    It hurts to watch. It shouldnt happen. You expect people to be smart enough. That beeing said: ive lost games like that aswell and ive been on the winning side of such stupid behavoir aswell. Just a normal day in wows... ... and that beeing said: you think, the 2 last DDs understood, that it was all their fault? I doubt it. They just went straight into the next battle.

    your case @Besserwisser3000 is turning more and more into a "how to play / how to read statistics" topic and I agree with everyone replying to you in that sense. So how do you think, this is matchmaker related? The onlything im reading is "some ships get worse matchmaking then others" now we´d need you to elaborate on this. is it because of tiers, class or simply the ship itself? because all of those can be disproved with global stats I guess.

    @Execute0rder66 - this replay needs to go to WG. Afaik there is a supertester manager. He needs to be made aware of that person, so that he can be kicked (if that holds true what you are saying) ITs btw not the first time, we have this. Memories of Graf Z pop up. I recall a game with my AA-Mino (when it still deserved that name) and a GZ during testing kept feeding all his planes into me and a DM, that was sitting next to me. I honestly had no clue what was going on and was kinda stunned. The following days, with more reports like that flying in the forums, it became clear: they tried to create really bad data for WG, so that they would overbuff the GZ. Yea, thats the kind of community we are dealing with. Aaand we are back to banning 50% of the playerbase please..

  9. When I read some of the things here (this is general again, not directed at you) I think, some guys atleast dont know what they are talking about. So always better to spell it out in actuall numbers. As I told you: because right now, DDs are going from a rather easy mode constantly up the hill. How would we lose high tier DDs when we introduce a weak rader around T5/T6? My stance is, it would be the oppoiste. DDs get used to what radar is, when people use it and how to counter play it. ITs easier to learn how to counter a radar, when you are shot at once during a phase, then trying to dodge 3, 5 or even more salvos on T8+. Here is why I take this stance in the entire discussion: Right now, playing cruisers gets easier from T4 to T10. High tier cruisers are tankier, stronger and overall just better then their T4/T5 counter parts. Armor is a thing, health is a thing, concealment is also a thing and ofc heal is a thing. DD gameaplay from T4 to T10 gets - harder. Once you are comfortable with high tier DD gameplay and manage to survive and have an impact there - going back to Isokaze is clubbing par excellence. Ive tried it, I had games >100.000 damage with Isokaze and it was a walk in the park. Even with CVs around. Dont you think, there is something fundamentaly wrong, when 2 lines have such a different evolvement through the game while going up the tiers? I mean you can disagree with my asessment, but I think im right on the money.

Aint gonna do anything since we didnt violate any rules in chat :) Everyone can now watch the game and see the chat log. Especially the part where im communicating with teamplayers (Wichita, very good player) and try to communicate with our Cossack, that just Yolos to his death - oh, that was you, oops. Didnt even remember we had a Cossack. As you may noticed, you ran into 2 very active forumites. How about this: next time, we ask you to come back with your DD or try to communicate in game - you actually react?   11. Really? How. Its one salvo. Literally one salvo. Helena has a 8,5 sec reload. Take into account you need to move your guns and aim, if you want to shove a 2nd salvo after the first, its way after the DD is dark again. And thats exactly what im talking about: new DD players get an early version of radar, that shows them, how everything around that mechanic works. HAve you ever done the math, how many salvos a Worcester can potentially fire at a DD during his radar? And you say Dallas ruins a DDs day? In general: why do we have so many feelings and so little facts in discussions like this? Only very few people do math here, showing, what the proposed ideas actually do. Like @Rautainen_Biisoni is literally the only one that calculated the heal effects for Donskoi compared to a possible heal for Chapayev. I asked the one person, that claimed, T4/T5 cruisers will be overpowered with a heal. I asked him to calculate for us, what a Heal on a Karlsruhe would actually mean - he didnt answer. Why is that? Can we just all focus a little but more on facts and math before we draw conclusions from feelings?

    How likely this is, is entierly decided by our community. If a vast majority of people is playing T10 ships right now - then they all will be in T10 games. This should be pretty logical, right? WG has also introduced mechanics to protect T8 (T9) players from constantly beeing uptiered. So I guess those players are the minority right now and to prevent them beeing thrown under the bus, we have many T10 only games right now. I can only help you out with my single game statistic: yes, my Gearing game was a full T10 battle aswell.

