You forgot to add TooLong to the poll, it goes right before the CherryBum. Toulon is a solid ship. Very nasty when played smart in a long game. In a blowout she struggles to rack up the numbers. Unless she runs into people showing side. Thanks to the heal and gun caliber it doesn't uptier too badly. Cherbourg is similar, but the reload booster allows for very nasty surprises. Haven't played it much, but I like it. Brest is a brutalizer. A thug in an alley with a baseball bat. It's a ship that sends people back to port. People complain that it has Dunkerque guns. What they forget is they have large cruiser dispersion and decent sigma. I haven't whaled Marseille. But I'm very optimistic about the ship. If it performs similar to Brest it will be just fine and dandy.

There's lazy, and then there's Wargaming lazy.

This event isn't supposed to be fair. it's supposed to test the waters. The basic idea is having an RNG event where there are big prizes among the bull droppings. The "customers" aren't guaranteed anything and they can't buy all offered bundles. If WG makes money, then they will continue with this design. Imagine the next event, Musashi, Kamikaze, Enterprise, and other ships in rare and expensive bundles. The problem is, you can't buy everything. WG rigs it so that the rare ships are in the next bundle after you've spent your tokens. Bad "luck", try next time "customer". Have you noticed the Rip-Off in the Armory event doesn't have a drop percentage? That's how WG can walk around their promise to publish drop rates. It's not a lie, it's just an omission. And now you know why I don't respect WG employees. PS: I'm not allowed to use the word "sucker" here. Hey, rube!

Yes, but it's very counterintuitive. AFAIK you have to press Backspace+Control+Shift at the same time to activate it. I think OP found a bug.

WG is really trying hard to show how incompetent they are every update. Did no one test this? Where was quality control? To paraphrase: Wargaming is not a company. It is a state of mind.

While the Op did use the wrong term, the question is valid. Both Russian BBs and German BCs are flankers/pushers. With subs and limited DCP they are forced to camp even harder, as their limited charges are a precious commodity. It's a highlight how the design choices made by WG ignore balancing choices made by WG. As if the teams responsible don't talk to each other or play the game.

Not everyone wants a port that is cluttered and claustrophobic. Plus, boring is subjective. Scapa would be great as a mostly open port/roadstead, with maybe some small easter eggs. Like the sunk German High Seas Fleet wrecks, the Scapa distillery building, maybe a few Home Fleet ships. And some nice calming music with bagpipes.
