Why would you release ships for resources that everybody can obtain easily when you can lock them behind T10 grind and RB regrind ? I mean that would be customer unfriendly ....

well ... it's a late sprint ... I tried to qualify for Silver, took several minutes to get the first game ... naturally I lost :-) -
I use the F3s on Kita when building specifically for DD hunting. In a more generalist build I use the 12km ones. Also I do use the short range torps on the Loyang :-)

Having observed a few streamers playing around with these, there is definitely skill required to use those on MOVING ships as there's a considerable delay (15 seconds). Very similar to torpedoes ... -
Can you explain to me HOW the client side module affects the SERVER SESSION data ? I mean it only collects data from what is sent to the client. Especially when the client behaves like there was a disconnect. And I have seen this happen to some streamers that do NOT run session stats mods ....

Not in the current implementation. Detonations should happen similar to citadels. You can see the magazines in the armor viewer, magazines should show incapacitations like turrets etc, if you magazine is incapacitated, your reload slows down drastically while the magazine is being repaired. If your magazine blows up, the reload debuf is permanent. Just another reason to use DCP, basically doing the same thing as with main armament incapacitations/destruction. The current RNG based bullcrap of a HIDDEN module should be removed. -

Next time you see a DD detonating, you know the reason. He/she was running with fire/flooding chance flags and no detonation flag. OH CRAP !!! Was that actually a really stealthy way to reduce fires on BBs ? ANOTHER BB BUFF !!!! -

Well actually I have mentioned this to Yabbacoe (or Conway) in the discussion on the first draft of this bullcrap. I mean Detonation flag farming specifically. I have done that. You basically play a few throwaway games in a DD in low tier. If you get detonated, you have a few more flags now. It does not meant you just throw yourself away (like that community mismanager mentioned), you play like normal just expect to get detonated. You can even add a few of those flags the HELP detonations (you know, fire chance flags ?). It is definitely possible to farm det flags as you can INCREASE your detonation chance actually. But doing it constantly or on a mass scale is stupid. The fun part is, NOW you do that every time when out of detonation flags. So his main reason "People weakening their team intentionally." was now effected by WG globally :-) -

WG: With upcoming update v0.10.7 we will again have Commander Skills update - please enable visual clues when some specific skills are ON / OFF - it has already been 6+ months since first introduction of new skills and we still don't have that implemented

Twitch is behaving weird since the update went live: 1. Some streamers (at least one that I know) drop the same things as WG official channel (CTs + WG container) 2. The notifications for drops are not always appearing when switching channels. Previously on each channel switch a new message appeared so I knew it is counting time. Now it seems once until you collect all the drops.

Well for FB and Brisk/Swift in Silence, the indicator is baked in already - you are detected or not. But the others that rely on ships in gun/detection range or detected timer (Dazzle) it would be nice to have them. -

This feature was requested by testers and CCs BEFORE the rework. It was never mentioned by anybody from WG, so I guess they have ignored it. But we can hope ... -
this I was advocating when the BBAP vs DD change was implemented. effective armor thickness is capped at overmatch angle. that would mean overmatching shells unless they are already hitting a thick enough armor don't fuse ... but it seems that is too complicated to implement ...

No you cannot, that coupon is for the SHIPS section. Weimar is in the FEATURED section. That's a usual approach by WG to disallow poeple to use discounts on NEW releases for a patch or two ....
