them I'll get only 2 missions and both will be for the ships that I already have (Kidd and Cleveland). So better wait until 8 june when Gulio Cesare will be available at the prem store.

As far as I'm concerned Both @T0byJug and I may be correct. I think it's more of a semantic misunderstanding as the first changes comes on at least two patches. Form me, it's correct to say that the split comes at 0.7.6 as it's when the CL line is released. And I consider 0.7.5 to be the rework of the CA line. The only oddity is that the CA rework involves the Cleveland that changes branch and leads to some confusion (no CL line but Cleveland being released as CL).
