There will always be those who want to cheat, in any Clan, but blaming the Clan in its entirety is a little harsh. I would also make the replay available to the Clan leader because a good leader would not want a cheat stain on their group...

It cannot be fixed because WG do not want to fix it.. meanwhile WG will expect the Lab Rats to keep buying premium time and goodies.... funny that isn't it.. you pay your money and don't even get the finished product. Everyone knows that if WG won't listen to players directly they will only take notice of zero revenue... If you truly don't like the way the this once great game has turned don't spend any money because that is the only way to show these people that they have made a big mistake. Should be a third option to the poll: Not playing, just waiting and not spending. I have played 1 random game since the update.. absolute garbage.. spotted after 53 seconds.. perma spotted and attacked continuously for 8 further minutes until sunk.. Fired no torpedoes, fired no shells received no markers for spotting, couldn't cap, couldn't evade, couldn't ask the allied CV for help... couldn't do anything other than be the damage tally for the enemy CV... why play a game where from the outset you are limited to being a CV target being unable to achieve anything nor do anything for the whole 20 minutes... We need a scuttle key...piss off a few CV's when they can't hurt you anymore... Haven't played since and have no intentions of playing either until things change... @MrConway is everyone in WG blind to the negatives or are you just burying your heads in the sand? How many people need to tell WG how bad this game now is before you take notice? Or maybe empty coffers will grab your attention by which time it will be far too late. I often wonder where WG buy their scales from for these balance episodes? Hamersmith Farmers Market (London)? (Maybe brought from Trotters Independent Traders?) "No Money Back, No Guarantee." Lately, everything done by WG is claimed as balanced; what this tells me is that their scales are pre-weighted, biased and or just damn well broken and we are the paying suckers who suffer it.

Played this new Ranked/Arms Race mix.. mixed DD and BB.. I prefer the old style of Rank games with designated caps because there are no gimmicks and you know what you're fighting for or working to defend; But with a competent team Arms race is okay. Unfortunately, I had too many games where it seemed capturing the drop zones was more important than strategy, spotting or protecting your team. DD's would suddenly detach to chase a new drop zone, which meant that the bigger guns had nobody to spot for them and were blind, or a Cruiser would do the same within 2 minutes of the game start leaving the flank totally open.. In one game in my Yugumo, with 2 other DD consorts, it took 6 minutes for the other DD's to get themselves destroyed because they went chasing zones beyond the support of the team.. I ended the game last man standing against 5.. (With 3 kills) and came second.

I think that this is a translation issue. @Zlaraki if you still have your IJN CV's sell them through Inventory, if the offer still applies, you will also get fxp from the sale.. not sure when the CV offer ends. If you've go the FXP you can FXP to Midway problem solved... If you haven't then you have to grind...

I doubt it at all. WG are just concerned with the fast grab, quick cash, damn the future.. Let's throw out new ships, British CV's etc etc.. still plenty of people out there ready to buy their garbage, which will no doubt be changed at a later date but who cares because the newbies will again take the reins and the complainants, todays advocates, will stop playing also.... But wait...CV game play now is all about damage.. no more can CV's protect their allies with fighters... enemy CV's attack with impunity and where as before in the old CV game allied CV's could launch fighters to protect the team that is now gone.. No wonder people have stopped playing this crap new game style... How does a CV obtain Clear Sky now? I have played only one single game since the rework.. can't be bothered anymore and I have gone from playing perhaps 4-6 hours every day to nothing..well done WG.. regularly purchased premium time month by month, purchased Doubloons, Ships (last ship purchase was the Asashio duo), crates, Santa Gifts.. lots of money spent.. Premium time expired... no more money for WG... watched prime time numbers for 9pm GMT Saturday, quite shocked as they were at 22,700.. so exactly how many players have said no more? It will not surprise me to see player numbers drop even further... I wish now I could go back in time and tell myself to decline the invitation to become part of this once great game... I could have had an 12 week holiday in Australia and come back with change for what I have spent on this game... Seems to me WG wants to kill their games completely...perhaps Dasha is getting tired... How many Clans have witnessed a reduction in member activity since the rework?

