Greetings everyone it has always been a dream of mine to get a premium ship , and now that i have the xp required to get the nelson i wanted to ask you should I keep grinding to 1 million or should i buy the nelson , is it worth it or should i keep farming?

Greetings all i have i tiny question that may sound stupid to some of you, but if you have the patience please help me with it so I see early access Russian cruisers , if i play those cruisers do i get to keep them , if not what happens to the xp gained from them , and lastlyhow to i get them permanently I didn't unlock any ship in the Russian tree
