    Agreed, most of the time Prime Gaming stuff is just disappointingly cheap. I'm getting more out of the community token drops than from Prime.
  3. First of all, any drop issues are not on WG, it's the crappy twitch account connectivity. Had it with Ubisoft streams too and Battlestate. Second, anyone looking at other regions would notice that RU receives more free stuff and of better quality. WG lied to us when they said all servers are treated equally. EU gets the least amount of stuff. That's why RU gets exclusive codes, because they get pampered while we get a pittance. EU is the redheaded stepchild in WoWS. Hell, even NA gets better stuff. Third, the office in Leningrad should be moved, sans staff, to a different country.
  4. Changes to Superships, submarines, and Hornet — 0.11.2 Closed Testing Based on testing results, we’re applying changes to Superships, Hornet, submarines, and depth charges. The changes listed below will go live with the release of Update 0.11.2 and will already be present in the second stage of the current Public Test session. Changes to Submarines and Depth Charges Recently we announced the return of submarine testing along with details about what was changing for them. You can find more information here: https://blog.worldofwarships.com/blog/279. The newly updated submarines have already appeared on the Public Test for Update 0.11.2. Based on the results of the first round of PT, we've prepared additional changes aimed at improving submarine gameplay and their interaction with surface ships and other submarines. Submarines at Tier VI are performing within the norm, but at Tiers VIII and X, they begin to drop off. To improve the situation we have changed the progression of submarine torpedoes. These changes will also emphasize the gameplay differences between different nations’ subs: German submarines have effective homing torpedoes American submarines enjoy powerful conventional torpedoes We’ve significantly reduced the arming distance of homing torpedoes. This change will make interactions between submarines easier, and at the same time won’t have a significant effect on surface ships due to the low base damage of homing torpedoes. The average lifetime of submarines appeared to be excessively high. In order to lower it, we've increased the reload time of their Damage Control Party as well as the damage dealt by Airstrike depth charges. Reload between series of salvoes: 30 s. Currently Yamagiri with her characteristics and mechanics looks too similar to Shimakaze. The addition of the alternative fire mode will make the gameplay of the ship more interesting and will emphasize Yamagiri's gameplay differences from her predecessor.     What the Colonel said. We already had this with German DDs when their concealment would bloom above their max range when firing. Making them horrible to play. Don't go there again.

    Sounds awesome, especially the change to spotter plane. As a habitual Perth user it does get awkward when you use it all the time.

    Roma with Kobayashi has a service cost of only 26k silver plus ammo costs, so it always makes positive money after a game as it also has a +20% credit rating. Same for Kii.

    The game is still fun, if you know what to play. After abandoning the $hit tiers like T7 and other things that WG made less fun, I can still have some good games. I have no hope for the game to get better, WG is too dumb for that, I just hope the decline won't accelerate too fast.

You are addressing three different issues which are not completely related to each other. 1 - Credit Economy - WG screwed up mid-tier ships with balance changes, AKA global nerfs, and MM is now uptiering T7 to T9 all the time. Making people require playing overtuned ships in an environment where they are just XP boxes for higher tier ships, is a surefire way to lose players. Because the average potato is a 1-2 game a day dad who already has a job, and who won't be working for it in WoWS. Unless you make premium time do much more credit wise, so that an expenditure of real cash nullifies that issue, which would lead to massive problems with silver overabundance. WG dropped the ball on silver economy. 2 - Flag Economy - The changes to achievements benefited only the bad players. The average and up player now earns much less in terms of flags, they have to spend silver or coal to get flags now. Meaning they get keep less silver on average. Sooner or later the tight-fisted system makes them choose between having flags and having silver. Because coal alone doesn't cut it. And I've seen some streamers roll with no flags anymore. If you make the silver economy harsher, most players will stop using flags at all. Because they won't get any, beyond the paltry weekly boxes that drop other trash too. 3 - T12 - WG is made of stupid. Instead of investing in events and cash-only optics, they kept releasing new lines one after another. They are running out of product they can sell. So they create Superships out of napkins. With Super Duper Ships coming next to powercreep T11. T12 will happen as WG is too dumb to change course now. They will powercreep the released ships as hard as possible to get more money out of people's pockets. Thing is, this is a niche product. The customer base is not endless.

    I will, not only because I like the ship concept, but also because Dockyard ships are not available after the event. WG has lied to us stating they will be made available in the future.
  14. My whole internet is like that since yesterday. It seems the networks in Europe are being under heavy strain. Maybe a DDOS from Russia? My game works fine in the middle of the night.

    Re-grinding the original German DD-line

    Well, the whole line was never the best and then it got power creeped. Right now the Z-52 has the worst damage and least kills at T10, plus it's K/D is in the dumpster. WG says that's fine.

    Fix Udaloi's concealment

    This is a 4 month old replay result. It represents your best game in the Udaloi. In the other 46 battles you came to a WR of 48.94%, not impressive at all. But you know how to farm people in the ship. One single result screen is not an argument against what op said. Here's how you could have made a better argument without posting an inconsequential battle result: The 28 day stats for Udaloi compared to other T9 ships. Looking at the recent stats it is clear that Udaloi is doing good. it is in the middle when it comes to popularity but has a very respectable WR of 52.5. Making it the best silver DD at T9. The average damage though isn't impressive with 39k, below average for the tier. The one thing that Udaloi can do is survive fights and kill other DDs with the K/D of 1.25. It's clear that Udaloi is not a weak ship, it doesn't need an immediate buff to correct a glaring weakness. What it suffers from is being out of sync with other ships in its line. Looks much better than posting a single game result, does it?

    Instead of changing concealment WG should replace the Udaloi with a ship that fits into the progression between Ognevoi and Grozovoi. Then Udaloi could become a coal ship and play as a gunboat.

    They haven't been powercrept. It's just that the player base has changed since 2019. More potatoes play now, and we can see Russian BBs slapped righteously as people playing them have no idea how to do it. Or how to tie their laces. Well said. Russian military, and their fans, suffer from the small Richard syndrome and try to compensate with fantasy designs that the nation could never build because of incompetence and inability.
