    - CVs out of CBs - Limit individual ships to 1-2 - Limits to BBs/DDs Fixed If WG keeps making ships, which give certain advantages in competetive modes, you will always see those ships being spammed more than others. But they might still be balanced in randoms, so nerfing those ships doesnt make much sense. Alltho an easy fix for Petro would just be to remove radar from russian CA-tree, they dont need it really. And it would automatically fix Petro spam, but you might still end up with some other ship being picked a lot. Btw, limiting ships in numbers but keeping CVs in their would just be horrible, as its like a "being forced to get raped" situation. It could be quite interesting to have a 1 BB / 2 DD / max 1 individual ship CB-season, but only without CVs.

    I guess they found out, if you dont give the players anything at all (early access ship or camo), but let them get close with a bit of grinding, their are inclined to spend some money, to get the last bit needed. If you get a camo, you can atleast think "well, i got something from this event" opposed to "well crap, got only flags and camos, but if i spent 10 bucks i get the ship/permacamo"

    There are enough players with thousands or tens of thousand of battles, who have no clue how to play... so balancing by that wont solve anything.

    If the others dont say anything, doesnt mean that they are happy. I know many people, who are monetarily attached to this game, because they have spent "too" much to just walk away... so in a sense, WG is succesful, atleast for the moment. Or just to give a different example: If you go to a restaurant, and you dont like the food, would you necessarily complain about it? Or would you just not go there again? I think the latter is much more likely, because why bother. For people to complain to/about WG, they first need a platform to do so.
  8. I would like to see, how randoms would be without this constant grindind and doing stupid missions. Maybe that would be an insight, if or how many players are deliberately playing like crap to make headway on their missions...

    1. Thats really exaggerated. You dont see triple sealclubber CV divs in T3-4 for the first 200 games because you are in protected MM. Its basicly 4-6 human players with rest bots, i know, ive played there on a 2nd acc. 2. Thats why, those people should not be allowed to buy T8 ships in the first place. Or let them buy them, but let them play with Bots aswell. WG should be more clear about protected MM tho, i think thats easy to miss especially as a new player. It gives a very disturbed view on how the game really is, when you get to play againt super dumb bots for the first games, who pretty much wont hit you. I assume some people would think "man im awesome, ill buy that T8 ship because im so good". If those people stay in protected MM, they get all captains and stuff unlocked without facing any seasoned players. WG should increase protected MM and actually make bots smarter the higher you go, so you actually might learn something. Those bots and Coop bots aswell only teach very bad habits.

    If you get enough clans to join in, it might work. But if too many will play CV because reasons, you probably cant ignore it and either field one aswell or stop playing. As for myself, i played 1 evening in the T6 season and decided, its not worth it. I want to play wed/thu next week, and see how it goes. If its gonna be a shitshow, i wont play it after that, but ill give it a try anyway (alltho i dont have much faith in it because that cyclone BS wont change anything, it might make it worse actually)
  12. Well ofc the Shima could RPF torp, but 6 Minos could cycle Hydro indefinetely, and will have the shima cornered at some point, if he just stays away. But since he can never spot any Mino himsefl without being radared... With smelly, you need someone to spot, i meant ofc being on your own, like the CV. CV doesnt need a spotter, smolly does. For the BB the issue would ofc be to actually spot the DDs yourself. Which shouldnt happen unless we are talking certain gunboats. But even 6 of those should kill a BB way before he can kill em.

    How about WG punishes the (atleast) 4 CVs sitting in queue, making up 22% of the players in that tier range? Its not the fault of 14 non-CV players, that there are 4 CVs in queue, which are allowed to have fun, while they are not. WG just needs different MM rules for off hours regarding CVs. Let them play against bots ffs, they dont even realize the difference anyway.

Speed in itself doesnt affect acceleration/decelaration. Engine power does that.
  15. So how about we demand, a DD should be able to attack 6 Radar Minos? Or a Cruiser attacking 6 BBs? Or a BB attacking 6 DDs? Ofc they shouldnt die, but only lose part of their guns/torptubes, and naturally they should be able to deal good damage.

  17. - A 2nd ship within AA range would even prevent that - Most CV players, who take flak, will also [edited]up the drop and you go home with minor damage at worst. Or just dodge actually works. Or they still die because why not. - Players who can evade flak wont be bothered by this - Spotting by those players is still 100x worse than what they can do to me. So for all i care, let AA be as it is and remove spotting for ships = problem solved to 99%. 1% remains by Super Unicum CVs who can rape anyone regardless.

I mean, basicly all Typhoon+ clans playing Venezia and Stalingrad, spamming each other from >20km to not get picked off by the CV were probably not the CVs fault either Aggressive flanking? Not when a CV is around, he can spot you and kill you alone if he has to, why isnt any other class preventing that? Ive rushed 2 Smolensk as a Montana, who was the reason i got killed? THE CV, because he slowed me down and could torp me from an angle. Doesnt matter that the Smolensk's died too, but i died aswell, because of the CV. I took more damage because he could spot and harass me from an angle. Every class might have obstacles, which wont let them push freely at every given time. But removing those obstacles or looking for an opening, can create times where you can push in. Except CV doesnt get removed until pretty much the last one, and he can prevent your push at any given time, regardless of whats happening elsewhere on the map. DDs cant fly 30km across the map to prevent a BB there, and neither can any other class except the chosen one.

  22. Atleast it can make the difference between win and loss in those games. People who usually die within 8 mins in their BB wont ofc ever use that 5th heal to begin with, so i guess its rather useless for them

    you need to find a way first to make it sail under german flag well yeah, that one i wouldnt do in coop. Apparently you can do it in Ops too, so that might be an option aswell, alltho not as good anymore. Im not sure, if an average player gets more in OPs or in Randoms.

    German DDs are predestined for that: - Go towards cap - Set a smoke cover so your teammates cant see anything at the border of the cap. - Hydro on and wait till DD enters cap - Start resetting. If you want to do it the easy way, do it in a 3 man div who wont reset your cap while you farm those reset ribbons.
