  2. this is correct. For now there are no plans to sell these improved permanent bonuses following the change. There will still be combat signals as a part of retaining this, as well as commemorative flags. Camos will also not go anywhere, but will be visual only, separated from their bonuses. There will be more information to come about the exterior separation with additional information. We will also try to provide additional answers to questions. Not planned at least, as the economic change should be net neutral or net positive. The idea is that camouflages will be ONLY visual, and nothing else. Whether you are running no camo at all, a basic one, or a special one, it should not have any affect on your ship, be it economically or combat statistic wise. If we leave this bonus on the camouflages it defeats this purpose, and as Ahskance already mentioned, changing everything is technically just not an option. Fair seas captains! ~Sera
  3. We have no plans to introduce this into the UI. The spreadsheet calculator we provided serves as a way to compare results from before with the results after. Gunboat DDs would not actually benefit that much, considering they are spotted and shot at more. Yes this is true. You can use your credits on your missouri, your fxp bonus in clan battles, and your xp bonus when grinding. That is all possible. In any tier below T9 it will be a net positive outcome in terms of economy for almost all players, because the service cost in those tiers is so low. In T9 and TX games, it should still even out to a net neutral result. And your last statement is simply false. a majority of players will economically benefit from this system. this is not 'Obviously' our goal. This is simply part of making camouflages ONLY visual and nothing else. If this has a drastic effect on the duration of games, we will have a look at this. Of course there will be edge cases as the one you mentioned, but in general, in the games where you are actually playing, it should in general be a net positive, as the 10% on the 250k credits you earned is more than than the 20k off the repair costs. We will be keeping an eye on the economy after this change, and if it turns out that this is really the case for a lot of players, we may end up changing things, depending on the situation.     Trust me that we really are giving this new ping mechanic the attention that it deserves, including giving community and our own feedback about this. As mentioned we simply tested this as a community team here in Europe, we cannot share this with you, but will make sure that it reaches the relevant people, along with your feedback. We performed such tests a week ago or so. The mechanic currently shows the ping indicator in the general vicinity of the submarine, but not the exact position. As I mentioned, we are closely looking at this mechanic. Unfortunately for now I cannot share any details. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

Now we believe it is finally time to introduce the gamemode into random battles. there will always be a mode some of like less than others. We are also removing Epicenter from the game as we bring in arms race, to keep things interesting. Hello! Chat was disabled on the CIS cluster, and because the PT is hosted on the CIS servers, it was disabled for 0.11.3 as well. Chat service has since been restored. Fair seas captains! ~Sera

    Public Test 0.11.4 - Other changes and additions

    Armament ranges cannot be disabled (Guns, Torps, airstrikes, depth charges) For now there are no plans to change this. However you can disable all other kind of minimap circles, like detection, secondary range and AA range. Fair seas captain! ~Sera

    The public test for 0.11.4 only goes live at 16.30 UTC today. If you were sent here by the portal article, then that would be correct, however as mentioned, 0.11.4 public test is not yet live, so it is not yet possible to leave feedback. Once the public test goes live at 16.30 UTC, you will see the threads appear here for 0.11.4 feedback. The public test for 0.11.4 is live for a total of 10 days, split into 2 sprints of 5 days.   17. Continuation of Early Access to Italian destroyers Early Access to Italian destroyers continues in Update 0.11.3. An additional component of the event dedicated to Early Access is a new collection that reveals details of the artillery armament of Regia Marina destroyers and awards of Italian sailors. The collection consists of three pages, with six elements on each. Elements of the collection can be obtained from the event containers. The reward for completing each of the sections is the ability to mount a second commemorative flag aboard Italian destroyers, cruisers, and battleships. The rewards for completing the entire collection are VI Leone and a commemorative flag.

