    Firstly, the word is "Rut". Secondly, this video might be interesting: Admittedly, the design of WoWS does not really aid "enjoying losing" by keeping your ship locked into the battle after you've sunk, but the video still raises some good points that you can mull over when on a losing streak.

    There is a difference between humour and just being offensive. Furthermore, the difference between the two is quite thin and blurry, and can depend quite a lot on each different person who views it. Some will think it's funny others will think you're an a$$hole. Sadly, this thread has gone from being funny to being boring for me quite quickly, as it's become apparent that the TC has just gone more and more offensive to try and provoke a desired response. I think I will have to re-evaluate my earlier review: I now think this one is more fitting:

    The weirder one is the triple mount you get as Repulse's stock secondary can be equipped on DDs, too. I can't even imagine an IRL DD equipped with triple gun mounts. (Obviously, I'm not quite stupid enough to actually use that triple mount - it sucks!) It's amusing how many of these I have already. I guess I have better crate luck than I do building/drops luck. Ping Hai won't come home and Terror just refuses to drop for me. Aw, I was kinda hoping you'd suggest the cutie. Oh well, I kinda need another BB for backrow stuff and I can always save up another 20k merit...

    As much as I intend to grind Daring next after Harugumo and Gearing (I already have Kitakaze and Fletcher fully upgraded from stock, just got the final 200k grind left), I really hope WG nerf her from what I've seen in Flamu's most recent video before she goes live. She just has too much going for her at the moment. As such I'm not expecting Daring to stay how she is at the moment. I'm hoping she doesn't stay how she is at the moment. If only because I think my Shima-chan might cry.

    I don't know what you're getting at with the "I can see where you're coming from", but I do find it ironic that I have a better WR in BBs than I do in Cruisers and DDs. I also saw the "top frags: Myogi, 5" and immediately remembered that battle. That was back in January 2017 (so pre-buffs Myogi), and they were all kill-steals!

    Sorry, I completed Portland missions and the tab disappeared. Got no idea about the missions @IJN_Kitakami is talking about. Helena has a radar ability that increases the damage the enemies take for a short time. According to a post I read on reddit, it scales better than party buffs. She's been a very useful front-runner for me for a while (I got her from light construction quite early).

    Take another look at your positioning during the rest of the battle. You sailed towards the A line and stayed there. Not really much help for the team.

    I've already completed it and used the Portland I got to 2nd LMB my Portland for the dorm reward (the [REDACTED] Indianapolis wall scrolls). I think the devs mentioned the quests in an update note last week, from there I already knew about them.

    This one time I was playing Shima and I found myself in my third Epicenter match of the day on Tears of the Cruisers Desert. After the last two were abysmal losses caused (basically) because all the DDs rushed to cap and the rest of the team refused to support resulting in the DDs being overwhelmed, I chose instead to ignore the cap and flank around the east. Compared to the cap, the eastern flank was contested only by BBs and a Moskva that was positioning himself in the usual radar cruiser camping spot. No enemy DDs to contest the flank with. I sank two of the BBs and the Moskva after he had radared me and the match result was a win. Since then I've decided that the correct way to win Epicentre game modes is to do them the wrong ing way. the cap and you will win. ing trash game mode. Epicentre mode.

    The other day, I managed to bounce a shell from a New York in my... No, I'm not kidding. It was completely by accident, I just so happened to be turning in to make my silhouette nice and slim and I saw one of his shells hit my port side only to go "clunk" and deal 0 damage. Yep, truly you can bounce BB shells in anything.

    Except, as I'm sure you're aware, you know for a fact that the battle is still going on because the timer is still counting down and your allies are still being sunk around you as a direct result of your complete uselessness. Learn the game or stop playing. Really, that's the only option left to you.

    Also, when I tried to load the game just now, it seems as though the iOS version is having difficulty connecting to the update server. Anyone else having this problem?

    Those are the ones. Although it's NOT a pre-loaded airstrike. You have to charge up the second after the first is finished charging.

    It really does. No screenshots because I'm not on my personal PC right now, but if you go to the limit break option for each ship and look at the little text there (either below the demo vid or in it before you click 'play') it'll say things like "torpedo tubes pre-load +1" or "aircraft capacity +1".

    And therein lies the problem. All vanguard ships have barrage abilities that unlock when LMBd. At two LMBs dds and cruisers that equip torpedoes can pre-load a set (you start the battle with a single launch of torpedoes and can store up to two per ship). Battleships gain a second automated shot after you manually fire one volley. CVs can store up to two launches. LMBing ships is incredibly useful. I don't remeber exactly what my comp was at the time as I completed the event two weeks ago, but I think it looked like this: Fleet 1: Javelin, Juno, Helena // Repulse, Yorktown, either Long Island or Vestal. Fleet 2: Cygnet/Comet, Leander, Indianapolis // Nevada, Saratoga, either Long Island or Shouhou - but more likely Shouhou as I remember the 'plane waves' just became chances for me to heal the vanguard fleet using her support carrier skill.

    I agree with both of you. There are tons of things I dislike about AL fanservice-wise, but at the very least the game itself is fun. And I honestly wish that Tanaka and the KC devs would realise the goldmine they'd have tapped had they released KC in English before AL did the same. Now, though, they're starting to play second-fiddle, and if they do finally release the game in English they run the risk of being called "Azur Lane rip-off, with less creepy fanservice but less gameplay". It's honestly a shame. I can only hope that they license their characters out to bushiroad for another run in Weiss Schwarz. At the very least the cards are being translated into English... I was going to hold my comment until after I had a go at the level 35 version of the daily, but then your second poost confirmed something to me: I beat the entire Z Fleet side-event with my fleets in the low 30s (including 3-starring them for the 5-star PoW gun). I don't even use Sandy. I think you either need better equipment (dont forget you can improve them using parts!), to LMB (limit break) your characters (my characters were pretty much all LMBd twice), or to enhance your characters (feed others into them for stat boosts). Also, you can change your squad formation to either line ahead (more damage, less evasion, neutral AA), double line (less damage, more evasion, neutral AA) or circle defence (neutral damage, neutral evasion, more AA). If necessary try rolling for Vestal, she's a repair ship - or just use CVs with the "support carrier" skill. Oh, and using carrier strikes eliminates all shots on screen like a smart bomb (including torpedoes, but not including planes). As for the suicide boats, you can one-shot them with torpedoes or a well-aimed BB shot (they come out fast, so you need to pre-aim).
