No. The problem most of the time is, if you look at a small amount of battles, then you can have results which are skewed positively or negatively. Either you are lucky, or not. Over a large amount of battles, your personal skill does matter tho, as you will have an even distribution of teammates, which are good, average or bad. Some you win, some you lose no matter what. If you look at damage/kills and so on, do you think you deserve to have a better WR? F.e. you have 16k average damage with Gneisenau, and 40,5% WR. Server average is 44k damage. Problem is, playerbase is so bad they dont understand when to shoot AP and when not. HE is retard safe choice, as it doesnt depend on angling. Its probably also one issue why most people are bad with Cruisers, as they rely the most on switching ammo.

You dont get a bonus star after R11. Only from 18-11 you get one extra. From 10 onwards, if you get to a new rank, you start with 0 stars. Maybe thats your calculation error?

No has been happening for a longer time. I think, the torpedo bulges showing as pens hasnt been around always tho (pen or overmatch bulges, but get stuck in belt armor). I think this has been around since they experimented with shells dealing atleast 10% damage when they penetrate, which they scrapped, since torpedo bulges would have been included. Otherwise would have been a good change imo.

Yeah, there are many different setups which could work nicely. I even was thinking about mino with SSE and LM making a huge smoke, and for the lulz put a Wooster/DM in there aswell (for the radar ofc). What could possibly stop you

MOst of the time, when i report someone to WG, they say they will take appropriate measures (whatever that means), but i think you have to hope for the best? Just tell them, you cant report them for being AFK, because technically they werent AFK since they moved somewhere. Maybe theyll look into it and slap him on the fingers

To what are you referring to? In CBs, you can pick Alpha or Bravo rating. Both start from scratch ofc, but lets say, you have so many clanmembers, that you can fill 2 teams, then they could play both at the same time, one in Alpha and the others in Bravo. Or you can play with better players in the higher rating, and let not so good players go for Bravo. Sadly i feel, especially the best clans play Bravo rating when they dont want to play Hurricane, and then go noob bashing in their lower rating

Oh boy, i could write stories here - sadly couldnt make a screenshot everytime, but here are some: So what else did i have which i couldnt screenshot: - Today playing Salem, Daring popped from 3km in my face... he whiffed his torps and i snacked him - Shima gunboating our Daring and killing it - Full HP Conqueror and 50% HP GK dieing with 3 minutes to a CV and a 20k HP Republique - without killing it ofc. You would think, a full HP Conq cant lose to a basicly dead enemy BB... so did I, and guessed wrong ofc, and lost the game Probably more, but dont remember. Pff, they dont even need to leave cover, they can just spam even over the biggest islands! Nothing is safe from those arcs which Colbert has. Bad thing is, they will come one way or the other. Imo the only reasonable way to balance them, give them appropriate pen, so they can pen 32mm with IFHE, and then give them CA reload like 10 secs or so. Ive watched flamu play Colbert and Smolensk couple of times now - its just horrendously unfun to play against (or even watch somebody play it). Also, just play Colbert together with a Minotaur and sit in smoke, man that will be stupid Only wonder if they are going to be Steel ships or something else They are so OP and fragily, they might actually be Steel ships imo.

Why do they have to play T10 tho? If they are so casual and "just 4 fun" then it doesnt matter what they play, right? But still, they ruin the fun for everyone, because they buy their way to T10 (and keep playing there). Premium acc, Perma camos and what not... If they couldnt maintain the economy there, they would finaly have to get back to lowertiers where it matters less if they keep derping around. Or god forbid, they might finaly learn how to play properly. Sadly i believe this makes a lot of sense, so WG will keep the windowlickers and keyboard-droolers as happy as possible. Hopefully, milking them dry while they are at it.
