Well if you are going to spend in the end 3500 doubloons to get it and sail in it out there you have to treat it as a heavy cruiser no more no less. And a BB as WG is calling it is not worth that amount of doubloons in my humble opinion at that tier.

True but you still have to be on the lookout for the CV planes and my experince in the asashio is that you need to have more map attension when there is a CV in the game than you normally have
