    no, it should rank people by BXP from both teams, first 1/3 gets a star, next 1/3 keeps a star, last 1/3 loses a star ...
  3. They are doing the same with the GK and there Crysantos said you get the ship for free if you have it researched. So translation error it is again ... Anyway, I am more interested about what happens to the commanders ? Will they get retrained to the new T10 tech tree ship or kept on the old one ? @Crysantos can you shed some light on this one ?

  5. I don't like the bolded part. If I have the GK researched but not have enough credits when the change happens, no ship for me ? Why ? Same story with the Khabarovsk change ....
  6. Khaba does very well if MM smiles. But on the other hand I had games where I was chasing the enemy all the time and didn't get anything into my gun range simply because my team outranged me and when I pushed ahead my concealment made me the primary target for multiple ships. So I was not able to realize the ideal Khavarovsk positioning/gameplay on that particular flank ... A rudder buff would be nice. In the region of 6.5seconds stock or so. Nothing else needs to be done and the ship will shine again like crazy ... in the right hands of course ...

    somebody posted some maplesyrup stats in the Devblog thread. Khaba is the least played T10 tech tree DD and that says a lot if the Yueyang is played more often. Even some RB and Steel/Coal ships have more games ...

    The problem is she was nerfed and then ships were introduced with exact same characteristics for which she was nerfed and nothing was given back. The full pen removal helped a lot as the 50mm plate was arming a much wider range of BB shells at a much wider angle than the standard 19mm DD plate at that tier. But the UU nerf was really not needed. And now we are getting a replacement that is not better. The R-10 armor scheme was very similar to Elbing if I remember correctly, so it will be inferior to even the Grozovoi now (and Grozovoi is a ship I really cannot play well).

    Except that potential damage on DDs does not bring XP or credits ... and will mostly not win games as you are doing a BBs work in a DD slot ....

    AA was not designed to prevent the first strike. That's a direct quote from WG. And these CVs only do the first strike .... what do you think will be the result ?
  11. Until you look at the number of battles. It is even behind YueYang !!! In fact it is the least played tech tree DD in the list .... Even the newcomer Elbing is ahead significantly ....
  12. So save for rudder shift and torpedoes, this ship will be a WORSE Khabarovsk .... Marginally better range, less DPM, worse turret traverse for the low range. Better torpedoes (actually the Khabarovsk had those as well until you removed them). No option to smoke or heal, so again a different ship at the end of a line where the predecessors are rather consistent .... Will you nerf Tashkent and Kiev as well ? I guess this will have a 25mm central plate like the Elbing. Or maybe 21mm like the Gearing ? Basically this ship will be a worse Kleber. The current Khabarovsk is already a worse Kleber, this will just continue the same. Looks like I will play the Khabarovsk as the only ship going forward ... EDIT: the Tashkent has BETTER turret traverse ... oh my, I see a Tashkent and Kiev nerf comming ...

This basically means: 1. remove +% credits for battle from signals/camos 2. remove -% service cost from signals/camos This will devalue a quite a lot of them and all permacamos that give Service cost reduction bonus (T8+). I hope there will be a refund for those available. It was the main driving factor for me to buy Permacamos ...

    Are you kidding right ? There's such a huge icon and the center of it, which is the logical place to click is NOT active ? Why is the WHOLE Icon not an active area ? Whoever designed this should do customer support ... he/she'd fit right in ...
  16. Mine was this: I couldn't do anything. Either my support on my side died or turned away or the enemy had so many radar ships it was not funny ... just reminded me about why I stopped playing the game. How hard is it to reshuffle radars between teams once they are already selected ? And don't tell me about waiting times. It's a reshuffle AFTER the teams are already assembled.

    nobody disputes that, but being immune to fires compounds the problem ... no clue what the OP was driving, but small caliber guns can at least resort to fires against armored targets. not so much with CVs....

    thanks for the insights ... that was my first game in the Oland ... after that I switched to Randoms, won 2 games with 4 kills total and some caps ... building Oland for guns seems wrong to me for some reason ... I might try that. but I don't have captains to spare and my build is 14 PT with RPF .... hitting a few torps in randoms turns the enemy ships around and away from caps. unfortunately the win conditions in Convoy do not allow for the limited DPM of Oland (either guns or torps) to work its magic. too little time ...

    those are more cruisers without citadels than DDs ... especially the Kiev .... an Oland is not really an open water gunboat and the torps don't hit hard enough to be an effective defensive measure against a BB pushing towards the convoy ships .... if the convoy route was not public, the game would be more interesting (but then again ruined by CVs from time to time).

    I tried ONE game ... I ended up as a defender. To have any kind of good game in this mode, the ships selection is VERY limited. I picked an Oland .... bad pick, DDs without smoke have no place here as there are no static points to work around, there are no choke points to defend. Yes I am very much biased, but after that one game, I have NO desire to play another in that mode. There are several flaws, but one of the largest is that this cannot work on the usual Random Matchmaker ... it simply cannot because certain ships are useless when they end up on the wrong side. This is a Battleship mode. Anything else and you are at the mercy of the MM that you end up on the correct side. Even CVs.

    Public Test 0.10.9 - Interface Changes

    I just watched Flamus video on these changes (I will not touch PT because rewards). Anyway. Hell yeah, the skill display should have been there with the Commander rework. Why did it take THIS long ? Also why are not ALL activated skills displayed on the main screen ? Like Adrenaline Rush being only visible on the H screen while Secondary skills are visible directly ? Anyway this is a great start and has soooooo much potential for improving the game. Just tweak the display of fires and floods (and incapacitations) to include both a progress bar around the icon + time left in seconds. Also add ALL the activated skills (that have a conditional trigger) to the main bar above the armaments bar ... The best change I have seen to this game since the smoke firing changes (I was against those but they turned out good in the long run).

    Where are the daily rewards?

    I had the same because I clicked on the Convoys screen on the button that switches you to convoy mode. Once I opened the Daily rewards from the ingame menu, they started to work again.
