    That makes them ~even on some occasions, or less difference on others (RN BBs f.e.) Doesnt change the fact that Cruisers are gonna lose like couple of hundred meter concealment towards DDs, which makes it overall harder for Cruisers.

    (The DD symbol is purely accidental there, the 3 symbols didnt fit in the same row, alltho it looks pretty funny that way ) Infact, its a bad thing for every cruiser - period. No need to excempt Radar Cruisers from that list, they are Cruisers afterall. If there is a problem (looking at Wooster) it should be nerfed by other means, not by concealment (and it did get a nerf to radar range anyway) Does WG think that will make the game more enjoyable for anyone? Cruisers gonna camp even harder

    Because its a TEAM GAME? Radar is a good tool for teamwork - i like it that way. Being the only one seeing the ship would - Remove Teamplay - Make US Radar totaly OP compared to RU.

Nothing special by itself, but this really was a hard carry Hitting torps was also pretty unlikely, as the enemies were hugging islands like waifus. was a 3vs4 in the end, while Chapa+Massa were capping our base. I went for enemy base, killed Kagero and then chased the Lex. Sometimes you can just wonder how the hell does your team die so fast?

    Moska vs Stalin vs Krons

    Moskva and Stalin have huge exposed citadels when broadside. Kronshtadt citadel is also EXTREMELY large, but not so exposed (you can citadel him infront of the turrets easier, or if you overmatch 30mm then its also easier on the broadside). But Kronshtadt plating+deck armor is much weaker than the other 2. It gets overmatched by all BBs except Lyon and Scharnhorst. Moskva and Stalin have good dispersion, while Kron not so much. All have railguns, but Moskvas AP is weaker due to smaller caliber. Stalin and Kron can citadel BBs at longer ranges aswell. Stalin also has improved pen angles and shorter fuse AP. But Stalin is almost the size of a GK, so i heard atleast, and moves like a brick. Moskva + Stalin = stationary bow tanking Kron = roams around more I think thats how i would describe it - your question wasnt really clear tho.

    This is probably due to the fact that i play only divisions anymore, so i go by that: - Should i play BB? Take Missouri/Musashi (currently not grinding on T9) - Should i play Cruiser? Id go with Seattle (grinding). Earlier on id go with Neptune. And in the end you could even go with a T10 Cruiser because most of the time it doesnt matter. There is simply no reason to take Kronshtadt for me... I could take Kronshtadt INSTEAD of a BB rather than instead of a Cruiser - thats why for me its more a BB than a Cruiser. It simply doesnt do specific Cruiser tasks well enough compared to other Cruisers (killing DDs / AA)

    Bad players seem to automatically "abuse" the armor, as they naturally dont aim at the waterline. Go look some twitch streamers who are bad, and they seem to aim more towards the superstructure than the waterline Yes, but it performs closer to a BB than to a Cruiser. It might take a Cruiser slot, but if you take a Missouri/Musashi they also have unique traits compared to other T9 BBs. Musashi is basicly a T10 BB taking a T9 BB slot - even in a T10 game.

    He also won 66% out of 15 matches today... playing solo that is - I think that is good enough. And he also won several where he performed poorly. Principat should have rather quoted those as an example for farvourable MM. - He won 5 games where he did great - Lost 2 games where he did really bad/bad - 50% with 2 games dreadnought below average - Lost 2 in Hindenburg with above average results - Won 4 games with bad/below average results Ye... MM was really against him !? Yes, steamrolls are crap we know that. Can they be prevented? Dont think so.

    There are other ships around which are just plain better imo. The dispersion is the main reason why i find it to be "meh", and if someone shoots you who knows the armor scheme, then you can eat massive damage despite angling. If i compare it to the other T9 premiums: - Missouri can carry much better. Its stronger vs CVs, and not really worse against DDs. At the same time, the guns can deliver more alpha damage. - Musashi just stomps it by damage output and tankyness.
  17. Bought Z-39 today, because ships were on discount. And i didnt have more doubloons. Guess this one was a winner tho Torped the Belfast and the Mahan Good ol Kutuzov - never fails

  19. Ye, thats (along with CVs) pretty much the ONLY useful place to put them. Imo to make them more useful in general: Decrease the cooldown just the same as it increases the duration, so you actually have a shorter time that you are burning f.e. Currently the 8 sec extra DCP also means, that DCP is 8 sec later off from CD....

    Ofc you can overcome that by teamplay (and having the correct ships which counter DDs). Teamplay in random however is... well you know. Imo it starts with DDs. A Cruiser can operate much easier if he helps his DD first, then the DD spots for the Cruiser. There is a good reason why a BB/DD/CA div is better than 3x same class division. You are reliant on other players, again, this doesnt work well most of the time.

So you think the majority of the playerbase would rather have the option to spin a wheel, were 99.999 times nothing happens and 1 out of 100.000 you can get a ship (just making up numbers, but you know where im getting at)? That would be total BS, and i can safely assume the majority would hate that aswell. I rather have my SCs with "garbage" in them - still beats getting the finger all the time

    I assume 99% of the games have mirrored DDs, so there is no difference in WR. 3 DDs per side - 3 will get a win, 3 will get a loss = 50% WR. Only specific DDs can have a higher WR if there are stronger (basicly OP) than other DDs at the same tier. So you have a higher chance of winning a game with YY than with Shima f.e. (pre-nerf YY that is). By that logic, there is nothing wrong with CVs, as they will always have 50% WR. CVs have a high influence on the outcome of the battle. An AFK CV is the worst thing that can happen. DDs arent as influental as CVs, but they are above the rest (not all, but most are, because of spotting). Steamrolls are easier to occur if one side loses all their DDs early on. Those games are really unfun for the rest of the players on the side which has no DDs left.
  23. You =! everyone. We can only speculate how the majority of the playerbase feels about the rewards in the SCs. Usually i like em, and they are useful to me. Heck, i liked it back when they contained the special modules (which are now in the arsenal), as i got a ton of them which i can use on my ships now. The only problem was not getting the right module - they should have kept them in the SCs and make a section in the Arsenal where you can change 2 modules for 1 other you want. Or not make DCP module so garbage that its useless on pretty much every ship (a single change would increase the value, but i guess WG cant figure it out) Ive felt particularly lucky in getting SCs, yet ive never gotten a ship out of it... ill still keep gambling with TYL containers, now that i dont need the Coal as much from Resource containers. In that regard, i dont understand your problem anyway: If you dont go for SCs, you can go for - Flags (obviously you dont need those ?) - Camos (definetely no need for you) - Premium consumables (aka credits, which you have enough) - Credits (self-explaining) - Resources (contain mostly 1 coal + Flags/FreeXP) So if you get less SCs, what do you do with the other crap? Which is bigger crap than what you can get out of SCs, as you can get special flags and camos out of SCs, but not out of normal Containers Basicly you dont need any Containers, and you only want ships - aint gonna work that way
  24. If you decrease the chance too much, TYL container become basicly useless. Im not happy with getting a large amount of flags which i dont need either, but its not like that always. This week i got 2 SCs from TYL, one was 25 Ouroboros and the other was 100 SierraMike - both are good flags. Before that ive gotten several times 100% XP camos, which i didnt really need. But its still better than normal Containers.
  25. 100% XP + 20% Credits - you can use those on premium ships, which is better than their perma-camo. Not that it makes so much sense, but its still better as you get more credits.
