We did a 2x T7 + 1x T6 divi lately (well, he just wanted to play his T-61) and we got a T6/T7 game with no other divi matched to us. I was actually surprised. Im usualy not into this anchoring thing, so I have only this one example. But @wilkatis_LV is definitely a more relaible sorce then @ColonelPete is - @10ThousandThings.

THIS is so very true. You see this ingame all the time. Some guy camping in the back insulting, complaining how the enemys are "cowards" because they "camp". Then you take a look at the scoreboard, see something like 715:110 against that guy and the objectives are 4:0. And you start to wonder...

I know, its possible. I couldnt tell myself, since I never paied attention earlier. But it makes sense, like @BlackYeti said - all the other ships in the other operations got captain skills at some later point.

Yes, thats what I usualy do too (playing Leander or a BB). Because of the 4 mil grind, I actually used other ships now, like Shinonome and Budyonny, and thats how I noticed it.

If this does constantly happen to you, yet in general it isnt, the problem must be on your end? Even with a new PC, it might be something, that you´ve been using on both computers. Some antivir, other software... who knows.

At this point, I have to ask you, if you are actually playing this game? I got some question id like to hear you answering. - What is 100% of 200? - How much HE-alpha damage does a DD? - And a Cruiser? - And a BB? - Have you ever actually tested the module? - If a Modul gets hit, how much damage does the ships hull take?

I was thinking about that too - How is progress? I mean coop games are quick. What ships do you use?

The reality is, we "lose" players all the time. He wasnt the only player to play his last game of wows today for sure. And it happens in each and every game. And who knows, if thats even true? Maybe he had a super-bad streak, needed to vent and is back tomorrow cuz he got over it. So lets not be overdramatic. Also, it doesnt look like he is following this thread, else he would have replied. Again, lets not make this bigger as it is. There are people asking for help and how to improve all the time. Focus your energy on answering there, those people are the real deal. There is no problem. Everything is working as intended and its perfectly playable if you adapt to the situation. T8 is my most played tier. Ive even carried as a T7 BB with no armor in a game with only T9s. Everything is possible in this game, a T1 can bounce Yamato shells. Again, dont be overdramatic about something that isnt there.

Thats the way I understood it. I was pretty sure, the people mentioning, you´d have to stop shooting 20 sec before your smoke fades, are wrong, since it was never that way. However. I still think, it was a good change, that you could reset your gunbloom by simply breaking LoS with the help of an island / smoke or by escaping from your own gunrange for a moment. I´d love to keep that in the game, since it gives especially DDs and cruisers good options to break spotting in crucial situations.

Come on. Your first reply to this thread literally was: Thats not voicing your opinion, thats attacking the subject brought up by the OP, trying to deny a disscussion about it. You could have simply wrote "I think, AA-mounts should still be disabled permanently" and you´d voice your opinion perfectly.

Actually im not. But when you think you have the right to deny people, that are biased, their opinion in this thread - why are you voicing yours?

I think its very hard to find out, which one it is. With test you will hardly get a 100% correct match, since I think the absolute worst dispersion - which you would need to match - will occure really rare? But much like you im currious myself.

It is. The other thing you brought up was an outright strawman, btw. Because... CV-class completly changes? Its actually a new type, old will be gone and replaced. Lets see: 98% of the time, AA is used against CV. So. One mechanic changes, the other might need to change too. People feel a need to discuss it. Nothing you can do against that, im afraid. What you are talking about arent CV-Players. You are talking about biased Players. These are two completly different things. I know a lot of people, that are playing CVs, are good at it and with whom you can discuss anyting about the subject in a complete calm and adult way. Those players are very accepted in the community because of their unbiased opinion.

I agree about the Modules, I disagree about the hull. @Sukasaa Im using C-hull always on Benson and I hardly play with a CV in Division. You still can see Carriers once in a while. Ive shut down an unicum Kaga once, simply by triggering him on his first wave in. But that is not even the most important thing. Spotting planes are. Even dead ships often leave their spotting planes around, near a cap, which can be problematic for your DD. Im using my Def AA quite often to get down spotting planes. It works perfect, if you put an island between you, youll shoot the spotter down without the enemy beeing able to do anything while you are spotted. Its really powerful actually. I dont mind the one missing gun, Benson is my favourite DD in this setup and it works really well for me
