WG has succeeded, this is also my last ranked season and if randoms don't improve ... well I stopped playing after 8.0 and only came back after the issues with CV's were looked at...

It's an absolute Joke... I suppose you also had the usual premium ships as I experienced Tier X ships with Tier 3 Brains? When I first joined this game in 2016 Ranked battles, being able to participate, was the icing on the cake... Now, it seems WG have really made a major boo boo here...

I got to rank 10 with 100% WR I am now Rank 10 with 53%... I am not saying the players are bad, oh no; they are next to useless... As I have said before Wow's has been on the go long enough for the most useless to have reached Tier 10 by now and WG stopped Asymmetric battles for this?.

You watch the extra 2 points needing 1 million xp to attain. Losing the Elite Commander XP though... So imagine you're playing the highest tier captain where does accrued XP go if not to a pool for later use?

Yesterday was enough for me... WOW's has been around long enough for even the super moron to reach tier 10.... and 'profanity' it up in ranked.

I managed to get to Rank 10 with no losses..... I thought I would carry on (Big Mistake)... Rank 11 and by god the players I have been teamed with... if they're not border huggers, YOLO superheroes they are CV's who seen to have their own special agenda that means zero fighter bubbles and no spotting enemy destroyers... oh did I mention that nobody shoots radar Cruisers? One Yamato who sat on the border for the whole game firing the occasional snipe had a PR of 698.. WG you removed Asymmetric for this pile of:

I don't go below rank 10 lately after the experiences I have had with previous ranked events....

Played 4 games in Shima, Halland, Gearing and YY... all victories so now rank 10... given my experience at other ranked events I am back to Asymmetric. Shimakaze Arms race....was fun almost had 2 Thunderers for a single salvo of 15 but the kills were poached... got all of the heal buffs. Halland... dicey game in epicentre... got nail by torps avoiding Nevsky radar... Gearing Arms race.... wiped out Somers and Yamato then spent the game taking the buffs as they appeared. Yeuyang... Arms Race... tough game here facing an experienced Halland +1 worthy adversary given.... he got me down to 28 HP and I was just able to hide in smoke and avoid guns and torpedoes from him.. spotted by allied radar I soon chipped his last 9k HP...

I was not by any means knocking what you said.. The beauty about radar is that once flipped it needs to cooldown to reload... that gives me a perfect opportunity to hunt them within a 12km range and with RL I am getting very good at it... My best game involved me actively hunting two Radar Cruisers, that had taken station close to each other behind an Island, I took one (Des Moines) behind the Island with 5 torpedoes and the Moskva from the flank with 10 torpedoes as it attempted to run.... I hunt them and it is all about positioning yourself to get a kill shot that leaves you in a relatively safe position to do so. It is hard to explain how you do it but situation awareness, the mini map, the spotting of others and vitally important knowing the cooldown times all are key factors and once you've sunk said radar Cruiser the game really opens up for you.

One counter for Russian Radar.... your allied BB's firing at them when you spot them. No spotted Russian Cruiser Captain is going to sit for long with BB shells pounding him...... @FizzlePopBerryTwist Learn radar ranges of your enemy by heart and radar isn't a problem.... the only Radar Cruiser that bothers me is Nevsky because it is nearly stealth radar.... Watch your mini map and when they are spotted keep them spotted sitting beyond radar range then the BB's of your team can pound them to scrap... easy really if you take the time to learn. A DD has the edge over any radar Cruiser and a good DD captain is never sunk because of it.

Look at the rewards.... No wonder MASHUM is an Asymmetric convert... Oh and victories....

Yes, ever signal available.... but even without the signals the rewards for Asymmetric are pretty decent.

First part of the players name wasn't 'edited*' by any chance was it? In a game two days ago I had a player (already pink) who did nothing but fire on my ship and the other player in my group.... edited: name and shame.

I'm a Kita Captain... she isn't an easy DD to master.. she has poor concealment compared to almost all other DD's and she may have many guns with a fast reload but she isn't a speed train if you need to disengage... so if you're a Shima with 8km 80 knot torpedoes and 5.6km concealment, the Yugumo with TRB or a Halland with 95 knot torpedoes Kita does not have the advantage in close combat... If you're silly enough to get within range then what do you expect? I have some soothing ointment for wherever the Kitakaze touched you...

8-15 a day in Asymmetric... Today: Kagero, Fxp 11,100, Asashio Fxp 7,906 Benson Fxp 9,323. Kidd Fxp 7,577. Massa Fxp 8,368. Tirpz Fxp 7,122 Bismarck Fxp 8,233 Lightning Fxp 8,121 Cossack Fxp 5,364 Minekaze Fxp 1,234 Total Fxp for today alone: 74.348 (Not including my COOP runs this morning) When I started Asymmetric I was on 73,000 Fxp and I now have 493,302....

In 6 days I have collected 350,000 free xp and my Elite Commander XP is back over 1,150,000.... the rewards are brilliant and as I said before.. you have to think ahead.

Didn't take me long to realise the Graf has some pretty tough secondary armament...

How about a 1 shot kill with zero damage...