Too complicated for the children of the rework to attack ships AND defend their Allies at the same time. You can imagine the CV captains of the CV Rework in their prams screaming.. "Boom.. Boom, ha ha ha... more Boom, boom."..."Provide Anti Aircraft Fire Support."... "Mum what does that mean?" "Boom, boom."

@MrConway How many players have WG driven away with this update? How many players who purchased premium time and other goods have stopped spending? Does WG just intend to blunder forwards hemorrhaging players and revenue regardless of what their player base is telling them? If WG wants an accurate picture of the discontent give every player a simple question to answer, just like you do with the surveys you put out after a battle. ---------------------------- The question should be: Do you like the new CV rework? Yes or No... ------------------------- WG won't go that way though will it... better to bury their heads in the sand whilst this great game dies.... Oh at 9pm GMT Saturday night the server registered 22,700 players... guess the other guys who usually made the numbers up to near 30,000 had better things to do with their time...

I have a simple question. I would be interested to know who now refuses to part with their cash for this game post 8.0 rework? No more premium time, no more ships, no more crates, no more doubloons... the whole job lot. Start with me.

Let's have a lesson in economics.. so far 46 players on my poll have said that they have closed their wallets... I know personally of another 15 but they are not part of this poll and only 1 uses the forum. So working on the 46, a single months premium for this game is £8.32.. now let's multiply that by 46 and we get £ 382.72... so right now in membership WG has lost £382.72 every month....... For the year that is £ 4,592.64 and then look around the other forums and see how many other people refuse to spend any money.. and dear MK that's just premium time it excludes ships, doubloons, crates, gifts etc etc etc... As I said, this rework by WG has upset a lot of people and again, quoting numbers, only 12.5% of those who took part in my poll are happy to continue spending money with 5.3% who never spend anything at all and combined (answers 1-3) 46% are not prepared to spend any money... If this plays out the same across all of the players on all the other forums then WG have made a real serious blunder for any business a 46% drop in revenue is a disaster. So @1MajorKoenig if you really understand economics and opinion polls you have nothing to say worth listening to... I'll see you in my next thread I am sure.

Sorry to burst your bubble but I don't hate CV's at all..before the rework anyway. In fact as a DD main I used to love them.. once the capping, killing was done I went hunting them and successfully to. If I was killed by one, cross drop, bombs etc etc I always complimented...because it took a good CV to kill me... Anyway you're totally avoiding the point of the post... the majority don't like the rework and the numbers prove it..on my post and in many others on this and other forums...it's going to cost WG revenue and they seriously need revenue to pay the clowns who thought up this rework ignoring advice from testers as they went along... Pathetic is not acknowledging you made a big mistake and driving away those that give you income...those you rely on for survival. I cannot help it if you don't understand economics...WG need money and no money equates to no WG..no game. But, anyway you be happy with it for as long as it lasts..

Well, I was wondering how long it would be before you put in your two penneth... to date 42 people have voted and so far the people who are happy to carry on spending are in the minority... Just out of interest have you gone through the other forums aside from the English forum? I did last night with my Google Translate.. it does seem that there are more people in the forums who don't like the rework than those that do.. But you can continue to be the advocate for the rework.. your opinion is just as welcome, honest. Numbers don't lie...that is the one good thing about them and they are not blinded nor biased... I wonder how much money this rework is going to cost WG?

Well maybe we need 101, 102, 103 or 1,000... unless people create these threads WG will not listen...every member of this forum has the right to create his/her thread to voice their displeasure or appreciation unless we are now being policed.. Single threads with multiple replies can be ignored.. single threads from individual forum members are much harder to ignore.

