I've bought 5 small, 5 medium, and 20 large crates. Here's what I got: 5 Small -150 Zulu Hotel -50 Zulu -5 Frosty Fir Tree 5 Medium -30 Red Dragon -15 Dragon -15 Hydra -Huang He + Captain 20 Large -Kii + Captain -30 Dragon -2000 Dubloons -30 Wyvern -60 Ouroboros -30 Hydra -30 Type 59 -180 Frosty Fir Tree -120 Red Dragon -180 Days Premium The large package has been worth spending the money, as I've got almost 90€ of value from the Kii and the premium time alone. The medium package was barely worth it, the Huang He is a novelty, but the special flags are good. The small crates were incredibly meh. PS: Flamu's video was running in the background.

Asia also has no crates in the shop yet. Just be patient and wait a few hours.

Agreed, it looks horrible. But now that I've seen it I could swear that the bug has been there for some time. I had a lot of bots in coop drop torps in the wrong direction.

WG's marketing makes very little sense most of the time. And I'm saying this as someone who had to do coursework on the basics of marketing and sales.

We don't know, there is no indication whether the ships will be there for a day or for a week. Which is the best way for WG to get less sales as some people might just miss the deadline. After all, some people spend money after Christmas, when everything is paid.

I'm not interested in the TVI ships, but I really wanted the Scharnhorst camo. But I'm not going to waste my time grinding like a maniac just to get there. The New Year's Raid has some reasonable requirements though, at least for the first 3 ships.

Right now only the US server has the Christmas offers and beside the Christmas crates they also have the following sales: -TVIII - 15% off on all ships -TVI-VII - 30% off on all ships We can expect similar sale offers tomorrow.

The tech tree is getting a rework with the next patch, the three servers of EU, US, and SEA are getting the same premium ships for sale. EU is the only one where the König Albert and Atlanta can be bought from the tech tree, so they need to go. But we also get access to many ships previously not available at all. The shop availability won't be influenced by this.

I find it in poor taste how the announcement, or the lack of it, has been handled. Just dropping the start date, but not the end, in the patch notes shows that ranked battles are an afterthought. Also there's zero information given about the superleague.

What I'm most disappointed in is the fact that they didn't advertise it before. I recently bought the Nelson. If I'd knew that the Missouri would be removed, I would have saved the XP and worked towards getting around 500-600K, with the rest being converted. Instead I'm in a position where I'm uncertain about the time left, as "patch 0.7.2" is not a measurement of time. I don't have a lot of fXP. And I'm certainly not going to drop 80€ to convert the XP (I'm sitting on 4mil unconverted XP). And the worst part of it is, I'm not interested in the Musashi. No, the Missouri will be most likely replaced by the Musashi. Different nation, different play style. WG claims make no sense.

Agreed, the way the event is locked behind a time gate and how the tasks are structured makes it unappealing, especially since parallel to the campaign there's ranked and holidays. I can easily do the early stages in an Atlanta, but then it becomes a tedious grind. Don't think I'll bother too hard.

I'm going to spend the money I set aside for the 1 year premium offer on the boxes. So that's around 70€ I'll be spending, maybe I'll get lucky. Zoup posted a nice video in which he said the boxes give good value, so I'm betting on that.

There has been a clarification of how the content of the Christmas boxes will be determined. Contrary to last year the content will not be determined when buying them, but when you open them.

If true, the effectiveness of the Kutuzov will drop, as the smoke detection of this ship is 7km. It will be easy to drive around the map in a DD just close enough to spot the Kutuzov. But it remains to be seen.

Don't try to argue with WG's argumentation. These are bald faced lies told to us as if we are children too stupid and ignorant to see through them. Honesty would pay greater dividends but they would rather patronize us. Too many people had reached the point of buying the Missouri and now WG wants to capitalize on the panic they have created before they remove the ship. Instead of playing the long game they end up pissing people off. They would have been better off introducing several TIX premiums that could be had with free XP only, but instead we get artificial scarcity.

I did not explain myself correctly, what I meant is that the changed meta after rank 10, and how the teams played, led me to a situation where I couldn't influence the game. Until rank 10 I played on unicum level, but then I kept getting +1/-1 streaks as my aggressive play style led me to early deaths and the inability to do anything.

I reached rank 10 last time and failed to progress further because of the random team setups. Even at the end of the season it was hard to get more wins than losses.
