The fact she was playable on PTS was not intended, and quickly fixed afterwards, hence why this was the case. It was mentioned already for PTS version 0.10.11 that she would only be for in-port viewing as a dockyard reward on the PTS. It is a new approach we are trying in terms of PTS dockyard. Previously the ships were completely unobtainable on the PTS (for example, De Zeven provinciën or Hizen) but we are now at least giving players the option to view these ships in all their glory in port. Captains! Recently two bugs have been found on the main server: • some of the modules being indestructible; • wrong HP distribution in different parts of the ship with Survivability Expert skill. The fix for the issue with HP distribution will be deployed on the 17th December at 05:00 UTC. The expected downtime is 1 hour. Also, because of this, cross-server Clan Battles will not be available on the days of the update. Instead of reverting the mechanics, the fix will adjust how getting additional HP works in general (this covers such cases as Survivability expert or, for example, HP buffs in Arms Race). Additional HP will be distributed among different parts of the ship proportionally instead of being put into the hull. As an example of what effect it might have on destroyers: with about 2000 – 2500 HP in a bow section and roughly 20 000 total HP, an increase of HP in the bow would be about 400 HP, which will not lead to a significant gameplay change. We understand that it won't be a full revert to how it was before, but we were planning to change the mechanic as it will help to improve the technical state of the game and keep the mechanics consistent. As for the bug with indestructible modules – regrettably the fix will only be deployed with the release of 0.11.0 since a fix for it has a noticeable technical risks and requires more testing because it affects damage dealing logic much more. We will also adjust the combat missions in Dockyard which require destroying modules. I will be sure to forward your suggestion, however I dont know of any such plans in the pipeline for the foreseeable future. Please keep in mind that if you buy a ship from the armory that isnt part of a bundle or container, you can still choose to have it refunded if you only played 1 battle with it, though I would advise you not to use this too often as a "try it out mechanic" as this can only be done every 6 months. As for "really dont get these" I dont think there are any in the coal selection. Like some others have mentioned, it comes down a lot to preference. What are you looking for? TX/T9? Maybe something lower like T7? or even lower like T3? What kind of type are you looking for? A BB, cruiser, DD? What kind of playstyle do you like, and what are you looking for in a ship to enjoy it? This information could help people help you. You could also try searching on the subreddit, as "which coal ship to get" is a very frequently asked question there as well and you're sure to find some opinions there. Even with the 1, 3, 5 ratio, for regular big mega, the statistics are still in favour of the mega crates, the numbers aren't exactly in your favour there. There are plenty of forumites who have done the math on it, so lowering it down to 1 2 3 would not be very logical. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

Heya there! Right now, as you know they are still in a testing stage. We won't deny that they definitely still have things to be worked on, and to find out how best to change them, we have to test various ideas to find one that most players are comfortable with. Unfortunately doing this in a separate mode or server would not yield the desired results. People play differently on another server or gamemode. We understand not all players may be happy with the changes we are making to submarines, which is why your feedback is actually very valuable and relevant. We do want to see what the big concerns are from players in playing against them, but also in playing submarines, to see how we can fix these issues. A lot of the changes we have made have been based on this. Such changes include ASW armament and the many changes made to homing torpedoes. We have been quite careful in the testing and implementation of submarines, gradually moving from submarine test server to random battles. This however is a necessary step as we need to balance the ships according to the main gamemode. As for working more with our players, we have a lot of players that give their feedback, and we have to consider both sides, people who play against submarines, and players that play submarines. Often these two sides have opposite ideas in what should happen, and herein lies the balance. Hope this was able to clarify and provide insight into your questions and concerns. All tier 9 premiums are 19 300 doubloons. It is indeed only available for doubloons. It was never said all T9 premiums would always be obtainable for free in-game resources. Even so, you can in fact, eventually get enough free doubloons to get Guiseppe Verdi through for example ranked. I can spoil it for you now, she will not be available for doubloons. Hi all, The fact this cannot be completed in co-op is indeed an intended design choice, as it does provide you with a free premium ship, and it is a permanent campaign, meaning that, even if slowly, it is very likely that everyone will eventually complete the campaign. The campaign is not particularly long, or as difficult in its requirements as for example the Halsey or Yamamoto campaigns. Hence for now co-op will not be available to complete these campaigns. However we will keep it in mind for the future. If we at some point revisit this campaign it will be taken into consideration. Fair seas captains! ~Sera
