On what do you base that a techtree ship is worse? Hindenburg is worse than Stalingrad based on what? If id play myself Hindenburg vs Stalingrad, the Hindenburg would win. You are making it very easy by referring to Continuum fallacy and disregard every other aspect here. There is no proof that a Premium ship will win _any_ engagement against a silver ship, if the skill of the 2 players would be exactly the same. Im not saying, that there arent OP premium ships around, but that doesnt automatically mean that its p2w. If i didnt pay for a premium ship, is it still p2w?

How do you measure this? We dont play 1vs1 (this is a teamgame afterall) and we also dont play against ourselves, so there is always a skill disparity between the players. If you talk about 1vs1's , you just have to pick the correct ship and you will win against a supposedly OP ship.

If id only see T8 ships when playing T6-7 id probably not play those tiers anymore If T9/10 would have seperate MM, T8 BBs would need a plating nerf. (Maybe even some Cruisers too, and i think you would need to remove concealment module from T8). T6-7 vs T8 is just worse than T8 vs T10.

Problem is, that those players are exactly the problem with hightiers. If it werent for divisions, i wouldnt play hightiers anymore. I simply hate it, it feels like wasting my time. Which in essence mean, i dont want to grind anything anymore. Also why i have 12 different ships on T8 which i could play, but why would i? To get t9/10 ships which i dont wanna play... Midtier games are atleast fun most of the time. Currently however, playing Cruisers there is crap aswell thanks to WG russian BiasBoats.

High BaseXP with kinda low damage, but dealt to +2T ships Ibuki and Fletcher. No caps / no defended ribbons. You get ALOT XP for dealing damage to higher tier ships, especially if you get a large chunk of their overall HP.

P2W clearly also doesnt mean that you automatically have a good WR. That one example underlines, that already bad players wont have better results in a ship which is considered to be OP by half the players id say. Also, you have to remove ships with a few battles if you want to have a clear picture. Playing 10 battles you can have anywhere between 0% or 100% WR by pure luck. At 100 games one game is still 1% of the WR up or down, but atleast it starts to show what kinda impact that player has. 10 games with 40% WR says nothing at all, 100 games with 40% WR says, you pretty much suck (in that ship atleast). You can determine the impact even with lower amount of battles per ship, but you have to look at more ships then. Also, i dont see a general trend there. As i said: Steel ships arent p2w (you cant buy them). Yet, steel ships are topseeds on the overall WR. Why is that? There are very few of them around, so if you play a Flint, you will extremely rarely encounter a Flint on the enemy team, unlike other ships which can be flavour of the month, like RU BBs currently. And ontop of that, Large amount of Steel is earned by above unicums, who can achieve R1 often and fast AND get to Hurricane league in CBs. They will own Steel ships earlier than the average player (if ever), so ofc they have a high WR in them aswell. Most likely those players even play in 3x Divisions, which also impacts the WR. Occasionally ≠ 7-8 out of 10 games. Reality is more like 3-4 out of 10 games (probably even 2-3 if you play certain CVs, but less now than previously) A higher impact by 1 out of 12 players would be rediculous really.

At this point, i really consider not to play any hightiers any more. Its a waste of my time basicly. Half the team consists of total morons now. HIV + Salem turning to the map border at spawn. Asking why, Salem responds with "you ping me, i stop playing" (does that matter anyway? he was already useless). HIV on the other hand, turns around at some point rushes to the center of the map and gets blapped. Kremlin pushes in hard, cant get out anymore, upon getting smoked by our div DD to save his [edited], starts to insult us as fuckwits ! 2 DDs both yolo one cap without backup and die instantly This was one game ofc.

Dont know how steel ships are supposed to be p2w, as you basicly cant buy steel (well, one time you could so far). Good player + Good ship = high WR. Guess thats also OP premium p2w... At this point, im not even surprised. Even had a T4 game with only 1 CV in it. Pre-rework when did that ever happen? Was 2 CVs almost all the time. Quite frankly i wouldnt play T4 CVs either now. Pre-rework, i enjoyed to club a bit with Hosho occasionally If we wouldnt talk about WG, they might conclude at some point, that the whole concept of the rework is flawed (which we can experience now, and has been foreseen by several people here in the forums too). On the other hand, atleast from my personal experience the overall fun of the game is so low that the rework only plays a minor part in it anyway. Hightiers are crap, midtiers are somewhat better, OPs limited amount and not enjoyable playing on your own...

You have a better chance to get more kills if you get better in a certain ship, than trying out other ships which have more alpha damage potential. As i said in my first post, due to the higher RoF, Cruisers can get kills easier than BBs. If i check my own stats with ships more than >1,45 avg kills and atleast 10 games played, i have 8 out of 21 BBs, 2 DDs and 1 old CV. 10 are Cruisers.

If i can judge without owning them: Slava could potentially become the best TX BB when they release it in its current state. Having long range accurate guns is just bad design. I only have GK, but i see myself enjoying Yamato (do have Musashi and its great) or Montana more than GK. Its not bad, but others should be able to get better results.

Presenting full broadside in your BB early enough before other BBs are too close hurts, but its not the end of the world. Its better to take a hit than wait for guaranteed death. Also, thats why i always like to have an island close enough where i can make a safe turn if necessary.

Because the high RoF, getting kills in Cruisers should be easier than in other classes. In Fiji ive one of the most avg kills from all my ships.

Because of CV rework. Apparently alternative CV line for those tiers will be coming at some point.

wtf? Since you got 8 matches penalty, obviously ends badly more often @Crysantos maybe someone can tell him to stop this or get punished for it ?
