Not if you are: -A coop player. -Don't have the required ship types. -Aren't good enough to earn achievements. The Exeter grind is created in such a way that an average working player will struggle to get the ship. This design reminds me of the old weekly missions. The "free" Exeter isn't really free. I wanted to buy only the ship, I already have a captain and enough of the signals etc. Now I won't spend a cent, I'm not losing anything.

No, during the stream WG reps confirmed that Exeter will only be available as the admiral's bundle. This is a precedent, as before WG offered the ship with no extra content besides the bundles. Now the only way to obtain the Exeter is to either buy the overpriced bundle or grind it through missions, said missions designed so that coop players and new players have no chance in obtaining the ship. I wanted to buy just the ship, now I won't be buying it at all. If this trend continues I see no reason to support Wargaming's predatory sales tactics.

People who won't buy the Exeter will not be able to finish the Knight of Devon missions and get 5 air drop containers as the mission ends when the last stage of the free grind begins on the 22nd.

What they did with Hood was to stagger the packages, so that you could buy the ship only one at the end. Here only an overpriced bundle is available. Both decisions are scummy.

You don't need to have any games in a ship to see its citadel, that is true. But you need games in it to see how it truly plays. Nelson's high citadel is a trade off for the zombie heal. If you don't outright delete her she will come back, and again, and again, and she's still there slinging those 406mm shells while other BBs have long ago burnt down. LWM calculated that with all the skills and signals the Nelson has a theoretical HP pool of 173,448. If not for the high citadel she would be OP as hell. Just accept that Nelson isn't a ship for you, but that doesn't mean she's bad, it's just that it doesn't fit your style.

You do know that in the EU the EULA is worth very little? So WG can write whatever they want, but in the end the applicable customer rights of the nation of residence define the rights we as players have. To the useless response below: The ECJ has established a precedent in which the EULA is not binding, the precedent has not been invalidated by the end result of the court case. Individual consumer laws make accept or not use EULAs partially or wholly unenforceable. National laws can make an EULA partially or wholly invalid, thus the salvatory clause in it. To see whether an EULA is valid it would be necessary to challenge it in a national court. You are spreading disinformation. Since you clearly identify yourself as a WG supporter you are not a trustworthy source of information.

Hood is becoming my second go to T7 BB after Shiny Horse. It's also different from it, as the amount of shot down planes illustrates.
