Good idea, however I'm against having open divisions. As we have seen in the opening post getting randos into your division is a bad thing. You should be able to create a division and invite people in or create a division and open it for clan members only.

TIII ships can't meet TV ships unless they fail division with a TIV and get uptiered.

You forgot that WG recently extended the MM protection for new players, so that people really new to the game aren't going to meet those seal clubbers. Vampire players will meet other equally skilled opponents, that have either bought the ship or unlocked it, and also people who know how to play but grind a new line or play for fun. And remember, this ship is nothing compared to people driving in the Nikolai. A small aside about the guns, they are 102mm, so they shatter quite a lot.

Only from the tech tree, availability in the shop will not be changed. I think that WG wants to normalize tech tree offers across the servers, since NA and ASIA are also getting large changes to available tech tree ships. NA alone is getting 28 ships unlocked for sale, ASIA 25. It's just that we have both the Albert and the Atlanta in the tech tree.

The HSF Spee has a bonus to free XP. So it is better than the standard Spee. The collaboration was teased as being "early 2018" and from experience I can say that things in the supertest are around 2-3 months away. So my guess would be for February.

Both Fat Albert and Atlanta are in the shop on EU. Just checked. If it only also had a premium camo...

The second one. Never believe what WG is saying until they commit and do it. "Here to stay" means that something will not go away, but a permanence is not guaranteed. Although colloquial usage has a sense of permanence to it. So the use of this phrase can be understood as a guarantee that the ship will be available forever. A second collaboration with the Haifuri team was announced recently and today the WoWS Development blog posted some pictures of the second collab. Both ships will be available again, together with a collection containing the characters from the Anime. We don't know if Isoroku (the Cat) will be available as a captain, as he was a ASIA server exclusive, but we know that a special Isoroku camo will be available for the Harekaze. And it's adorable:

Just calculated that in order to get the Missouri before it goes I would need to either get very lucky with free XP gains or drop around 80€ for doubloon conversion. Not going to spend that much for this ship, so if the first case doesn't happen I won't be getting the ship. And since I'm not interested in the Musashi it's WG's loss, not mine. Two months is just not enough to grind up 700k, if WG was smart they would have given us more time.

The dev blog just posted info about the second Haifuri collab going into the supertest. Expect the Harekaze to come back sooner than you thought. I'm getting one with the Isoroku camo:

I'd say he's dispirited after seeing what we are getting. That's a very good question. If the second campaign can be started by playing the Scharnhorst that would be awesome.

There's the announcement for the 2 campaigns. You can buy some containers with content that is not worth mentioning and certainly not worth paying for. You can unlock a free ship that has been rated "Garbage" by @LittleWhiteMouse. And if you don't buy the Dump of York, you'll have 9 days to get the TVI ships and camos as the second campaign unlocks after playing 1 battle with that trash heap. So get ready for potatoes as everyone will be trying to get the collection in those nine days. WG has built 0 hype about the Xmas/New Years offers. We don't know anything about possible premium releases, save for the high probability of getting the T-61. The current offers are meh on toast.

Thank Bob for the 2 weeks after the holidays. Christmas is a bad time to be playing. Unified server events anyone? I doubt we will get a special duration.

You also get better pen values and fuze time. Meaning you shred DDs and cruisers alike, and god bless any BB that shows you broadside. Aside from the fact that the Fiji has 4 more guns, it also gains a better turning circle (50m reduced), your AA is improved by having more 40mm Bofors and 20mm Oerlikons, also your main battery fronts are better armored.

Problems will start if those cosmetics replace one if the container rewards. Right now we can only guess whether the emblems will be like collection items or not. Personally, I don't care about this type of cosmetics, as it will be a part of the player profile. And who looks at those things?

Both HSF ships are available on the NA server. So it's not like WG can't sell them anymore, they just don't want us to give them money.

The SK C/34 had a reload of 17s historically. But these were on the Scharnhorst. I think the current compromise is ok, not great but still better than the alternatives.

It is balancing as Scharnhorst had the improved 28cm SK C/34 gun, while the Spee had the older 28cm SK C/28.

This is me right now, last bills of the year paid, saved a bunch by shopping smart when it came to Christmas gifts. No offers in the shop, money will get spent elsewhere.

WG needs to start looking at its player demographic. Holding off on sales before major holidays is a bad idea. Many of us are older and the way holidays are set up this year means some, like me, will be leaving on Friday. And until I'm back, I won't be having access to a computer. So I won't be buying anything, I won't be playing, and I will be lucky if I manage to get some time to look at the forum on my phone. Also, why is it that Airplanes and Tanks had daily Christmas offers and we got the shaft?

To add to the seasonal cheer and excitement, WG has removed all ship specials previously in the shop, leaving us with only the new years premium time offer and the overpriced special camo. Also we have no announcements about the upcoming campaigns, so we don't know when they will start and how much time we will have to finish them. Out of all the WG titles WoWS has the least amount of Christmas/New years activity. Even WoWP has more offers than we do. Good job at helping people spend money elsewhere.
