Well the problem for me is i have tried many times put in a report and still i get a run around by Customer Support even after i have done what they ask me to do and on when i made my complain in here to one of you it got solved. So yes for for me Customer Support is for me a laughing joke @YabbaCoe and sorry to say that and i have actually stopped making report to them because of that.

The problem with WGs Customer Support is that even with the state of the art pc they always blame the playeres @YabbaCoe and it is only when someone higher up one like you interweans that they suddenly has a changes of heart

Dont worry that is a standard answer from WeeGees Customer Support and i have stopped sending in complains they will just get us to run around in circles @DefendUrSelf and they only hire people that cant see any problems at Customer Support and that department is a laughing joke.

Dont worry @Andrewbassg WeeGee will f... this up too

1. If you had read the Dev block regarding the Dock yard on PTS you would have known it by now that you could not play the Repulse or the Malborough. 2. You have never ever been able to play any Dock Yard ships on the PTS and this is the first time we have been able to see them at all on the PTS. 3. On the PTS you have and still have the chance to research any ship in the Tech Tree except for ships in the RB. 4. This is the first time WG are letting you have the ships and look at them that are in the Dock Yard and i dont like that you can´t play them either but thats how it is. 5. They have learned from their former mistakes but they still have a long to go yet. 6. That dumpster fire you are talking about was the Puerto Rico failure also known as the pay to Rico and last i do criticize WG a lot but this time i do not because they have stated that we could see them but not play them.

Thats what i have been trying to tell them @Seraphice and i am one of the harshest critics but at this point WG have been clear about the Repulse

The doubloons are given to you when you play on the PTS so you have not actually lost anything by using them and again getting the Repulse on PTS that ship is only for show no more no less and WD have stated that very early @Chinooka_1 when they introduced the Dock Yard on the PTS

If you dont have the Repulse on the live server you cant play it on the test server because when you unlock it at the test server itg is still only for show nothing else and WG have stated that and people have to try and understand that. And i have to say that normaly i am one of WGs harshest critics and they have stated that on the test server the Repulse IS only for show.
