If not otherwise specified the XP received from events, mission, etc. is transferred to T1 Russian Cruiser Orlan. I think the internal system has to allocate the XP somehow to the player for it to count. So the XP goes first on the event ship, then onto Orlan. My Orlan has almost 900k XP on it, and I don't play that ship at all.

What's the point of this ship? It's just Khaba 2.0 with small changes. You might as well stop the replacement and keep Khaba where it is.

Looking at the Zao buff I fear that this is all we will get from WG and it won't change a thing. They should have reverted the 0.5.2 nerf and given the Zao the 4100 HP they took from her then. The Petro nerf is like the AA nerf to Kremlin, it ignores the issue. The YY buff is very nice. Marco Polo needs much more work, as it will be power creeped hard by Verdi. Monarch buff, am I dreaming? Otherwise nothing spectacular. Would have loved some love for Khaba or GK.

I don't have the Ragnar, but I do have the Plymouth. The Plymouth camo is butt ugly. It's a big Fiji/Belfast hybrid at T10. All maxed out you can have a 52s radar at 10km, that's ~9 salvos on any hapless DD caught in the net. You have a 9.1km concealment, so it's a stealth radar too. It's a Swiss army knife, you can do well in it or you can get ganked early if you misplay. My advice? Play Fiji a bit, if you like it, buy the Plymouth.

If you have the Tirpitz and are happy with her, then no it's not worth it. Brandenburg plays like a battlecruiser. You need to switch ammo frequently to make her work. And it's better to maneuver in her than try to tank damage.

Since they are still better damage wise than German BBs, the answer would be "No".

I have to agree, hard mode ops are ok with a clan team. Yesterday a few clan mates of mine played it and got some wins in. If we had a full 7 team we would have knocked out all Halloween ops. But even 4 people were enough to carry. But as ops of the week it's a recipe for disaster.

You can try catching the Russian one tomorrow. It runs from 5 to 7 pm.