I do understand your point but this is not the same as the letter to WG. As WG like to ignore advice, feedback, letters etc etc and after I went through the other forums, with Google Translate, I found so many people saying that they will stop spending on the game. WG needs money to move forwards, to survive, so this specific poll is to show WG what they have lost directly because of the rework... People have 5 choices and I hope people vote as they feel...

If WG really wants to know how their player base is reacting to the CV rework add this option of gameplay in port. RANDOM, NO CV. It will tell WG everything it needs to know about how people really feel. ------------------------ As suggested by another member this would be a better option. "random but with old CV mechanics"

@Reavermann WG had all the opportunity to listen before they launched this, this...whatever this is and the hatred for this is not just limited to the English speaking forum. Using premium players as Guinea Pigs is insane, players are not paying money for an unfinished product.. we are not your testers. WG you had your testers and chose to ignore their advice... I went through the other forums last night with my Google Translate for company for about an hour and the ripples of discontent are everywhere.. so much negativity about 8.0. In the 2 ranked games I played still not one single positive comment about 8.0. WG @MrConway you've seen IChase exploit the game, you've had such an overwhelming negative reaction from every forum going in every language you cater for and now how many players who have played this game with you for years are refusing to spend money on this game isn't it time for WG to say sorry and get rid of this crap. Unless it is your aim is to have Carrier only games...because at the minute any other class is just Carrier fodder... this game is World Of Warships, supposedly. WG here is a lesson in economics: I will not pay any more to play not one single penny, 15 of my friends will not pay to play and we were all premium players... we 16 all buy our premium time monthly so for premium time alone you have lost £136.32 every month....that's correct your update has cost you at least this every month... add to that the ships, crates, gifts, Doubloons etc etc... and yes we are only 16 players but read the comments from all of your forums and how many other people are telling you "Their wallet is closed." It's going to sting your cashflow... WG you may have 30,000 players every night but how many premium paying players have you lost? Free play doesn't give you any money and you need money...

Exactly what I and 15 other players are doing... WG you may have 30,000 players online playing this rework but without your core premium players who give you coin.... you're kind of in trouble.

An avalanche can start with the smallest of snowballs.. so no it is no joke and every one of those 15 players spent real money on the game..so when you add up their total spend and divide it by the months they have played... the loss of 1 months revenue for those 15 players isn't a small hit at all and WG needs money to survive.. you are obviously someone who doesn't understand economics yet. In regard to your stats, there may be 30k playing but are they all playing randoms where CVs play or something else? Can you breakdown the numbers for me?

But playing what exactly? I wonder how many were playing coop, ranked or the missions that don't have Carriers.. I haven't played a random game since I tried my Kidd... I know of other players who have stopped playing or only play ranked games..

Well obviously you can now farm more damage, use the F key to retrieve your aircraft without worrying about damage, fly at supersonic speeds.... By the way why are you playing World of Warships and not World of Planes I may ask, is it because in CV versus ship game today you have now the overwhelming advantage of attacking a target at lightning speeds, with no AA deterrent worth a damn, with impunity and no chance of your aircraft being slaughtered just like IChase was in his video...and being able to raise another squadron in seconds to do it all over again... Very soon you'll be waiting a long time for your game because you'll have no opponents. I know of 15 players who will not play random again in this format +1 and that's me...

It may be their game but people are paying real money to play it... when you pay real money you should play the finished product not some half assed version with lots of upcoming patches on the horizon as if you're the Guinea Pig for their mistakes... If the people I have spoken to in game over the last 72 hours follow through with their threats to close their wallets, as I am doing, where is WG going to source the revenue to continue... WG made a bad move releasing this as there were plenty warning them against it. WG need money to survive....

Emotionally unstable and destructive? I dare to say the rework is crap and that makes me... sorry what? I dare say that I will not pay real money for an incomplete game and that makes me...sorry what? Don't worry you'll soon have a game where everyone is on your level.
