    Do you want to know who isn't? <- This guy. It's like the game's mocking me for not having Black Heart, despite getting three Green Hearts. That and no EX Neptunia Event furniture, but I've pretty much given up on that one by now - my back row just gets completely wrecked by Green Heart's planes during the boss fight.

    Do you want recommendations? It's funny. During my lunch break the day after moaning that I didn't have any T3 DD blueprints, I got one on the first time I cleared 5-1H! Although, I also quickly found out that I needed to do the second torpedo upgrade before I could get Ayanami's new art. Basically, I still need 6 T3 blueprints. Welcome back! It's been a while, huh? This is the problem with 'only-six-faces'. Many artists, even pretty good ones, are guilty of only actually being able to draw a couple of different facial designs, necessitating alternate hair colours or outlandish outfits to differentiate between characters. It just so happens that Saru used designs for Portland and Vestal that were a tad too similar, so it gets easily pointed out. Vestal Nun. It's a reference.

    Welcome to yet another Yaskaraxx thread! Where the Dunning-Kruger is so strong, you get physically dumber just by being here. But, we can't make too much fun of poor Yaskie, he is suffering from a debilitating mental illness, afterall. Dunning-Kruger claims as many poor victims every year as alcoholism! Actually, capping the enemy base early is quite a good tactical desicion, as it forces the enemy into a difficult position, either; They ignore it and lose. They respond to it, which forces them out of their positions. In the first option, well...you've won. In the second option...you might take a lot of damage from the enemy if they spot you, but the act of coming out of whatever positions they were in has left the enemy in a weakened tactical state. You may have even pulled them far enough back that your allies can take the advantageous positions formerly occupied by the enemy. Which increases your team's chances of victory. Any team that gets capped out early basically deserved to lose. I remember one match I had about two weekends ago on neighbours, I was in Minsk and was part of the northern team. I headed down the eastern flank (between the islands) and basically the whole team, besides a couple of BBs decided to go east, too. It wasn't long before it was clear the western (stupid) BBs were overwhelmed and I pinged the map to indicate that the flank was completely exposed and our base was open...Did anyone head west to intercept? Like f*ck they did! I noticed too late, and was forced to turn around as soon as the base capture klaxon went off. My spood beest needed another 30s for it to come off cooldown and I was the furthest one south on my team, so I was furiously pinging the map and pinging the base, but did anyone do anything? Carrier did nothing. Useless. Mutsuki was closest to the base, but he didn't bother to head for it, instead he turned around and smoked up an ally cruiser...who was the only other player who realised we needed to get into the base and was ploughing straight though the smoke. Useless. I just couldn't get into the base in time, even at 49knt (when spood beest came off cooldown) - the enemy must have had at least three ships in there, two DDs and a cruiser (or possibly even a BB!). Total loss. The Carrier and Mutsuki players got reports from me, not that it means much.

    I've been playing 5-1 on hard for weeks and don't have any T3 DD Blueprints to show for it. (3-6 times a day, almost nothing but T1 and the odd T2) *edited* this game. Literally only need two more for new Ayanami art and then another 3(iirc) for the Demon Dance skill. Then I can finally replace Javelin as my strongest DD. Are T3 blueprints more likely to show up on certain maps, or do I just have to keep wasting my oil on maps from chapter 3 up? Is this basically to only way to get T3s besides getting lucky with the exchange? In other news: Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match DX has been announced for Switch and as a DLC pack for PS4. Dream Tank Match...on the go? Yes, please! Literally only occurred to me today that it's five days until the release of Super Smash Bros Ultimate! I can't believe it's already been 9 months since the teaser earlier this year. I can't wait. (And I suspect all of my free time will be spent playing Smash, so I will probably not be playing WoWS as much for the forseeable future...)

    Do you want some recommendations? Huh, impressive. I tried running WoWS on maximum settings when I first got my Aurora set up and couldn't exceed 10fps (I couldn't afford the most powerful options, so it's a little aneamic for a new gaming PC). Now I'm running on mid-high settings, but the game looks nice enough and I play more for the gameplay anyway.

    No, no, you're going further away... *Climbs out of sink and walks off, because he can't be bothered with this anymore* I don't remember specifics off the top of my head, but I don't think Brooklyn is as good as her sisters (Phoenix/Helena). In general the benson class just seems to be about apealing to the bunnygirl lovers and not much else. As for the last two, no idea, someone else might have more of a clue.

    The Japanese Ranguage is pronounced in consonant-vowel pairings, so Yah-Mah-Toh is the correct pronunciation. Similarly, Myogi/Myoko are Myoh-Gee and Myoh-Koh, not Mai-Oh-Gee and Mai-Oh-Koh.

