Or rather better, make radar its own counter. If 2 radars are active in the same area, they cancel each other out due to interference, both radar ships don't get any radar return ... And suddenly the amount of radar ships is a double edged sword and radar needs coordination ...

wait for next patch .... In one of the recent Dev blogs, WG stated they are considering changing the turret traverse of gnevny/minsk to 18 seconds, if this happens to the Leningrad as well (it's a Minsk with 8km torps basically) then you don't need a dedicated Leningrad captain and you an use the higher tier captains much better. EDIT: I use my Udaloi captain on the Leningrad, it's a weird captain but still works nice (has EM and CE). -
For me that happens in 2 scenarios: 1. Network bandwidth problem: if my network connection has issues, it takes some time to load the results, it times out and drops me into port. 2. Simultanous battle end. If I exit a battle before it starts and start a new one with different ship, if the first battle ends while I am still in the 2nd one, I get the issue.

Hmm ... can you elaborate on what the issue should be ? I don't quite get it from the description ... From what I noticed, website and shop don't transfer sessions. When I log into the website I have to re-login when I go into the shop. But that's been the case since I can remember.

So you are calling me out on something you yourself would not accept ? What integrity .... I bet you'd be the 2nd (right after me) to call for a free captain reset if you were not in a clan with CB available to you ... but once again, you only care about yourself ...

You also need this stupid thing called a CLAN and at least 7 people that want to play. I know you are a bit dense when it comes to different points of view than your own, but please do accept that there are more people NOT playing CBs than there are people actually playing them. I'd even conclude that there are a lot of Grozovoi players that don't play CBs as well. But I guess that all is lost on you ? Next you'll argue: " The join a clan, play one battle, reset the captain and leave ...." Would you accept that kind of people in your clan ? I bet not ...

CB cannot be compared to Randoms, you can cover your weaknesses by teamwork and other ships abilities in CB ... If you are on your own in Randoms because your team mostly sucks, the CE Grozo is a sub-optimal JOAT boat, the Gearing does everything better not to mention the Z-52. I do run a full concealment build on my Udaloi and still rather effectively contest caps if the team plays with me ... and a full concealment Udaloi has 7.3km detection which is clearly worse than 1/2 concealment built Grozovoi. WG actually reduced the versatility the Grozovoi had by making SI mandatory. That's 3 captain points the other boats don't have to spend on a fixed skill. EDIT: If you look at it from the T10 DD "best practices" you have these "mandatory" skills: PM, LS, SE, CE = 10 points - this covers your basic survivability and is mostly the same on all DDs (Khaba trades CE for AFT at no point loss). You are left with 9 points to do something useful. However in the case of the Grozovoi, you are left with only 6 points (4+2 or 3+3, I don't think there's a good 3+2+1 combination for DDs at that point). The consumables are very important and you have a lot of them. Skipping on SE (as I have seen a lot of people suggest to make up the 3 skill points) lowers your effective HP by 5264 (loss of heal effectivity + loss of SE health bonus), this is a LOT for a DD (it's 25% of no-SE Grozovoi HP). Also it lowers your buffer between heals. Skipping on SI makes you a LOT weaker. So both options are a compromise that's not good. The only other option is to drop CE and it looks to be the best from my point of view.

Oh God ... flamebait topic :-) Anyway, I see 2 options for a quick fix of radar: 1. Make the Radaring ship visible to anybody in radar range even if behind island or stealthed (Chapayev) OR 2. Cut radar range if going through landmass (same as was done for smoke firing). The optimal solution would be to respect LoS for Radar behind landmass, but that's more work I guess. Radar MM would be golden. As for some of the complainers, yes high tier DD gameplay is much more difficult with the current meta. However it is still workable. The teams at T9+ generally have more experience so it is easier to have your team shoot the radar ship (not always, but often enough). That said, as a DD main, I'd like to see Radar "leveled" to a decent mechanic that has pros and cons to all involved parties. Radar as a mechanic is needed in the game, there's no way around that fact.

Secondary/AA disabled icon in wrong position on RN cruisers: I guess the RN cruisers because the lack HE have a centering problem with the ammo/consumable icons, so the Secondary/AA disabled icon appears in the wrong position for them. Does not happen on ships with HE option. I play at 1080p, can't confirm if other resolutions have the same problem.

1. Description "Battle On" button missing on results screen if game crashed mid-battle and you rejoined the battle. 2. Reproduction steps Start a battle, crash from battle while in progress and rejoin same battle. After battle ends, "Battle ON" button not available in results screen. 3. If there was a publicly available bug tracking system with some classification and progress, we would not need to spam them with bugs that repeat each update ... It's a problem of WGs own making ...

Still waiting on free Grozovoi captain reset after the ship change in last patch .... WG making SI a required skill on the ship and not expecting players to pay to play the ship (captain reset for gold) ??? 2 smokes and 2 speed boosts are not very usable ... I am out of consumables by middle of the match ...

The first tab is only useful to check ribbons (citadels, fires etc ...) as that info is not in the Details tab (I wonder WHY). Other than that, I always click on the next tabs.

Concealment Grozovoi is sub-optimal as well ... you can stealth torp but your torps are a littel anemic for T10. You turn and change speed very slowly + you are a large and fat DD. That prohibits or at least makes very dangerous any close range engagements. If you get lit by radar you can kiss the ship goodbye. Nothing has changed in that aspect of the ship. There is NO optimal way to play the Grozovoi as you have no flexibility in the captain after you take CE and SI. it is better to skip CE, take AFT and maximize your damage projection from guns. You can still cap and stealth torp when required, you just aren't the first wave DD like a Shima/Gearing/Yueyang. You simply don't have the GTFO potential. Let's face it, you are the same as an Udaloi, a fleet support DD to provide DFAA and smokes (those were nerfed but still they can be used to bail out wounded ships).

You are missing only armor ... and that is situational ... you have DPM, heal, range, speed etc ...

I quite don't get the logic behind this ... Saying that f.e the Montana is a worse Kurfurst when trying to play it as a secondary built brawler is kinda stupid ... is it ? Playing a long range HE spammer on the Grozovoi (what Khaba does) is about as effective as the Khaba. you have more range, faster shells on target, can disengage easier (smoke, better detection) and better rudder to dodge incoming shells. Speed only comes into play when you are moving in a straight line ... As for the armor, being shot at by a heavy cruiser of any nation, you'll take massive damage from HE in both ships if you get hit. Especially at the typical engagement range where the shells will mostly hit the deck, superstructure and upper belt. AP is finicky, Khaba can bounce some that Grozo will overpen, however Khaba is more likely to take full pen damage because of the plating ...

Shino has 8km torps ... it will be in every radar range ... also it has about the worst concealment of all IJN DDs (except Akatsuki) ... so not the best example you picked ... Your "playing smart" is exactly what I described, you are just looking at it from the glass half full point of view ... Playing smart in this case means acting as if your concealment was the longest radar range on the enemy team and playing around that ....
