This statement is simply not true. Even my own solo winrate is about 58% and that is considering I played mostly solo when I started and mostly divs now. In any case to get back to the main topic, losses happen. Loss streaks happen. Win streaks also happen. Simply the nature of any game. This wouldn't be any different even if there was skill based matchmaking, as most people here will know the famous "loser's queue" that persists in any game that does have it. And as many said, divisions can greatly increase your chances to win, and friends make any game more fun. Happy holidays Captain! ~Sera

What Yedwy said is that we restarted the campaign on the 7th and that the backlog would be cleared by the 23rd. That is not correct and that is also not what I just wrote. Those who transferred from CIS and those who have their 7th year anniversary will need to wait until January for the first battle anniversary campaign to work for them 3. We would give an update on the 9th regarding the birthday campaign On the 9th we announced that: 1. We would be restarting the player birthday campaign until the 23rd of December 2. To be fair Leo, I'm not really sure what your question is. They were updated to fit some of the UI changes that we've made in recent times and we are generally reworking more UI elements in the coming updates. Personally I would go for the Tromp simply because she offers a rather new and unique, and honestly rather fun playstyle. The Alvaro does have the unique burst fire that makes her stand out, but I believe the Tromp is simply more fun. Happy holidays Captain! ~Sera

Currently there is a bug, due to which the game client stops playing music and ambient sounds after leaving the "Santa’s Gifts" tab in the Armory. We are already working on fixing it. In the meantime, if you encounter this bug, please restart the game client or switch to another tab in the Armory. After that, all sounds will start playing correctly again.
