A -reaction would have been more appropriate - sadly there is none... Forgot to mention: TaNkInG YiElDs Xp!!!111 i had almost 3 million potential, while he was pretty much cruising around with full HP when game ended -

Movement of that glorious thunderer. He basicly never left spawn. First he was AFK for 2 mins naturally. Then he circled in the corner. He got the DD, which ofc suicided against him instead of against me, because need to gift morons more XP who sit on A-line. Then he snatched the Wooster kill from me, because serves me right for shooting AP at 11km on a bow on Wooster getting 1 pen and 3 Ricochets, and our Hero shoots HE and grabs the kill Thanks to him sitting in the corner, i also had nowhere else to go. If id have moved up alone, id have been crossfires from 3 directions... but he is better player ofc, spamming HE from A-line nuff said -

We were also talking about players with 70% WR (which was a bit arbitrary ofc). And i already picked 3 of them sorted by games played, why dont you show me one of those you claim exist? -

Well, you wont find those. Maybe if they only have 20 games in Hosho because they dont keep sealclubbing on T4. -

Their average damage tells enough.... There are 2 reasons why they play Hosho: - Its OP and has no counters - they fail when they play hightier CVs where AA remotely exists. -
Noone needs players, who play one class exclusively, as they just suck [edited]most of the time. 3x BBaby divisions, who turn around and hump the map border, then complain about their team. If we cant get rid of them, turn it around so they exclude themselves from us. Best thing that could ever happen. As for CVs (or ultimatively subs): Would be really interesting to see, how many people would not play with those. All the time, people say, that only a minority is complaining about CVs, so what would they lose? Nothing, they think, everyone loves CVs and wants to play with them. So why would they be against such an option? Because secretly they know, that most people would opt out of CVs....?

Atleast one who doesnt fail completely by entering T6 CVs Then again, he seems to avoid going higher aswell I think getting permanently carried by others has its limits. Why would you prefer someone who is most likely dragging you down, than to take a 3rd skilled one who can get you 80% WR -

No, it works on a large amount of games played. There is no such thing as being always the unlucky one, having permanently bad teams over HUNDREDS of games (unless you say, WG is actively rigging some players to worse WR). If you as an individual, have enough games played, the WR will reflect your contribution to the games. 4 out of 10 games are decided by your own skill level. People who claim, that they deserve to win a certain game because they did oustandingly good often ignore 5 other games, where they played badly and could have won those games if they would have played better. Everybody has games, that they cant win. Vice versa everyone has games, that cant be lost either. WR padding on lowtiers is ofc excluded. It doesnt say anything about the overall skill level of that person. Is he good at playing Hosho with 70% WR? Probably, but that doesnt mean, he will have 70% playing T8+ ships or even any other T4 ship. -
Sure, we should all have those options, BUT then the person opting out of those is also not allowed to play any ship which uses them. So if i dont want to play with CVs, im not allowed to play CVs myself. In your case, you are not allowed to play - Any DD - Any Cruiser - BBs with Hydro - Missouri - BBs with torps On a serious note, i would actually support such a feature, which would work on a monthly basis. Like you can opt out of CVs if you havent played one in the last 30 days. Same for all other classes.

I rather wonder how the extra "hello-im-here"-AA range will work with that Lets say, the Cruiser has its AA on with 6,6km AA range (should be the longest IIRC?). Now the AA will shoot till 8,6km range. Is the ship spotted or not when the AA is just firing blanks? I assume no, but if yes, then leaving AA on would be horrible for Cruisers -

Maybe it could work if you only split them in 2? Like Gale+Squall T8 and Storm - Hurricane T9. The only problem is, how you do the advancement matches. It would need to be T8, but that might be kinda unfair There might be a way like those in asymmetric battles which are upcomming: The lower tier leagues are played with more ships (lets say 8-9) and the higher league only with 6-7. Then the advancement matches would be played with either 9v9 or 9v7 depending on the league of the enemy you encounter. -

Well, sounds nice in general, but ofc doesnt really work with how teams face each other, like Storm vs Typhoon or even Hurricane at times. Might get even more boring at the top, alltho i dunno how often they see one another in Hurricane? -

The problem is, that WG is tracking premium enhanced BaseXP themselves. So every site, which shows base XP, will always include the premium bonus. Dont ask me why they do it... -
Ill elaborate more on what @Panocek tried to tell you about the difference between low&hightier. - BBs are less accurate on midtiers Not every "misplay" gets punished. So there is less need to angle perfectly, which often makes you even take more damage (French Cruisers anyone?) Their armor is so bad, that angling pretty much doesnt do anything. At some points, you can even deliberately show broadside to receive less damage than if you would angle. Its not bad play if you understand when to do it. On hightiers, this is barely possible, but does work under certain circumstances (Mino vs railguns like Moskva, or Smolensk vs big caliber BBs at closerange). The bigger problem is, to actually get into that range on hightiers, while on lowtiers it does work more often due to shorter ranges and smaller maps. Like i rushed a Gangut once in my Murmansk and deliberately stayed broadside to get overpens. - Cruisers are much more nimble Dodging is easier, even if the engagement ranges are closer together. Some Cruisers have DD-like ruddershift time. While on hightiers, most Cruisers are bricks in the water. - Ships are MUCH smaller Thats something which people forget most of the time. Ontop of being less accurate, BBs have to hit even smaller targets and also smaller citadels. F.e. Bayern is as big as a Hipper. - Open water play with ships, that are not suited for it, like US Cruisers Its not necessarily that they cant do it. The problem is, you also cant really hit anything at a range, where you could still dodge stuff. The shells are just too slow, compared to those who can actively play open water. Ships, that arent supposed to camp islands, are either useless (as they lose too much gunpower) or get devstriked at some point since they cant get away in time. Also maps get bigger, BBs get super long range while being still deadly enough to hit you and what not.... And BBs get faster aswell, making hitting much harder too. Hitting a 20kt BB at 13km is easier, than hitting one with 30kts at 17km, even if the BB is clumsier and much bigger in size. The BB can disengange easily aswell, making it harder for rather shortrange Cruisers to follow up.

Well in a normal game its not common to have to fight 4 DDs either. Once i was done with them (after 3 Radars) game was over. If you manage to get rid of one DD at your cap, you should be able to get damage in on other ships aswell. I dont see how playing at the objective with Cruisers, that are suited for that, should yield low XP?

55k is a good game now? Its not even server avg for Mino... I picked that, because its not a good game, and you can still be first in XP with a good amount despite having low damage. Its not important to have 200k damage

i guess 100k damage would look nicer tho, but would be guaranteed less XP than this. I mean, >50k on DDs, its like way more than 200k on BBs.
