Probably at the same time as the Battle of River Plate event. There's a 5x daily challenge for the Graf Spee at the time.

I'm neutral, as I never really got into CVs (have the Bogue and Zuiho). To be perfectly honest USN CVs were a joke compared to IJN CVs, oftentimes I would see a USN CV against an IJN CV and know how it would end. But right now, I'm not certain that the loadouts we will get will improve the situation. As a non-cv player I see the flexibility of the IJN CVs as a major advantage.

While the results aren't bad, especially the three dev strikes, I'm more happy about finishing the idiotic mission. I wanted to throw the towel after a string of +2 matches. The enemy team had only 3 cruisers of which 2 died very quickly. So getting those 5k DMG on a CL/CA was tricky. Highlight of the game was a Hatsu I blew up with one shot. Honorable mention to the Bayern who stopped right in front of my torps.

Made a control check for the Aoba and then checked the Indianapolis, both ships had the same values in port and in battle. So there must be something wrong on your side.

I rarely reach 37k, most of the time I go for the 12,5k crate. Only weekends with the better first win bonus give me a chance to reach 37k. Besides three crates and 30 oil are enough per day.

Any mission that makes the players abandon objectives in order to grind the requirements is stupid. Today I have seen so many bad DD plays it hurts. Playing the objective in a DD today is suicide.

Some early morning fun, after the disaster that was yesterday: The enemy CV tried to attack me, after killing all of his planes I wrote him "beep beep I'm an AA ship". Also the team was moaning when the battle turned into 2 vs. 4 against us.

Indeed, buying an expensive bundle for a t2 ship? Not worth it. Maybe we'll get a mission in the future with Albany as the reward.

I grabbed a Murmansk for 7€. Considering taking the Lo Yang as a trainer for PADD, but I'm still on the fence because of Anshan being much less expensive.

Short answer - yes. Longer answer - yes since I'm a bit of a fan of the pre-dreadnaught era. The very look of this ship makes me want to buy it. because it's not about the performance but the sentiment at low tiers.

Cyclones are fun, until you play a cruiser and get a surprise visit from the Battleship fairy bringing you a 8 ton broadside. Now that's fun and engaging, almost like a root canal!

And that's what the community should push for. Not ideas like access to heal etc. But rather small buffs that could go a long way. Because I'm not surprised that WG is ignoring calls for improving the ships when the proposed buffs are bordering on fantastic. Atago has also the 3rd worst win rate with Hipper being better and the 4th worst damage dealt with 1k more than Hipper. Both her and Eugen are bad premiums right now.

That's the crux of the matter. There is no point in selling ships that are worse than silver ships. WG's claims that the ships are fine is just denying the reality. Yes, but not when there's a large gap between the bottom ship and the ships above it. I'm not so certain about it, the fact that they are pushing Baltimore down to T8 says that NO didn't fit the tier previously. Indeed, but I doubt Baltimore will be nerfed hard by the downtier. Most likely there will be some smaller tweaks like the RoF upgrade and range. And I don't think they will change the 27mm plating on the Baltimore. That would be the case if they caused less damage but killed more, compared to ships that to do more damage but kill less. However, both Hipper and Eugen are at the bottom tier when it comes to average damage and average kills. They do less damage and cause less kills than other cruisers at tier, so it must be assumed they have less impact on the game than ships like the Mogami. Thank you for proving my point. WG is going overboard with new ships and the older ones are suffering for it. By improving the reload of both Hipper and Eugen by 1s from 13s to 12s. I have posted a calculation earlier in the thread explaining why a 1s improvement would help the ships.

This argument would be valid if not for the fact that: -NO is getting downtiered, leaving Hipper and Eugen at the bottom together. -The bottom 4 cruisers have similar avg. damage values, the next ship after them deals significantly more damage on average (34k for Atago and 38k for Mogami). -The stats of Prinz Eugen show that the ship is weak as a premium and shouldn't be bought. It's not a question of P2W but a question of being powercreeped by silver ships. Why should anyone buy this ship if it's so weak compared to the Charles Martell? It wouldn't be a problem if these two ships were at the bottom with the ships above them performing only a bit better, but there is a performance gap that WG is ignoring. The weak global stats of not only the Prinz Eugen, but also the Atago, show that these ships need a buff to be competitive compared to other t8 premiums.

You missed the sigma nerf, did you? Colorado will remain bottom tier among t7 BBs. Sure the extra health will help, but the lower sigma will hurt the ability to deal damage. Let's not joke ourselves, every other t7 BB offers better performance than the Colorado and it's not going to change.

Nope, the only thing this achievement needs is to have the ridiculous "used and unused catapult aircraft count against the 50%" requirement removed. Because with superintendent and premium consumables you can easily get 40 aircraft on enemy non-CVs.
