You pointed out nothing. If you think, that "pulling your internet cable" or "shutting down the game via task manager"- as you said - is the same level of easy solution to get into the next battle as clicking one button and jump in the next game game 5 seconds later then I cant help you. But yea, maybe you dont see the point in breaks on a car either - I can always hit a tree or a wall went I want to stop d´oh. -

Yes, I can confirm that I heard this already a long time ago in a WG stream aswell. Which is kinda shocking, since WG thinks, playing for the team and to the best of your ships abilities is... exploiting the game. And I totaly agree with the HE-BB-comparision - thats the same level of abuse/exploit, if one wants to go so far and call it like that. -

So how do you fix the T10 player, that leaves the game, because there are no T8s, while we have T8 players, that leave the game, because there are T10s? See? unfixable. And your objection is not a reason for the button to be available ;) -
So that a light cruiser has virtually no chance to kill a CV is "mostly fine"? the 5 second fire is a complete joke. Who came up with that anyway? Or you want me to send a voice record of how "fun and engaged" I was in my Benson, when I was left 1vs1 with a CV with 2 mins on the clock and while I was getting close to him, one rocket strike took out my torpedo tubes? both? permanently? This is basically saying Just sayin. There is losing and then there is gettin in up ya u-know-what because the game mechanics are 100% in favour of the other class.

I have actually reached that point. It just doesnt make sense anymore. You cant learn the game, when you start at Tier 7 and deal an avg of <5000 dmg per game. There is no ground to learn anything.

erm. thats basically my point just in other words. So you need to tell this to the other ppl in this topic, who think that DDs are running wild shooting every BB to dust so that the poor BBs have no chance but to hide and run. Which, as you agree, the stats and the design of DDs completly disprove. And now think what recent invention made the average to decent DD player disappear? any idea? I still play DDs because I can deal with that threat and at the same time DD vs DD engagement got a lot easier for me, for exact the mentioned reason: you mostly meet <44% shimakazes on high tiers. So I can do whatever I want once I (or that other class im refering to) disposed of them. Indeed. I basically see the other greens as meat shields for me. They can soak up damage and keep the enemys busy while im trying to win the game. The only exeptions are, if I see a player with a known clan tag, whom I can expect to make full use of any teamplay mechanic I provide (or ask for him) or if I find someone that is a) capable of communicating and b) shows with his actions, that he understands what we are trying to achive. Those players get all my attention / help, the rest I pretty much ignore or even worse: I concider a potential threat (might at any point torp me from behind f.e.). -

Ive seen DDs with 500 filth, portal is open but they keep running around trying to hunt down players. In the end, they die themself and lose almost everything. Hard to understand what is going on in those ppls heads. Well, when I check their stats, the mystery is solved, because they look exactly like the one genius guys from above. I had the same stuff happening already. I also saw a guy with 0 filth full speeding to the portal, avoiding any engagement and exiting. why? just why? All these stories just show, that ive overestimated this community. And that says a lot ... -

Concratualtions, you just suggested, that each and every pen of a BB deal full cita damage. always. on any target. you also made BB AP obsolete with that suggestions, since it has the risk to overpen and pen equals citadell in your suggestion anyway. So BBs will be using HE excusivly, since they are always same class or above. Which means a Conqueror needs 6 HE hits to sink a full Zao and 3 for a full Gearing. Well, its not the first time in this topic, someone mentioned 3 BB shells must kill a DD so. -

np. I was rather trying to point out, that DDs give up a lot for beeing the superior spotters. Could also point out, that DD class has lowest survivability, lowest damage, lowest avg kills etc... Whats lost in the view of Vbeest is the team aspect. Its a team game. Every class has something going for it and in return gives up soemthing for it. Hating on DDs / the game because of spotting is totaly ignoring this. Could aswell hate on BBs for beeing the superior damage dealers, ignoring all their downsides. -

So BBs should have concealment of 5 km? or DDs a concealment of 15 km? Because spotting and concealment are tied together. Or is this a "remove DDs" request? -

Funny. I think a lot of ppl will argue with you, that spotting isnt rewarded enough, the game is way too focused on damage and thus DDs dont do their job because its not viable for them. -

You know, there are away so solve the IFHE problem without a rework. It has already been suggested before, one idea got an answer from WG (which was ofc a NOPE). Make it so, that you cant freely combine any captain skill. In particular: if you take IFHE - you cant have CE, my 5$. So you gotta make a choice. That would also bring the heavy gunboat DDs back in line on so many levels. Yea, those french DDs are totaly retarded, dont even get me started on them... Just the next level on french bias, which this community doesnt see because the word "bias" in their brains only goes together with "sowjet" or "russia". -

One of the biggest mistakes ever. I still dont know if WG didnt understood what part of the community was telling them OR it was their bandaid fix to a bug, they had/have no idea how to get rid of (the 1 shell - double damage thing is what im talking about). And yea, that made BBs need to be much more careful with a DD around. Also, it made YOLO-runs for DDs hugly successful. A single BB? lolz. damage pinata, if you know how to rush and keep your head cool. Btw: its funny how nobody ever complained, how a RN Cruiser can much more reliable push 5k+ every <8 sec to a DD. Compared to what a BB used to do with AP, thats monsterous. But yea, that parts of his community are not capable of seeing the real problems is nothing new either. Yes, but when you read some of the guys whinging here, thats exactly what they want - nerf cruisers into the ground (while nerfing DDs aswell, ofc) The underlying problem here is: for most CLs, IFHE is a) a must have and b) a straight upgrade. Those must-have-skills are just a sign of bad design. The funny thing here is: Smolensk is cited so often, yet its the one cruiser, where the choice to go for IFHE is actually debatable, since it will absolutly ruin your firestarting abilities.
