Have you played low tiers recently? This isnt happening. Hosho had 3x the battles played of Hermes last week. Certain players have the ability to "über den Tellerrand schauen" thus I f.e. can understand how horrible the game is for new players right now, that lack experiance, options and captain skills. If ppl think I am personally crying cuz I cant handle it and they dont understand the impact it has on the game - i can only laugh about such ppl.

I suspect, thats how f2p games like this one works. You constantly play against some better ships, to provoke an envious reaction in the playerbase "I want that strong ship too". So ppl grind or better even spend money to speed up or buy a premium. And the thing about beeing lowtier a lot is by now simple mathematics. High tiers are played much more then anything else. Thus the chance to get into a game with T9s / T10s is just higher then getting T5s to T7s. Simply not enough players active in that area to deliver an even experiance for all.

Tier 10: still on it, 13 opened, 14 isnt the camo Tier 9: 18/21 Tier 8: ignoring that one, maybe will do in the end (got 8 opened, 9 isnt the camo either. I have no real hope to get the T10 one. I might be able to do 3 or 4 more.

On top of what you guys already said, Id like to point out: Aha. If something is not balanced and you got the shorter stick, you whine & complain. But if you would profit from such imbalance, that would be perfectly fine. Also. the F is this title? Have you ever used a forum before?

Honestly: Is that your argument for CVs beeing balanced? Thats basically waving the white flag, saying "yea its bad but its actually not so bad". And the server stats are pointing towards a situation, where this isnt even true. CV damage is rising week by week. Because believe it or not, but ppl are still learning this class. Most ppl in other classes have long reached their skill wall. Not the case for CVs obviously.

I would absolutly say yes. I myself like to roam around and/or kite in cruisers, thats why I was dissapointed with Moskva. Henri was everything I always wanted Moskva to be, tbh... And Henri by itself is an awesome ship. The speed, the guns are even better then Moskvas and you got the reload booster on top. Since I recently uploaded a nice game with Henri, ill link it here aswell, its a nice coparision to the Moskva video I already posted. In the start there is also a situation, where I cita a Stalin on almost max range - shows the potential of Henri AP.

Eh Moskva is hard and easy to play at the same time. The easy way: Park yourself on a flank, 16 km away from the enemys, straight bow on. Never move exept reversing if enemys push or (slowly) ahead if enemys runs. You are almost unkillable but you are not going to reach impressive damage by that. You can also tank like that like crazy, but when you team doesnt make use of it, its all in vain. Been there, done that. Tanking 3,7 mil, losing turret permanently, no way to turn out (since thats insta death as @Miragetank90 mentioned) and the BBs on my "team" hiding in the bakc behind islands. The longer story: Moskva is an opportunist. Her dpm is really low with the exeption of finding broadsides - then you can harvest citas. You need very very good map and situational awareness to get into such positions without killing yourself. - Also: dont rely on HE too much. Even against DDs I started to use AP since the damage is often better. Long range you can cita even BBs and cruisers anyway. - Captain is also important. You want to have fire prevention in the current Meta. Because if you are stuck bow in and some HE spammer is farming you, Moskvas HP pool melts as fast as any other ship. - Get the legendary module if you want to play Moskva. The accuracy is actually not that great. With LM it feels much better. - Dont brawl light cruisers. On short range, the high velocity of Mosvas shells works against you. Mino will slap you so hard while you overpen her, its not even funny. Close combat you lose ever fight unless you surprise the cruiser and delete it with one shot. And the final advice: if you want to play a Moskva, that is able to roam around, solo BBs in close combat with easy, run down DDs, overmatch Minos and have fun while playing - get the Henri IV.

One guy contributes 1400 avg damage per game and has played over 100 games... btw: Big E & Saipan top dmg dealers on T8 last week. So - come again? Also: each ship has own XP-modifier. WG just lowered XP for some CVs to make them appear more in line. Anyway. If someone argues about balance by using base XP, you can just ignore that guy. Its basically saying "I have no arguments but Ill still try this"

Because you are claiming, that WG is using this very forum as a tool to inform the playerbase. Which they dont. Why do we even have to explain that to you? For everyone, that is a little bit active around the community and keeps an eye out on the different channels, its obvious, that SubbO - for some weird, unknown reason - prefers to use Reddit, a completly unaffiliated, third party site, over the OFFICAL forum. It defines any logic, any rules of marketing and in any business related studies you´d get a fail for approaching your customers like that. Your offical channel is your offical channel. It MUST contain any information at the same time that you post anywhere else. This is 2019. There are even CRM-tools around, that let you manage and synchronize your different social media channels.

Wrong. A unicum BB is not going to dominate me in my DD, not even close. He is not even going to dominate me while im BB myself. We shall see about that once he get spanked in a situation I discribed. IF he comes back and still talks so proud and claims the same thing, then. But im 100% sure he would lose his temper if his games always ends after 120 sec max for a couple of times in a row. Which is the actual point and the side of the coin you conveniently ignore - not unicum DD players beeing in hell with reworked CVs over and over and over again.

I hope you get @El2aZeR and @Bear_Necessities against you when they play CV. the entire evening. Both of them together in double CVs games. Then I want you to come back and make the same post. With a smile and a cherry on top.

@ColonelPete you do know, that WG will survive the day without you defending them on each and every step, right? /off topic: Funny enough, thats only common in some countries. I think it should be regulated atleast across the EU. Overall they are dropping tho. Which explains the horrible level of recent gameplay. Veterans with WG accounts leaving, making space for super-casual steam players.

Its not only that. With 166 battles you dont have a decent captain and maybe not enough credits to buy the modules für a T8 ship. Its just another huge disadvantage. Imgaine a T8 BB in a T10 match with harugumos, Wooster, Smolensk and you dont have BoS/FP/CE nor any module. You gonna burn on every place for full 60 sec - even if you play decent (for the level of experiance you got) there is just no way to be competetive. And especially not in something like a Massachussetts.
