Duplex looks to be in the pre-war setup, if the balancing isn't off I'll probably buy the admiral's package, as we won't see Suffren-class otherwise in the game. Z-42 will be balanced into the ground before release, I guarantee it.

The reviews I've seen say the Tokachi is an Atlanta but better, as it has some armor and the 127mm guns pack a punch. So it might be worth it, the question is if you can managed to get enough dailies and weeklies done to get it.

Hell, even serious academics play the game, like the late James Hornfischer or Alexander Clarke. So WG is left with a small amount of random people who might not have yet heard about the game. They play a few games, see it's really bugged and scummy in monetization, and with a low investment they quit. And the server numbers confirm that.

Funny that you say it, as it is a bad cruiser too. It has worse reload and range than the Z-39, a DD. Hell, Vauquelin can eat it alive. And the concealment is comparable.
