    Sounds weird to me that someone would complain about a BB being too close. Unless ofc its yoloing in. Too passive however, happens almost every game that Cruisers/DDs are being angry with them. And who could blame them when they have to take all the heat? Only you know if its called for, or not. When not, then ignore them. If it happens frequently, maybe they have a point however?

    Can i give a general feedback to the PTS installing procedure? It says that you need ~20GB of free space. Actually its more like 40GB (30GB isnt even close by a long shot). Maybe should be more accurate on the news, because i dont know what i should do now

    I believe one reason for that believe might be, that the screen after the game is over shows you, that you made xxx credits. Infact, you might have lost credits, but you dont know that unless you check the last page of the scoreboard. I never bother to check that, since idc if i made money or not. I expect to not really gain money when i play T10, no matter how good the game was. And even if, i cant change the fact. If however the first page would show that you actually LOST credits, maybe ppl would understand it better?

    You say the right stuff, but you draw the wrong conclusion out of it, by making Radar the bad guy. Maybe we should look closer as to what makes ppl play the way they play, apart from them being stupid. - US Radar cruiser sits at an Island because simply it can. The gunarcs enable it to sit so close to most islands, that it wont get punished. Whether it has Radar or not, doesnt change this fact. Radar is a bonus in that sense, alltho most likely you wont lob those shells over the island at shortrange. - Also they are very squishy, so they kinda have to sit there. But i think on the US CL line, they went a bit too far with the low citadel and overall low armor. Shooting those in a BB is so much overpens, that angling actually hurts more. - Cruisers in general have to play passively at the start of the game. Zao is annoying HE spammer which hardly eats any damage longrange, also it has good concealment so it can just stealth up. And if not, it can even stealthtorp. Hindenburg is tanky, but at the start of the game its not able to handle the pressure either. Not too good concealment means, you have to be careful not to overextend. HE spam at the beginning, more aggressive later Moskva i feel, can be played wither way. Nose in bowtank close to an island cap, or longrange HE/AP spam, which nullifies its radar advantage. Henri IV, i think same as Hindenburg. Most annoying somewhere on a flank spamming HE, relocating really fast with speedboost. Minotaur... with all the stuff going on lately, the best option is to camp too sadly. Many ppl actually did adapt to being able to shoot into the smoke. Now WG made the O on the minimap, and it shows. Basicly ppl try to hit you even when there are targets CLOSER to them which are spotted, yet they rather shoot on the last known position. Ontop of being squishy as hell and having to worry about getting Radared (which means you have to fight outside of your optimal range) AND the smoke firing debuff... it really is overwhelming at times. Basicly you have to smoke up behind islands to be save lately. Well BBs... I think ppl draw the wrong conclusions when they play them. Maybe they did play more aggressively in the beginning, but died to being focus fired by the enemies. Lesson learned: Stay back you have the range, let someone else die. Basicly going from too aggressive to too passive. And we see ppl like Flamu play BBs the same way currently. Have seen some Montana games from him lately, where he is the last in line shooting 20km. Yes he can deal damage, but he isnt absorbing any. Also it teaches ppl the wrong way to play, because he feels, that he has to play like that because everyone is focusing him because its Flamu. Ontop of that, you stay behind your teammates you are pretty save from getting torped. And you are save from HE spam. I feel with the addition of HE spamming ships (RN BBs, even some french BBs (?), other BBs imitating them, Worcester, soon Harugumo and RN DDs) is making DCP management impossible when you get into the range of those fast firing guns. Hitting BBs is not hard + you have insane amount of shells in the air anyway. Actually i feel playing RN CLs lately they went over the top. Atleast Neptune and Minotaur. Fiji is still strong. When many ppl infact did adapt finaly, they had introduced smoke firing debuff and now even the O-marker, which i dont feel was necessary anymore.

  7. Super hard carry from our division Total ~330k damage amongst the 3 of us. Total HP floating at the start was roughly 390k.

    Google FTW? Kinda sounds like, that when you make a division with 3 players, that you shouldnt be bottom tier against 2 tier higher ships. If im right: divisions would be even more OP If not: Write english

Have been thinking about some stuff which, atleast for me, is pretty annoying, and i think it wouldnt be too hard for WG to change some of those things to make it more comfortable for the players: - Signals Worst part for me: You know you have signals (especially the good ones) somewhere mounted because of auto-flagging. So you need to search for them, which is pretty annoying. Which leaves room for several options 1. Make an option for demount all ships for 1 specific signal or for all signals. Also same option to demount one ship from all signals. 2. Let each signal have an option to perma-flag it, and others not (currently its all or none). I usually have enough standard signals (Fire, Secondaries, AA and so forth), but not enough of the special/economy ones. So f.e. id like to have always Fire signals on my Cruisers, but i dont want the game to auto-reflag the XP signal. 3. Let the game show me how many signals i have in total, even when they are mounted on other ships. And potentially let me grab the signal so i dont have to search for it. Another thing, which fortunately got changed for the consumables: - When auto-resupply for flags is not turned on, and you mount an Economy signal, and then you press auto-resupply again, the option "Use ingame-currency" is always tagged on. So i have to manually turn it off every time, because i dont want to use doubloons if i run out of one Economy flag. Standard should be turned off, or give ppl the option if its always on or always off. - Same option could be for the Consumables, but im fine now that standard is silver, not doubloons. Another thing, which i have been thinking about is, if the players minimap should show when your teammates are detected or not. Lets say you have a BB behind you, and its not detected, so the color on the minimap could be grey. When its detected, make it the way it is currently. Other option would be, that the Ship gets a small (!) next to his name so when you look at him, you see if he is detected or not. This came to mind not long ago, when our last 4 ships were chasing one DD, and i asked my BB (behind an Island) if he is detected or not. His answer was "Affirmative" "Negative" "Affirmative" Which totaly screwed me over, so i thought the DD went south, when it fact it went the opposite way. If i would have known that he is not detected, it would have been clear to me where he was going. But because basic communication is too hard apparently, i think having the option to know that doesnt seem too unbalanced in my mind. Atleast far less than the current O-marker on the minimap which was just introduced.

