And what about those? did you not grind them? Having bad teams with ships you are grinding seems a bit far fetched. I dont see any indication, that this would be true either on your side, or on my own. You have ships where you perform better (luckier MM) and some where you perform worse in (bad luck). And then you get those in between aswell.

I guess you are just confusing it: Back when they introduced research bureau, they also had their wows birthday SC thingy coming up. So only that time, you got an extra SC if you would reset the line, and re-grinding it would have yielded 2 SCs for 1 ship. This time, if you reset the line you dont get an extra XMas container (for the resetted ship). If you regrind it, you would still get 1 Container by the time you grind it back.

Who knows how many of those were fighter planes dropped by the CV? I often lose quite a few aswell, but most of them are fighters so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I dont think you even played back then (seeing as you joined june THIS YEAR). 1 Bomber going in alone against a Cruiser would most likely just die (even without DefAA). If you used defAA aginst one squad / or the squads left your AA = you got outplayed and deserve it.

Amen to that. Even with my few T8 CV games, that has happened to me several times. Not to mention, a DD hugging a Cruiser like his waifu is literally useless. Remember that one Kagero, which was hiding in a fleet of Kutu, Chapa, Vladi and one other BB. At some point, there was nothing else to attack, so i went in to hit the Kutu. Spotted the DD. Proceeded to attack the DD, killed him 1) he was useless the entire game 2) he still died 10/10

Well first of all, send a ticket to support with the name of the guy + the replay, who told the enemy team where your CV hull was at. Thats completely unacceptable and against the rules. He should get punished for it. The reason why he thinks you were useless if ofc noobs that think that way. CVs giving AA to teammates are often useless, as they cant strike in the time being, especially if they have to fly detours to give him a fighter. Just ignore those people. Im not an expert in CV play, but i would have done some thing differently: - At the start, you were looking too long for a DD imo. Better strike something if you cant find him. Sometimes, they hug friendly Cruisers, so if you attack them, you might find the DD instead. Sometimes i can even switch to the DD, because he is that close to the target i wanted to hit. - If you arent that good with hitting torps, better use the DBs/Rockets more often? - Instead of going for C, i would have attacked A, there was a nice tirpitz to put some Bombs into (which you did, but a bit late imo). And that little torp damage you got in there is pretty negligible. I wouldnt blame you for the loss tho.

But i think, if the same account shows, that he can play with above average result, then it warrents the question WHY he keeps spamming games (which are half of all his games played), where he seems to intentionally be doing nothing. Could be botting for all we know. Thats kinda the problem. If we ask you or Crysantos, it feels something happens. If we go to support... sometimes feels a bit iffy so to say.

You kinda chose the wrong day for this, as patch hits tomorrow, and then we cant watch the replays anymore Just watched the BB replay in fast forward. Imo being cautious first was the right move. Your team went mostly to the other flank, and you had more enemies on your side. So just yoloing wouldnt have helped at all. Im not sure, i might have missed that, but did you DCP 1 fire at the start? That was really bad, as you had your heal already up and you werent safe from getting farmed more. And you got 2 permafires in return. Better get out of your detection range first, then DCP (just remember your normal detection, because if you burn, your detection is worse, so you dont need to wait till you are unspotted WITH fires burning) That cost you all your heals basicly. Going back here was a bad call imo. The game wasnt won at that point. The enemies played it badly. On the minimap, you can see them moving away from your flank. By going behind the island, you are falling behind further and with your limited range, you wont catch them either. Going into the islands would have been my choice here, you could have gotten broadside shots on the Vanguarn, possibly even the Cruisers. And just prior to this, i think you could have stayed a little closer against the Bismarck in the first place. Turning turrets for the CV, also a bad call imo. 3 vs the CV, your Atlanta was farming him already. Better focus the DD instead. Even if you have trouble hitting him, just try it. Overall, you dont lead enough, so trying might help you with aiming better. Sometimes you didnt take enough lead for BBs aswell. So yeah, being cautious first was a good call, later on a bit too afraid/passive. And maybe some other minor stuff (as i said, i wasnt sure about the first DCP, maybe i missed the 2nd fire by speeding the replay up)

Yep, was not AA specced. I think i might have had a 19pt captain, but as its a CL, 14 pts were already mandatory used up. And i think i even had DE, which doesnt leave any points for AA skills. I think i had AA mod in 3rd slot, because dispersion buff for Cruisers is not necessary. I just remember, the CV grouped all his planes together, i focused on DBs first, they barely got through (i think 1 bomb was left to drop which missed, because PANIC!), he got some Torps off from the last squad to die. And the BB even took them because why dodge ( as i said, cant tell if it was 1 or 2). But ofc the planes didnt make it out alive. The reason why he even got some attack off, was because i started DefAA at <5km when i was certain, he wont pull out anymore. And i did use some AA skills on certain ships (RN CLs, some CAs) because they dont have any usefull skills anyway. Mino with >8km AA range was very nice 20 planekills - that was the game. He didnt try more than once

Well first off all, i didnt legitimize AP bombs. They shouldnt be in the game back then, and they shouldnt be in there right now. The problem is, people using their DefAA when planes were barely in AA range. They turn around leave AA range and come back 1 minute later to kill you. Or they used it for TBs (even when they were sitting close to an island...) I was looking for a screen, one of the last games with RTS CVs, when i was playing Seattle and enemies had Essex. He tried to bait my DefAA all the time. Told him, it aint happening. He went full in, lost ALL his planes (DBs/TBs) and got like 1 or maybe 2 (dont recall) Torp hits on the BB next to me. Setting up the next strike took him long enough to get my DefAA back online. Also, people complaining about getting devstriked through DEFAA ofc never lie and dont make stuff up... They say it happened all the time, but where is proof?

Cant you just make a scenario/event/campaign for T4 CVs? They have no business doing unholy things to ships that have 0 AA. It wasnt nearly as bad with RTS CVs, as they often lost some planes to fighters / AA, and the reserve was so limited. Most hosho games by one player - nuff said. If WG thinks, people should learn CV stuff on T4, then we just need a PvE campaign to introduce players to it. If someone wants, he is free to replay that campaign as often as he likes.

That would be a CV. Most likely Enterprise A CV missing you is a problem by the player - but if aimed properly, it will still hit you even if you go 50 kts. You have no AA and spotted far enough to get a rocket strike in. BBs/Cruisers with Hydro or even Radar will bully you away. You can stealthtorp them, but you cant stop them from getting into the cap. And if you let them cap, you gotta move in to kill them or block the cap.

There is a difference if its happening once in a blue moon, or basicly 50% of your matches are like that. And in the other 50%, you perform way above average. Well, thats mostly luck (or lack thereoff). But you have green damage in both. The person in question has deepred stats in a couple of ships, and all others are like Green/blue or even pink! If you Disconnect, your ship should be stopping.

Imo feels weird that he would only be doing it with 3 premium ships. And in others he gets like 60% WR and Super unicum damage. Then WG should tell him: Its not ok, do it on Coop (or go to a training room) as there is no reason to keep throwing his teammates under the bus. But that might not be it.
