    This might actually be worse. Imagine taking a T6 CV and 2 of those T7 hybrids... almost guaranteed no T9 MM, while the T7 hybrids would be atleast midtier On T6 they can atleast see T8 MM.

    Wanted to guess its an HE slinging Thunderer, but after i just checked, it was actually a Venezia player No idea how thats possible, must have been really hardcore camping in spawn or something. I just calculated his survivability with his K/D, from 494 games with 46% WR, he only died 190~200 times, so >60% survivability. Definetely not someone who want on your team.

    T8-9 are much more fun. Once you go to T10, you just see Thunderers mudslinging HE-slinging from 24km, shimas with 17900 HP suiciding, BBs randomly suiciding in 4 minutes, Cruisers running into the last corner behind an island... Yeah, let the "experts" play their endgame on TX, best to avoid that one.

    Id say they do suffer less compared to DDs and Cruisers. Being spotted is usually less of an issue for BBs compared to the others. Leaves being attacked by a CV - Rockets are least effective against BBs - AP rockets are in the middle - Torps, while being easiest to hit, BBs also take the least amount of damage. Often you can just ignore them, or dodge them partially. - HE Bombs hurt, and most average CV players will have an easier time hitting a BB than something else - AP bombs hurt too, but not all BBs equally. Some are well protected, resulting in pens with "minor" damage. Sure, german AP bombs seem to be able to citadel all? BBs, but taking 26k damage as a Cruiser is not great either. And then there is the thing with CV player skill: A good CV player wont attack a BB, unless you are in a position where he has to attack you, or he already killed everything else and you are left. A bad CV player might attack a BB regardless, but those usually dont pose a big threat. They wont get proper drops of, heck, ive seen them miss rockets Overall, CVs have the least influence on me when i play BB.

    Except thats irrelevant, because i said, Cruiser AA needs to be buffed. This way, Cruisers would help their BBs stay alive with AA, IF the BB understands to be close to his Cruisers and not sleep at the back of the map. At the same time, the BBs help to keep his Cruisers alive by being an active threat. Its not only about attacking the DD. The major problem is being spotted in situations, where the DD is vulnerable. Even a bad CV player can spot a DD - by accident - to ruin his game. Some CV players also just hoover above your smoke, which is ofc stupid, but doesnt help you, as your smoke will run out eventually.

    As long as WG things, BBs need to be the least vulnerable against CVs (be it because good AA+fighter or most HP + heal or best armor and torp protection), it wont work properly. BBs need to be the main target for a CV. And if a BB is wandering off alone, then thats the target a CV should go for, and not the Cruiser sitting in a blob of 3 ships because "yes i can". DDs should be able to be attacked, but not for such massive amount as we see. They should get away with being small and nimble with good concealment. Cruisers should be hard to strike, some impossible when being full AA (Atlanta f.e.). Basicly the more squishy, the better AA should be as they rely upon not being spotted. Being spotted, taking potential devastating damage from surface ships AND taking devastating damage from CVs is just insane. BBs should be the easiest targets. Then it could work maybe. But right now its upside down. It would actually encourage BBs to move with their Cruisers, and not sit in spawn. But as long as CVs can [edited]DDs and Cruisers at will, striking a camping BB would be just dumb. Thats why, CVs need to be forced to strike lone BBs, so BBs learn teamplay.

    Well, then how about this: R1 player with 504 games and 46,6% WR to get there. Clearly, he is not a good player, yet he is R1. What does that tell us? Ranked doesnt mean anything in terms of skill, so just ignore that.

    There are only 4 Bourgogne players with pink PR overall (and with atleast 80 battles, which you need to enter the ranking) Bourgogne is my ship with the highest average damage, but its not enough for Unicum PR even with 2 avg kills. PR is not a 1x1 measurement for every ship. It works kinda well for techtree ships, since a lot of different people play those (but if its a new techtree, then PR is also not that accurate) For steelships, it will probably never be accurate.

    https://wows-numbers.com/personal/rating PR is mostly influenced by damage and kills, and a little bit by wins too. A win doing nothing vs a loss doing nothing is already like ~600-700 PR from the win alone. On the other hand gettig 2-3 kills even with below average damage will grant you pink PR.

