Let me point something out, no one is forcing you to spend money on the ship, no one is forcing you to get the captain. You are most likely not the target audience. And there is a fine difference between reasonable criticism and $hitting on everything. The latter doesn't lead anywhere but to a soiled floor. That almost sounds worthwhile to get. Would you say the ship is worth 13€?

But there were enough indirect nerfs to make certain premiums much weaker. For example Atlanta: -CV rework made the Def AA consumable much weaker, practically pointless. Something Atlanta relied on. Also changes to AA removed the Atlanta's ability to screen other ships effectively. -Changes to the MM made the Atlanta uptier to T9 much more often. -Changes to IFHE nerfed Atlanta's ability to directly damage T8+ ships. -Commander skill rework removed several skills for DD caliber guns. Replacement skills are severly lacking. WG managed to change a fragile high skill ship into digital scrap metal. No direct nerfs necessary.

Yes, it's another of "brilliant" WG design decisions that leaves other people scratching their heads. This invalidates sales of all premium ships T7-, as they get bad MM from the start and are underpowered when uptiered. When asked about it Community Mismanagement claims you get better XP and credits when fighting higher tier ship. But they conveniently forget that you first have to deal damage to higher tier ships, something which many mid-tier ships are unable to do at all. Just look at how IFHE was nerfed extra hard for mid-tier cruisers compared to high tier. Or how mid-tier DDs concealment is handicapped due to lack of concealment module. There is large power step between T7 and T8, and WG wants mid-tier ships to be bad.
