Based on what? Winrate? You're joking, right? By damage she's 6th, with Fuso close behind, and that's with best accuracy. She's 4th in the kills per game. She has the highest tanking value, but only 7th best in survival, meaning she gets focused and killed a lot.

Good players play other ships and I don't think we will see a resurgence in popularity ever again. The AA "strength" has disappeared with the concept of non-overlapping AA. The Russian T6 BB Izmail is also a battlecruiser, but with every category better than PEF save armor, it's already in preliminary testing. Dunkerque has received a reload buff to 26s. Where does that leave PEF? WG doesn't care, they've got their money's worth during Christmas, now the ship can rot in port. Congratulations to all the suckers who said the ship is alright, the first German battlecruiser in the game ended up as nothing more than a boring log. PS: Also the Hood buff made it a 100% better premium battlecruiser.

The 5th stage requires base xp, so you are looking at the wrong type of xp from the start.

No battleship should have a cruiser's dispersion.

I have quite some experience with playing T6 secondary ships. I have found that it's not the raw damage that makes a secondary build effective against DDs at that tier, it's the pressure of being forced to act under fire. I use a secondary build on my Normandie, I have seen too many DDs turn around and run when getting under fire from the secondaries of my ship. Sure it wouldn't stop a skilled player, but those don't get caught in hydro range of the Spee in the first place. Graf Spee has a lot of secondaries compared to other cruisers at tier, and not BBs which she isn't. If she is to be treated as a BB then she deserves German style secondary range.

The only thing I would consider is a 1 km secondary range buff to mitigate it's helpless state against DDs. Even a 0,5 km buff would be great. Otherwise, I'm with @Seiranko.

I just realized that Belgian players have no way of obtaining the new permanent camos, the second Pan-Asian captain, and the cruiser Irian. Is it the plan to punish players for the legislative choices made by their governments?

Having a light German cruiser that doesn't just disappear in an explosion, when someone looks at him funny, would be nice.

Don't worry, soon the Exeter will take it's place as THE OP boat at T5. And WG will just keep changing premium ships, so that every few months you'll get another OP boat, because once the barn door is open the cows won't stay in.

Having 483 damage on T7 and 1680 damage on T8 per puff on the same guns is ridiculous (127mm/38 Mk 32 gun). I think someone did an oopsie when changing things.

To simplify the game for CVs they made the AA more complicated by an order of magnitude. No they didn't. What were they smoking when they wrote that? Pre-0.8.0 AA builds were easy to understand and setup. I'm at a loss.

Lootboxes, in one word. WG last year has doubled down on lewdboxes, but I don't think they made as much profit as they expected. The drop rate of the good stuff also went down making people think twice before buying. Lewdboxes are on the way out, Belgium has already banned them, more EU countries will follow. WG needs a working financing concept now, and a way to do this is to rebalance premiums that were removed. Talking about low tier "benefits", here are two games, one in a T2 ship and one in a T8: As you can see my to date best game in the Mikasa, a T2 premium, has brought me nothing compared to an average game in the Alabama, a T8 premium. If I wanted to cheese it, I would have had even better returns in the Alabama game. Even T10 coop with perma camos is more profitable, and much easier. PS: If I really wanted to club seals and rake in dough, I would use one of the several hundred better consumable camos that I have in my account, compared to a +50% xp perma camo.

If I want to make a profit in silver, XP, fXP etc. Then I'm not going to take a low tier boat, those things don't earn anything remarkable. Instead I can take the Missouri or any other T10 I own with a permanent camo to rake in the resources. Or i can play operations. Adding permanent camos to lower tiered ships wouldn't destabilize anything. You could even have lower XP gains on them if you are so concerned.

@MrConwayaddresing the lack of doubloon "sinks", why aren't there any permanent camos T5 and down? As a collector and fan of WWI ships I'm just disappointed that I can't get any for my doubloons. I play mostly in coop with them and I just don't seen any reason, not to have a spiffy permanent camo on a ship like Wyoming or Karlsruhe.