    Because you judge your team based on their stats? What would you do, if everyone would have hidden stats? Alternatively, what would happen if everyone would use MMM and call you a noob for having hidden stats?
  15. Might even be less. Then again, its hard to say what happens in games where no good player is present. If im doing 500-600, it does ofc shift the XP towards me from all others. But most people only get like 200-400, so if someone say, doing less than 100k damage in Coop is the norm, id go below 400 baseXP. The best way is, to take a BB and just press W at the start and never slow down. Shoot Cruisers on the flank and in the end, ram the BB ahead of you. Sure can be annoying when you have a DD slaughtering everything, but that doesnt happen every game. And with shooting Cruiser broadside you should always get a certain amount in. Currently 6 german ships with >100k damage in Coop. And i dont necessarily ram ships, which can easily give you another 80k on top. If someone wants the BIsmarck camo, id assume he atleast owns Bismarck, which means having a T8 ship for those missions.
  16. While i dont disagree with the general reward vs time investment, doing those missions in randoms is just asking for a horrible grind. 1. BaseXP Premium acc does not affect BaseXP 500 baseXP on average is extremely bad. 1000-1500 should be possible, depending on skill of the player. Unicums could even go up to 2000. 2. 3 Million damage. Take a german BB into Coop. 5-8 min games, >100k avg damage possible. so 20-30 games * ~6,5 mins = somewhere between 2-4h 3. Defended ribbons Again Coop with german Hydro DD. Hope you get Domination battle. Smoke outside the cap, wait till enemy DD enters it. Theoretically done in 1 game. If you want to be sure, get 2 extra players in your div who wont reset the ship in your cap. Should not take more than 5 battles, even solo and assuming you dont get Standard battle too often. But could also be 1 game, so we are looking at half an hour or so. 4. 30 wins 30x coop à 5-8 mins again like 3-4h 5. 1990 ribbons German BB in coop, can be 200-500 ribbons, depending on how your teammates perform. Ive had several hundred with Scharnhorst, just sitting right next to a Sinop once, letting secondaries hammer his belt for 0 damage. Should not take more than 1h. So what are we looking at here? 8-10h of coop + few hours of randoms. Potentially half of what you calculated. Is it worth it? For me its not. Just dont do it if its not worth the reward. Imagine investing 12h or more for one camoflage, even if you had none for Bismarck. How many times you would need to play Bismarck to make it worth that effort? Since you always could take another camo, which is even better than the perma one...

    Once watched a guy on twitch for some time, he literally pumped 20€ into WoWs PER EVENING, sometimes to get credits so he could keep on playing, sometimes to get credits to buy a B-hull for a ship So converting FreeXP for money doesnt strike me as odd

    Most likely. Thats why i ran the test to see, if manual sec would shatter in the belt at a certain range - which they didnt, atleast not at 5km.

    Ive tested it, and Manual secondaries are superior. Even as close as 5km to a BB, you deal more damage with manual secondaries, as you get more hits. And the dispersion is not bad enough that you would get fires on more sections without man. sec. On angled targets, you can deal more than double the damage.

    That happens with gimmicks you dont want to back down from... Alltho to me, the Henri nerf made sense, the underlying issue is still that MBRB is just OP.

    That makes no sense. So amongst good players, you can deal more damage because they let you? Why would they, they are capable of getting that damage themselves. How about the enemies were just so bad so they let you get the damage by showing broadside. And your team was equally useless. Winning does give you PR aswell, usually a difference of 600 or so, from 0% to 100%. Sitting at 20km with your BB, spamming HE is a good way to pad baseXP while losing the game. Best players in the world, those Thunderers, we just dont understand their level of awesomeness...

    Thats the issue with WGs XP distribution... also once i got 1k baseXP, despite doing nothing. I was last sure, but i would have deserved like 300 or so.
