Then they simply should not buy at all, if 15-30% is not enough discount for them. One cant expect to change a companies behaviour, if they validate their marketing strategy by buying their products... Also people should be glad, that companies outside of the US actually participate in Black Friday. It has NOTHING to do with our culture, it only became a thing in the USA because of Thanksgiving - not something people actually celebrate in europe f.e. (while in germany "Erntedankfest" actually exists, it doesnt have the same level as over there)

What if they buy these ships for money and not for doubloons? Interestingly, most of the complains are actually from ships you can buy this year for money (old B ships you can only buy for doubloons), and if you do, it actually tells you this: It would be interesting to know, how many bought those ships for money and still complained about the mission? Btw all complains also include, that they cant do the mission with the B version of the ship - yet the mission doesnt state that you have to do it with any specific ship (like you showed in your screenshot). People might aswell assume, that they can do it with ANY ship, since it just says "bonus mission for 2500 doubloons". Doesnt say for Scharnhorst. I dont think people dont read it - they just dont read the difference between Jean Bart and Jean Bart B, and then get angry because they didnt get something for free ontop.

We are talking about WG here Nah, they are deliberately doing it, they do it all the time, people throw huge money at them even while doing that so = success. If a few complain, they dont care, they already got the money. And they can even legally backup their practices... so we can just advice everyone to stop spending money.

And you believe people would stop complaining after that one? Is it moraly wrong what WG is doing? Yes. But they still state what is going to happen if you buy that ship, so they arent actually wrong. On the other hand, you have greedy people who want a cheap ship AND a bonus ontop of that - then they get the wakeup call for not actually getting what they hoped for. Happens all the time, and not only in a pixelgame about boats.

You describe the issue, but you dont seem to understand the connection to CVs. So there are 2 BB players, who are so bad that you can get 180k damage from them. Nice, but lets change those 2 BBs and how about its @LemonadeWarriorITA and me in those BBs against you? Do you think, we will just roll over and die like they did? Ofc not. The difference is the skill level. Not only your own skill matters, but so does the skill of the opponents you face. For CVs, this is not true. Aslong as the CV player gets through the AA, he can deal a lot of damage, regardless of what i do myself. Not to mention, a good CV player who can pretty much deal 3-4 cits with every attack they make. Either way, my skill matters very little. - CV dies to flak -> not my skill - CV [edited] up the drop -> not my skill / or very little if i can just-dodge-tm, but mostly its his fault that he effed up - CV gets strike through -> not my skill - CV bombs me for 25k -> not my skill

I wonder which one is the problem here (me = Yamato) And i dont think i got that potential damage from the CV with his ~25k potential per attack. Ok TBF, i took in the end a (or maybe it was 2 im not sure anymore) Zao torps because it didnt matter anymore. Anyway, if it was 1 i was almost dead if it was 2 the 2nd dealt like couple of k damage at most. Also we have to remember, that Bombs/Torps dont saturate your superstructure, which means you can get leeched by HE spammers and CV doesnt care about that, because he only deals damage to citadel or other hull sections. Its funny to get attacked by CV *yay only 17k HP lost to AP bombs*

I think "exchanging" FreeXP for doubloons makes only sense, if you never want to exchange XP for FreeXP using doubloons. F.e. at best you can get 87500 FreeXP for 2500 doubloons. As a F2P player, id do it right away. 2500 Doubloons which you can hardly get otherwise is nice. If you spend money on wows.. eh, not sure.

Which doesnt make it any better if you only have time for like 2-3 games and you get the short end of the stick in all of those...

If you are lowtier you have to do way less to get more XP. If you can inflict damage to TX ships, you will have often good XP even with not so much damage.

Maybe others have fun playing as a team in a TEAMgame? Something, which you hardly ever see in this game? "DD can you like spot that DD?" * DD busy humping the border to get to enemy CV, then dies to said CV* Who doesnt like that?

You can also buy them for doubloons tho... So essentially that means buy a ship for 7000 and get back 2500 because why not. Its people just being greedy, like people getting scammed for getting told they get 10% interest on their investment or some other bs.

Complete waste... The 3 Premium containers gave me *drumroll* - 3x20 Camos! The 6 standard container gave me - 2x1 day premium - 1x 6k FreeXP - 3x Camos Good deal, getting only camos To everyone saying "but it was clear what you can get" well yes, but im just saying, odds seem to be weidly stacked into getting the most useless item - conincidence? This is what happened first time we had Black Friday container: - People bought container, which could contain 4 Black ships amongst other stuff. - Some people received a Black version of a ship, they did already own as the normal version. - People complained that, they now have 2 times the same ship. - WG said, ok, lets give a COMPENSATION in form of a mission for 2500 doubloons when you receive a B ship and already have the normal ship in port. - They also added this compensation if you buy this ship directly, because if they wouldnt, people would ALSO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT!

It actually says Bonus mission for Sims Its a compensation for people who get a Black ship from a container while already owning the standard version. Since those ships are identical, its just a compensation. And then they just added the compensation also if you buy those ships (because why not). I dont get why people think they should get 2500 doubloons for buying a ship (for doubloons). WG could just reduce the cost then?

Chapa and higher can take SI for extra Radar and Heal (T9+) charge.

Same happened to me, while my salvo was hitting, our Vladi managed to snatch the kill on the Nagato (somewhere below 1k HP), dunno how that was possible even In the end, the enemy Lenin was too stupid to ram me and got deleted by our Alaska I was literally beached... Actually you can see the dead Lenin next to me in the last screenshot.

3/4 toptier ships all at the bottom of XP. First sit in the last corner doing nothing, then suicide 1by1... except Saint-Louis, which was just driving aroung broadside. The T8 BB we had also just died very early (Tirpitz - rushed a cap) which left me as T7 BB... pretty much got crossfired and died. Luckily, the enemies werent much smarter and suicided in the end while they would have easily won.

Thats what i did (btw only 3 premium container and 6 standard) Result as seen above... I pretty much bought 60 Shadow lurker, since those containers were the main feature of the bundles

Tier for Tier, i think Massa is the stronger ship. Better armor, better survivability thanks to the fast reloading heal but the guns are a little bit less reliable. Fun is subjective ofc... If you like to get close, Massa is more fun. If you dont like getting close, then Massa is not the right choice. Essentially you have to play Massa as a secondary ship. Otherwise, its inferior to NC/Alabama because they have better mainguns. JB trumps with speed and MBRB. If you face bowtanking BBs, you can go for HE. Works good on a flank, because you need broadsides for your smaller caliber guns to work properly. But these days with CVs, flanking doesnt always work...
