    Ah another Flamu type drama queen ... What they are saying is, they need to have a look at the legal requirements of publishing the drop rates. Some countries may mandate %, some may mandate 1:X while others may have even different requirements. That's what they need to make sure is legal in the whole process. They cannot simply assume % is valid for all jurisdictions and suddenly get government fines because in some countries there are other requirements ? Hard to follow ?

    Well, this looks like a start of ... something ... Unfortunately you (WG) have conditioned us to distrust EVERYTHING you say as the first step. That will be very hard to repair. I am really curious how you want to do that. Anyway, I have watched the EU stream with Sub_O and came out very disappointed. Lots of words, no real answers to anything. If that is how you plan to rebuild trust, well that's the wrong direction. On one hand you are claiming that the majority of this games playerbase is in the 30-40 year average but you still treat us like children.

    Well ... go into training room with a buddy in his cruiser or BB, hit him in the bow and compare damage to healing potential, then do the same with citadel area ... I think you'll be surprised. Torpedo hits f.e. are one of the major tools how to lower Conquerors healing potential ... why do you think that is ? Torpedo protection is just a flat % damage reduction, nothing more when it comes to torpedoes ....
  8. It describes how the fuse timer works, but does not connect it to overpens. Also looking at it, a shell striking a plate it cannot pen shatters even if armed. there is no "arresting" of the shell in the hull. But I am not 100% sure on that one ... might be that an armed shell explodes in both cases (too thick a plate and fuse timer expired).
  9. The overpenetration part is not entirely correct: 1. Shell overpens if fuse is never armed (too thin armor plate) - as described 2. Shell overpens if fuse is armed but explodes AFTER shell leaves ship hull on the other side

    regular torpedoes hitting the citadel area count as citadel damage anyway. just there is no ribbon for that ... you can see that on the healing amount you have left after torp hits amidships ... that there is a citadel ribbon on the submarine torpedoes is just a cosmetic thing that only confirms you have hit while double-ping was in effect. nothing more nothing less.

    Hah, what a joke ... let me explain: If you have a minigame that looks like a card game (poker and the like) even if NO money is involved anywhere = PEGI 18 because simulated gambling If you have loot boxes/card packs/you name it where you bet real money on the chance of an ingame item = PEGI 3 (FIFA f.e.)

    Yeah they are working out the AI right now ... SURE !!! We got this multiple times with Narai and all that was ever changed were rewards (nerfed). They never fixed any thing with the AI. And they are working out the AI since CV rework ? 2 years ?

    There were plenty of instances reported where ships got stuck at nothing without any warning since the underwater world was added. Also the collision warning if for SURFACE collisions. It only tells you there's a huge island in front of you. It does not tell you there's a reef below the surface ....

    I am not against submarines as such. However the current implementation is not it. Also, I have little faith in WG being able to implement submarines properly. Just look at the current testing period. Random bundles in Armory that distribute submarines ? I got the T10s today ... HOW CAN I PLAY THEM in Ranked ??? There were not enough Sprints to reach Gold League yet ... Nobody at WG thought about that ? And when I reach Gold, the rental period expired and I have to roll the dice again ? But I have already got all the bundles ... Just setting up a proper test environment is beyond WGs capabilities.

    That is one aspect, but the other aspect is that existing ships need special mechanics to deal with them and/or their existing ones (Damage control) get sacrificed for that as well ...

    Update 0.10.7 - Bugs Reports

    A small issue, probably already reported: I have played the Grozovoi in Randoms yesterday (first time I played since patch). I was surprised by a strange sound that I could not identify for about 2 games, then it dawned on me. I can hear the Depth Charges reload sounds !!! WTF ?? I cannot see them ingame, I cannot deploy them/use them yet I do get the reload sound. Highly annoying. Now I understand that the Grozovoi can be used in Ranked against subs, but if you have to HIDE the DCs in Randoms from they UI, disable the sound as well.
