I know there is a lot of hate towards the Russian light cruiser and its original state was overpowered. After the removal and nerf, in range and triggering shells it has become almost unplayable, especially in light of changes with play style (everyone playing from the back of the map)
If you compare it with the UK Minotaur, the UK ship has better range, fire rate, gun calibre, health pool, better torp range and quicker loading and a super heal and has the same hydro and smoke.
I have a ship that cannot be used, would be nice for a hit pool buff or a little more range so it is balanced with other ships in the game
