That's my Lion/Conqueror setup and taken in that order, although you can switch Adrenaline Rush and Expert Marksman. Takes advantage of both the concealment and the ability to use both types of ammo effectively.

Yesterday my clan had its first win against a Stalingrad team, they had exactly one. And that's because the whole team setup was centered around countering that ship, which is dumb as hell.

So unlimited planes + nerfed AA + reduced utility of defAA. This looks even more retarded than the current CVs.

If I had the money, I'd buy the ship. But right now I'd rather put 6€ more up and buy the Massachusetts.

Good for you. I however am too sick and tired of WG bungling up communication and not telling people straight what is happening. Collectors emblems were part of the patch notes, there are no collectors emblems in the game from what I have seen, ergo, WG lied about them. If it is true that the emblems have to be added manually, then why hasn't anyone told us? Writing a single sentence doesn't cost more than a minute of time.

So, it has been a week since the patch dropped. No emblems in sight, no explanation, nothing. As usual, WG has lied to us again as it looks like the emblems aren't available to EU players.

It was different before Stalingrad, at least it feels so. Now? After today's CB round I have no interest in playing it again, however as member of the alpha team of my clan I can't just drop out. Now, Stalingrad might not be as strong in randoms, but when it is 7vs7 it is a very powerful ship. With good positioning it can tank and deal massive amounts of damage. Right now CBs are divided in teams with and without Stalingrads, in the future the game mode will devolve into a passive game of Stalingrads camping besides islands. As mentioned before, soon steel will be sold for money, and any chance of balancing the Stalingrad will disappear. Draw your own conclusions.

It is possible because WG doesn't care about game balance. They also realized they can monetize this in the best pay to win fashion by offering steel for money. Soon this game will be like WoT.

Just because a skill is crossed out doesn't mean you can't take it. In the case of Massachusetts the incompatibility refers to the fact that the main guns, which have a 406mm caliber, do not gain any benefit from IFHE.