    Hi! Welcome to EU! As for a specific language section, I am afraid that for now there are no plans to open a specific section for it. We have many different languages in Europe and only a few that we officially support, being English, German, French, Polish and Czech. Previously there was a time that there was also Turkish and Italian official support from our side, but these have been shut down. This is simply because of how things work within the team, and the official language support we provide from EU side. However we will keep it in mind for the future! Fair seas captain! ~Sera

    Let's see shall we? Dockyard will net you the following rewards completely for free: 15x brazilian camo 2x gift container 4 days of premium 3x distant voyage container 30.000 captain EXP 10x Wyvern signal 10x Dragon signal 10x Scylla signal 10x Leviathan signal 100.000 Free XP 10x Hydra signal 10x Basilisk signal 10x Red Dragon signal 10x Ourobouros signal All for free And then on top of that up to 440.000 credits and 14 special signals all on top of that for the missions Quite the contrast to "just 10.000" credits if I do say so myself, as this is quite the amount of rewards that can be obtained completely for just playing the game and completing combat missions, without spending any kind of money. A lot of the missions can also be completed in Co-op, ranked and sometimes even clan battles or operations. Yours truly, Sera
  21. Hey! These are in fact not the same. As pete pointed out, the amount of wins is an absolute value. As another user pointed out, the only statement with regards to random battles is about divisions. For random battles, there are actually quite a couple restrictions in place division wise. I do agree that it may not be a great experience going into this solo, and if I am being entirely honest, it is not really the intention here either. yes of course you can play it solo like that, but in my opinion that kind of defeats the whole purpose of the brawl. playing 9v9 random battles is not too much special. The outstanding part here is that you can in fact div up with up to 9 people, and that is what makes it unique and fun, as opposed to other brawls that have significantly different formats, maps, or other rules. So with regards to divisions and such, let me quickly try to address: Pete is right here that, indeed for random battles the enemy team can only have 1 more extra div than your team. However there is no restrictions to that division size, so it is possible to see a single double division against 2 triple divisions. Imposing more strict rules on random battles MM will increase the queue times pretty drastically, and the same would hold true if we did that for brawls, which doesn't have the same amount of players as random battles does, which would then increase the queue times even more. When we did actually implement skill based matchmaking we had people sitting in queue for up to an hour before finding a game, and this is simply not a reality that we want. We have to adjust for those cases too, and in the end, people being basically unable to play the mode is simply not a good solution. Of course wins in brawls isnt exactly the most representative indicator for a person's skill level, but when you consider the above and the other cases, it is necessary to keep the gamemode fun and accessible for everyone. When you do actually get together a couple of friends, and just do some funky stuff it's a ton of fun and you can really get some fun games in, as you can see below: Fair seas captain! ~Sera

  23. Hey! This works exactly as previous brawls like 3v3 brawls and clan battles. Just like in those, the team lineups are not necessarily mirrored, and just like in previous brawls, it is possible to end up vs a div as a non div. This concept even holds true for random battles, that you can face divs without a div of your own. In my personal opinion the brawl is most enjoyable in a squad of 9. Playing with some friends and trying funny lineups like Colberts, Plymouth's, druids, SAP only, etc. It was a ton of fun, and in at least half of the games we ended up facing other 9 man divs. with regards to the matchmaking, it will try to match people based on the amount of wins in brawls players have. It is the purpose of this brawl, to simulate what would have been King of the Sea / Warships Spring Championship. With 2 BB limit and 9v9 games. It is also purely optional to play, and I suggest that if you do want to play, try divving up with other players, it is a ton of fun. This has always been the case for brawls, as it also is for Clan Battles. can you please link the post here? as brawl MM has been working on the amount of wins for a long time already.     It is more of a gift/reward for those who have a supership, rather than "we are forcing you" Is missing out on 1 supercontainer the worst? there are plenty of other missions available for plentiful rewards, such as the easter event, dockyard, italian collection etc. with a ton of rewards that can be obtained for completely free. Can you give some example? Some Battleships with 32mm armor would indeed have a tough time against something like satsuma or hannover, but can still deal considerable damage to them, as the superships still have their own weaknesses as well in their armor and protection. Although you would face the same issue when up against a Yamato or Shikishima at Tier X Happy Easter! ~Sera

    This has nothing to do with their success or failure in any way. This is simply something for those that do have a supership to get a little reward for playing them a bit at the start. We will announce more information about this closer to such an event This is not so much an "incentive" as much as it is a gift/reward. 1 supercontainer is not a massive incentive for people to spend upwards of 50 million credits, but rather a small "hey you got a supership, have a supercontainer!"
