  1. Visual Improvements and Changes Our work on the visual component of the game is ongoing, and you can expect new graphical improvements and changes in Update 0.11.3. New Effects We've improved how snow and sand are displayed on islands. We've also added the effect of snow covering ships, depending on the weather. HD textures on maps We're continuing to update all the maps to accommodate enhanced HD textures. In Update 0.11.3, high-detail textures will be added on the Tears of the Desert, Trap, Warrior’s Path, and Solomon Islands maps. In future updates, we'll keep working on texture details on other maps and Ports. Aircraft camouflages The camouflage mounted on the ship will also be displayed on aircraft that belong to that ship. This effect applies to all aircraft types in the game, including aircraft carrier squadrons and fighters, spotting aircraft, and airstrike flights. Underwater world improvements The improved visuals have made the ships and underwater landscape look more natural and picturesque. We've also improved how distant underwater objects are drawn in the Binocular View. Watch our official streams and participate in the Public Test and other activities to earn Community Tokens. In total, you will be able to find up to 1,200 Community Tokens on our website before the end of Update 0.11.2.     General Submarines related discussions

    Hey! Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I noted your concerns. I haven't noticed any issues regarding hitting subs and their hitbox. Can you please give me some examples? I didn't really see anything odd in the replay. In the replay you chased after a sub who had little impact, when the game was over, and who could do nothing back to you. I will agree, that it was probably a frustrating experience to chase after a sub like this. And I will make sure to include your concerns. The oil slick is a debuff, similar to a fire or flooding, which can be remedied by using damage control party. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

Such as a hotfix for the SE bug or the bug of the server tickrate. I'm not saying that everything is perfect. There is still plenty to work on from our side in the way we do things and communicate. However when the new support CVs are brought up, it should be remembered that this is a concept that is in extremely early stages of testing. This in itself, publishing the information, and having tests with volunteer groups about this is also part of us trying to be more transparent further ahead of time. This is not something that will suddenly be in the game in 2 months. Additionally, please do know that we hear your feedback on them, we really do. We will be able to inform you of our next steps with them in the coming 2 weeks. While it may be true that not everything is perfect, things have changed.     Public Test 0.11.3 - General feedback

    First of all I need to ask you to please stay respectful. As I mentioned, do you have at least 3 tier 10's on the account? It could be that on a new or unlinked account you only have that 1 Tier X, and this would be what's causing the inability to purchase. If that is the case, please report it as a bug, and we'll do our best to look into it, as it should be possible to purchase and play superships from the tech tree on PTS. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

    I do. I am literally here to be there for you, and make sure that the feedback from the community is collected and forwarded to the developers. In any case we will always try to explain why we do things, and acknowledge the concerns. Change might not always follow, and you may disagree, but in any case we will always try to address the questions and concerns. When we take into account the opinions, questions, concerns, and feedback from every single player that gives us their feedback we get a much clearer picture. Especially through something like the surveys we send out, but also forum here, twitch, discord, facebook, instagram, reddit, you name it. We have to take into account feedback from people who play 10 games a day to people who play twice a month. They are both still players, and they both still count. And usually, different people with different interests have varying opinions. However it does not mean that your voice is lost to the many. We try to make sure everyone is heard. We don't want superships to be spammed to much, and to discourage this, there are certain things in place, such as a high economical cost to playing them, to make sure people do not exclusively play superships. This way we try not to overpopulate high tier matches with superships too much. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

    After verifying it seems that the answer you received was unfortunately incorrect. The condition is 200% base HP, in the same workings as dreadnought, but it is important to keep in mind that damage from the filth, AKA outside the zone, does not count towards this achievement.     Update 0.11.2 - Savage Battles

    Thank you for bringing this up. So far we've encountered this a couple times, and in the cases we encountered, it should be noted that damage you take when outside the zone does not count towards the achievement. I have not heard anything regarding this having to be 300% instead of 200%. If you could please give me the ticket ID of the support ticket where you raised this issue, I could check internally whether this is the case, and our wording was incorrect, or whether something else happened.     Opens up and runs twice? To my knowledge this should not even be possible, considering the fact that you cannot launch any game instance if you already have 1 game instance open. This would be good to report to our customer support, along with a WGCheck report. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

    You require at least 3 tier X's to be able to research/purchase them, as well as the respective TX of that line. As for servers, for PT there is only 1 server, there is no EU or NA server. Please check that all these conditions are met. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

    CV rework I believe we have already talked about that it was not well implemented as we would have liked it to be, and we have learned from it since then. Considering how careful we have been with Submarines. Testing started well over a year ago, on a different server, then slowly in a different mode, then ranked, then randoms. All done in small steps over time, and with necessary changes and interventions where necessary. The same for superships. Initially in their own mode, then ranked, then randoms. We listen to you, and we don't ignore you. A lot of the changes we have made to submarines have been largely based on community feedback, but you also have to realise that we have to take into account feedback from all sorts of people. People who love subs, people who hate subs, people who don't care. People who play 5 games a day, people who play 5 games a week, people who play 5 games a month. All these different people say different things, and it is important to find a balance. We try our best to make their implementation as smooth as possible for all parties involved. Make it the least painless we can for those who hate it, and still make it enjoyable for those who love it. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

  14. Hello! I understand that this is a concern. However do keep in mind this also affects free XP and commander XP, as these values are calculated off of the regular xp value, not base xp value. Also we do not force anyone to buy such a camouflage for these ships, it is purely optional, but I will forward your concerns. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

It is in the very early stages of development, and we wanted to be transparent and upfront with you regarding the things we are considering and testing. It does not mean that this is 100% what will come into the game in this state, or at all, the same thing as with the CV spotting changes. Yes. Leone will be compensated with doubloons.   19. Hey there! Please note that, it is true that we collect feedback from many places, we do also take into account the pain points from players that don't like it. However for this we need specifics. What exactly is it that makes subs not enjoyable to play against right now? If we have specific things that bother the players we can more easily bring this up with our developers and point at what exactly is the problem.     Dutch Cruisers - Airstrike - Respectful request for help.

    I don't think this is something we are planning to do anytime soon. Airstrike is kind of the flavour for the dutch cruisers, and when mastered and utilized well they can have a large impact. When choosing the correct targets, you can start multiple fires, and deal good damage, usually up to 15k, depending on whether you are able to penetrate the armor of the target. Even so when used in combination and in succession, it can be well utilized to set permanent fires and rack up a lot of damage over the course of the game. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

    Hey! Of course we want to get back to you on this topic. I looked at the ticket and the support agent already provided most of the reasons and feedback on your problem. We are trying to optimize our game wherever we can, however as mentioned the details in port are a lot higher than in the game, and most of it comes down to rendering, and unlike in battle, where the CPU takes on quite a bit of the load, and the level of detail is a bit lower. For most, using the armory or using the dorm or designer's table ports will usually reduce the load by quite a bit. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

    I'm actually not sure how the interaction is with replays and whether it applies retroactively. I believe it should though, as the same goes for other settings.
