Since the last skill commander reword and independent class trees, you can use it as a trainer for ANYTHING. You simply build the DD captain and keep the other parts unallocated and just collect skill points. Then you allocate them when you decide on a silver ship to stick the captain on. Actually having an off-class ship is an advantage in this case.

So basically: Play the game as WG dictates to you for some token (pun intended) rewards ? Sorry no. I watch Twitch for entertainment (and some times education). The CTs should be a bonus on top. They are not as I need to play the game MORE in addition to watching Twitch to get the rewards (and sometimes not even that because the missions are so far quite limited in prerequisites - German DDs only ? come on). Testing on PTS ? Since when did that do anything good ? Most if the issues make it into live anyway and some you cannot even test. -

I do ignore them mostly thanks to the Twitch missions having prerequisites that go contrary to my current grind. With limited game time, I don't have the luxury of playing what WG thinks I should be playing. I get them mostly from Twitch containers which is not much. Once in month or so I check how many I have. I took the 1500CT container that dropped 500gold, so ok so far. Nothing much interest me in the available Armory store .... -
I have the Aigle and Gallant and planning on getting the Anshan as well. I like the Gallant more, it is a more general purpose DD. Aigle is not bad, but the playstyle is not really typical DD. Anshan as a Gnevny clone with decent stealth, good guns and good torpedoes is the best of the bunch i think ...

dunno. these come and go in waves. some evenings I get 80% winrates, some evenings I get 30-40% best. I do get more of the former ones, but when a 40% WR evening happens noting I can do about it it seems .... -

Yes and no. While direct FXP ships are being reduced in number (Friesland going away as next), the RB ships are basically FXP ships in a roundabout way ... -

That's a common opinion on those skills even among CCs. The previous flat turn rate boost was a better implementation. However WG is somehow alergic to some type of skill bonuses it seems ...

I use RB points for signals. That's the only useful thing about RB so far ...

Hello, The calculation is correct. The misunderstanding is on your side. It talks about TURN RATE not TURN DURATION. 60 seconds for 180 degree turn means 3 degree/second, + 20% is 3.6 degrees/second which is a 50 second duration for a 180 degree turn. I hope that helps.

the hull integrity of a heavily damaged ship is reduced, so it will more likely than not crumble under the impact and absorb the impact damage to itself than a full HP ship ... so yeah ...

The problem is, you cannot judge that. The initial CV release was far different. So the initial subs release cannot be really compared to the CV rework ... I am rather sceptical it will work properly, but I don't think it will break the game that much. However it will be the breaking point for a lot of players.

I guess I'll sit out one patch after subs, then have a look at randoms. I can definitely stick with operations for my part ...