  14. Nothing that couldnt be adjusted for. Anyway the idea of radar on earler tiers is nothing new, Ive read it before and I support it. A shorter/weaker radar helps the new DD players to get used to this consumable. As it stands, you are faced with radar at high tiers (with few exeptions) and have to adapt to this new situation in an already hard environment. Adding reader on lower tiers eases the way into playing against radar. Because a 10 sec radar at tiers, where no dakka dakka exists, is bad how? btw: Visby and Vasteras dont have smoke. So if radar impacts you heavily on a smokeless DD then I have to ask you, how that is possible? And yes: DDs on low/mid tiers indeed are borderline OP (some definatly are) because there is hardly any counter to them. Only other DDs and CVs. When you are late game in you IJN DD and the map is cleard of other DDs and CVs, then you can do whatever you want unless you make a mistake. DDs like Isokaze or Kamikaze-sister of all of them are OP because of one reason: they are unspottable while torping everything.

    Why tho? I asked this so often and I dont get a good answer? So you want the matchmaker to take into concideration the winrate of people or stats in general. So a good player needs to be balanced by putting bad players on this team. constantly. I disagree. I dont want to carry a sack constantly just because reason. Good players are good for a reason. They deserve to win without having stones artifically thrown in their way. You know how to balance them? make the average pleb better. Learn to play. Thats the way to go. Not artifically make bad players feel good by having them carried constantly by better players. Thats what all that skill-based-balance-mm ultimatly is all about.
  17. "super powers" :D I just have to call it - you didnt do the math what a heal on a T4 cruiser would do. Because low tier cruisers totaly have the armor to "angle", right. Exept it did NOT. You dont even play clanwars - how come you think, you have any idea whats going on? Besides the fact you are completly off on when Venezia was intreoduced in the game...

  19. Leaving the DDs aside: how would a Karlsruhe with a heal break the game balance? A ship, that takes 2 citas from a BB and is dead? Did you do the math, how much a heal on a low tier cruiser would, under ideal circumstances, replenish? Maybe do that, look at the health pool and the AP damage of a BB cita at those tiers and rethink your position.

    Oh what a convenient excuse. Its the good old "im just one player, I dont have any impact on the game" just in a new suit. Fun fact: I play almost excusivly 3-man-divisions. And very good divisions, if I may be so bold. According to you, I should only see roflstomps for my side. That aint the case. If however I see a roflstomp - for or against me - it starts by a high number of really bad players on one side. A Kurfürst dead in 4 mins, all 3 DDs dead in 4 mins or alike. So yea actually bad players are the source of roflstomps. If we wouldnt have so many absolutly useless players in this game, the ones, that have a survivability of less then 5% and avg damage of less then 10k, then we wouldnt have a roflstomp problem.

    What you decribe, are counters to the snowball effect. It still exists, because its logical. More ships vs less ships means the few ships are under a heavier pressure. Thats like part of the very defintion of the snowball effect. Now as you mention: this is not liniar. Its not like every hit deals the same amount of damage, then we would ofc have a real, unstoppable snowball effect. But since we are actually capable of turning the tides, even if heavily against us, isnt that proof of game balance? So my stand is: ofc there is a snowball effect but the games gives you tools / has mechanics, thats allows you to turn the tide. In that sense, imo, the game is perfect. The team, that does some work, takes the advantage on kills/caps, is favoured but its by no means a secured win. The few guys left standing might be skilled enough to turn the game. Im actually happy with the balance in that category, wouldnt want it any other way - in both directions.

    On top of that you dont even care that @ColonelPete and @loppantorkel explained to you in detail where your logic fells of the train. Whats your point? Why you keep on going? You are wrong, your ideas are bad, they do not fit the game, nobody, that understands how any of this works, is in favour of them. At what point are you going to accept, that YOU made the mistake, YOU are to blame and that YOUR idea is actually open the gates for match rigging - unline now, where the system in place prevents and even punishes attemps of getting a favourable matchmaking.

    If you would actually care to read the discussion, you would have found ALL the answers to your problem and there was no need to post ANYof that - including your first post. Among others, I myself have explained the reasons behind it several times. But no, you just stomp in the room (forum/this topic), pretend there didnt exist any life here before you graced us with your existance and start shouting as if this is an echo chamber. And once again, blame others for your personal shortcoming. This is really developing a pattern here and it doesnt look good for you. Thats why: this is another huuuge fail. Read - the - topic! Instead of shouting stuff that has been discussed thousand of times. YOU literally are the one that doesnt follow the discussion.
