halp plz

I found worldofwarships.exe, and I clicked on the replay and clicked 'open with worldofwarships.exe' and then I tried to open the replay but nothing happened :(

where is worldofwarships.exe?

all my fighters keep losing in 1v1 dogfights so I thought i'd place them above friendly cruisers so i'd get AA support but they still keep dying, and whenever I go to attack enemy ships with my torpedo bombers and dive bombers they all get shot down before they reach the target - I'm making sure they take routes that aren't directly over enemy ships either :(

for example, mike yankee sosisix; the flavour text says 'it is dangerous to approach close to my vessel.' is that what it means IRL? does it exist IRL? these questions burrrrn in my mind...