    I will admit that you can't use a console for the same things you can use a budget PC for, unless you particularly want to... However, in terms of gaming on the go you just can't beat Nintendo. The 3DS/Switch are much smaller and more portable than a laptop - unless you particularly want one of those really tiny ones, but then you're not going to be gaming on one of those, are you? Also, and this is just personal preference, I try to keep "work" and "play" separate; so I'm still using my 9year old Macboook Pro for "work" and using my one-month old Alienware Aurora for "play" (before my recent upgrade, I was using a Windows partition on my macbook for "play", but it's a tad too decrepit now to play recent games even on the lowest settings). Close, but no cigar. *Climbs out of bin and slaps CptBarney/BragadierRosen with a Wiimote*

    To me, a PC is just another console, so ehhhhhh...? Look at it this way: If a PC is just another console, then you buy PC to play it's exclusives, just like you buy Playstation to play Playstation exclusives or Nintendo to play Nintendo exclusives or buy XBox to play...games that will eventually come out on PC anyway...     I didn't mention Ayanami and Javelin, as we saw both already in the reveal teaser trailer. Or better yet, don't. Make these 'PC master race' fools beg to be allowed into the console peasant club.

    It's probably confirmation bias, like "I thought they were bad, but they clear world 4-4 pretty easily". My Ping Hai, Ning Hai, Leander team (South Dakota, Shoukaku and Zuikaku back row) is really strong...up to world 8, since I got to world 8 they've been getting their pert little butts kicked. Right now, I've stopped running story progression until either Ning Hai/Ping Hai retrofits or Yat Sen get added to EN server, because I don't think I can really push what I have much further without them. Either that, or I acquire the Gold triple 155mm that fires HE - supposedly the highest-tier CL gun available. Yeah, I think something about christmas event and Germans was mentioned somewhere. I'll probably be skipping the event until I can clear some more collections and retire the related ships. Currently I'm working on getting the Konigsberg, C-class and Fletcher class girls to level 70 for limit breaking. Then it'll be the Pearl's Tears, Atlanta class, and Northampton class. Since the Nep event started I haven't been able to reduce my port below 140/150! TOO MANY SHIPS!

    Minotaur and Worcester aren't the only radar cruisers at their tier, though. Also, Worcester does not have unlimited DefAA. And as @Yedwy said, they don't get to seal club ships that aren't used to radar/don't have any counter play to radar. You 'decided' I thought that? Just an FYI, but it's not just me saying Flint is worth it. Flint and Atlanta have unlimited DefAA (as well as really strong AA for their tier), Flint and Belfast have smoke, Belfast and Atlanta have radar, Flint and Atlanta have torpedoes, Belfast has Hydro. Smoke up. Attacked by a destroyer? Atlanta/Belfast can radar them, all three combined firepower annihilates them, Belfast hydro spots any torpedoes they managed to launch. Attacked by a cruiser? See above. Attacked by a battleship? Flint/Atlanta have torpedoes if he chooses to rush your smoke, otherwise just spam the HE. Attacked by bombers? Flint/Atlanta...do what AA Cruisers do best. Played right it's almost impossible to to even spot a Flint/Atlanta/Belfast division, let alone even get a sucessful attack in. A triple Belfast div can do some of those, but not all and is extremely vulnerable to being rushed by an angery BB. Did I mention that Atlanta/Flint have a 3km detection bloom in smoke, compared with Belfast's 5km? I'm not saying triple Belfast isn't toxic af and slightly very overpowered, but it just doesn't quite reach the level of salt that Flint/Atlanta/Belfast brings to the table.

    From what I've heard, none of the nep collab ships are any good. The best of the bunch is Black Heart, as you have noted, mainly because of her 'Tricolor Order' skill that ignores ammo type, as well as being a CA and having higher firepower as a result. However, they are all marred by having below-average stats for their rarites, meaning that even the good skills are weakened by being on weaker ships. Oh, and I'm pretty certain my source states that both Vert and Green Heart are trash. I still intend to complete the collection, though, as I am a massive Neptunia fan.

    Noire, BH and GH should be getting a rate-up for the second week, right? I'll be keeping my fingers crossed I can get them in this coming week, and just focus on trying to collect some more gear skins. I've managed to acquire all of the GH planes, the big/small pixel shots, the discs/buttons, the dogoos and the nep hairpin/PH hairpin skins, but I can't seem to get any torpedoes and the pixel fighters are proving to be elusive.     I feel like adding my own $0.02, as it will probably be of interest. It's pretty obvious that I'm not a competitive (or ""'elitist'"") player of WoWS - just check my clan tag. As such, I don't play clan wars and I don't enjoy T10 ranked, so earning steel is slow for me. It's pretty obvious that I won't be able to get Balansgrad outside of WG giving free hand-outs like the above. And I'm actually fine with this. The 'elite' players can keep their rewards, they'll just paint a big fat Bullseye on themselves whenever they go into random with those ships. I (and probably many others) have added homing mechanisms to our shells and torpedoes just for the 'elite' players who do decide to grace us with their presence. So, yeah. I mean, I'm going to take WG up on their offer, steel offers are steel offers afterall...it just means I'll get Flint or Black in two years time instead of ten. I just feel like it wouldn't have mattered to me whether WG implemented this offer or not. It's not like I'm in a rush to get any elite premiums.