    Really? Id actually love to have that feature back... Freaking annoying when you desperately want to get a shot of on a target which is just making a mistake, and the game thinks: HURRDURR YOU WANT THAT NOSE-IN BB

    *raises hand for domination* srsly, standard battle is not playing. Its camping. Longrange boring campfest. And you cant move closer, since there is no objective there, and being closer means getting focused by the blob. Had a Shima on standard battle North not long ago, which did nothing. He didnt spot, he didnt throw torps, he was sailing broadside left to right inside our base . Talking about useless DDs... Its like the Scharnhorst ive spotted couple of days ago, which died to fire after 3,5 mins game time (imagine you need 2 mins to engage each other basicly!!) AND he was behind an Island at that time. Like HOW?

    And a Radar jammer would have NO other use. So it clearly is not the same thing. Im not sure on which intention WG introduced Radar. My best guess is, with CVs being too unpopular, it was created as a spotting tool. Im not saying, that it doesnt counter smoke, but mostly its a measure to spot something. If Radar would only spot ships inside smoke and nowhere else, then it would be the same thing as a Radar Jammer.

    Radar doesnt only fix smoke... id even say, that against RN CLs, the X/O on the minimap is worse than Radar. Or even blindfire. Majority of radars used be me/my division is against targets that arent smoked up.

    Rendering Ships - delayed & failing

    Are you sure you were UNDETECTED by the time you were coming around the Corner? Des Moines has Radar (almost 100% guaranteed), and might have Hydro, or maybe a plane spotted you? Or did something else spot you? Im not sure about rendering stuff, but ive experienced other ppl shooting when the target for me is not yet rendered. Maybe distance is making a difference, i.e. the closer you are, the faster it renders. Ofc this doesnt make sense in your example, thats why i think you were already spotted by something and thats why he could shoot before he was rendered for you.

    Maybe try to find more ppl to play with you together? I dont like play solo WoWs either, basicly we are always playing division. You are in a clan with almost 30 ppl, sure there will be some online? If you are interested in becoming a better player, others can only help you when you would post an average replay of your tier/class (which you would like to improve) game. Overall the more different classes and ships you play, the better you will understand the shortcommings of each and everyone. Playing BB and getting torped by a DD seems frustrating f.e., but playing a DD might show you what you can do better as a BB player. When you post a replay, there are always ppl who are willing to help you improve your gameplay, if you are interested. About the Karma-system: Best thing is, dont give a s*** about it. If you get complimented, feel like someone appreciated what you did. If you get reported for no reason... then shrug it off. There are many salty players in WoWs....

    If only one enemy is left alive, then take a Screenshot? maybe every time it moves? On the other hand, how would you know that it was pointing in the wrong direction? For me it sounds like its totaly off, thats why I would like to now where it shows and where he thinks the enemy might be.

    You gonna go with Moskva? MOSKVA??? THE WORST DETECTION from all T10 Ships! And how does the Moskva player know when you are close enough when he gets spotted 2km outside his radar range? Also funny how you want to Counter your own Counter^^ but thats ofc fine for DD players. Maybe i should cry for more Hindenburg buffs that i can easily win any BB i want to engage. Because BB is my Counter so i want to kill him. Makes no sense? Yep, you are asking for it. "Fixing" a gimmick with another gimmick is always stupid. Then you get matches with Radar and without Radar jammers because its always 12 ppl on one side only. Or ships with Radar jammer and no Radar. Or both in one team and neither in the other. There are already too many roles/gimmicks in this game. What should an Asashio do when the game consists of 2 BBs/5 Cruiser and 5 DDs? Any other ship would be better basicly. Just as an example... To your "fact" that Radar makes game campy: It only lets DDs do whatever they want to. Especially Cruisers will suffer more on those teams, where you have potato DDs. BBs will mostly be cowards anyway. Being permaspotted DOES NOT make ppl play more aggressively.

    well, not complain, but maybe it makes it easier to accept the horrendous losing streak of yours? I feel those days when you are only losing are best kept short. Play the next day usually works better. Every ~5 days when we play (mostly 2-division) we get a drop in WR. Last time we kept playing for 22 matches total (even half with 3-man) but ended up with <40% WR. Normaly we are around 70%ish as of late. There is obviously nothing to gain at some days. Play a couple of games and quit when it aint working. Saves your WR and doesnt make you mad^^

    So out of 40 games you say you won 3. Currently your WR is 48% out of 85 battles means you won 41. In conclusion you had 45 games with 38 wins, meaning your WR was 84,44% up till that point. Clearly the latter is perfectly fine for you, because you feel like you should win all the time, while the first one should be impossible
